UUtente ospiteTruly amazing hotel! We had a wonderfully bright room with a view of the sand dunes in front of us. Very tasteful and clean interior, with everything one could need. There is a laundry area (even with a drier) that can be used for free and the staff was very kind. We would love to stay there again one day!
Ps: they do accept foreigners!

UUtente ospiteThe hotel is in a generally good location Turpan, a 5 minute walk from bezeklik street, which made it a convenient base for exploring. The staff were very kind and welcoming, and we really appreciated how accommodating they were, they even let us change rooms when something wasn’t quite right, which we thought was great service.
Overall, the service was excellent and staff genuinely tried to help whenever possible. Breakfast was good and offered a nice start to the day.
One thing worth noting is that although the hotel advertises a gym and a laundry room, the gym was not available during our stay as the hotel is still new and parts of it were under construction. There was also no on-site laundry room, but the hotel did offer to take our laundry and have it done at another hotel, which was actually a very helpful and well-handled solution.
Despite these points, the hotel offers very good value for money, and the positive service really made a difference to our stay.

這次在吐魯番選擇了阿凡提莊園，真的讓我體驗感直接拉滿。提前一天就有專屬管家主動聯繫，細心發來精準導航、出行注意事項，還貼心推薦了周邊好玩的地方。抵達後發消息告知，馬上就有温柔的維族姑娘來迎接，還用拉拉車幫我們把行李一路送到小木屋，特別省心。
莊園的院子裏還藏着一個超可愛的萌寵樂園，裏面有鴕鳥、山羊、毛驢、公雞、鴿子、白鵝等好多小動物。小朋友可以拿着店家提供的蔬菜盡情投喂，不出院子就能開開心心玩上大半天。
早餐是睡醒後聯繫她們，就會直接送到房間；下午茶既可以在咖啡廳悠閑享用，也能打包帶走。就連退房時，都收到了貼心的伴手禮——兩瓶礦泉水和一包品質很好的葡萄乾。
從頭到尾的服務都細緻又温暖，全程舒適自在，這才是理想中的旅行模樣。

Il responsabile ci invia il manuale di soggiorno dopo che abbiamo ordinato. Chiedi il tempo per il negozio. Dici che l'ordine di condizionamento può essere aperto gratuitamente nella zona sceneggiata. Il condizionamento della stanza è aperto in anticipo. A 40 gradi +, chi è il servizio dettagliato. Il governatore ci ha anche presentato il delizioso ristorante di Avantie, vicino, perché siamo troppo stanchi per uscire. I letti erano nella media. Il servizio era accettabile.
Una lamentela riguardava la colazione limitata e sgradevole, con mosche che si aggiravano nell'area dedicata ai cibi preparati.

UUtente ospitePotevamo ordinare cibo da asporto e prendere un caffè. Potevamo persino cantare al karaoke. C'erano anche dei luoghi dove si poteva fare la sepoltura nella sabbia. Il proprietario ci ha accompagnati lì, ed era gratuito per il momento (è ancora in fase di ristrutturazione; in futuro diventerà un centro di sabbiaterapia di lusso). Il proprietario ci ha mostrato come ottenere un buon prezzo e risparmiare. È stato fantastico! Le signore che abbiamo incontrato erano tutte molto gentili e di grande integrità morale!

EemdethuongFirst and foremost, this hotel accepts foreigners. The hotel is quite ok but not great. I booked a no-window non-smoking room (don’t do it, go for room with window) because I thought there is more chance people still smoke in non-smoking rooms with windows.
The first room they gave me, put the key card on and electricity didn’t work. Waited for them to check with no result so I was relocated to another room. It’s non-smoking but I can clearly smell the smoke. Took 2 days for the smoke smell to go away which is a pity.
The room is small but enough for a solo like me. Each floor they built 4 lines of rooms, the 2 middle lines stay wall-to-wall to each other and are the ‘no-window’ rooms. I would definitely recommend you to choose the room with window, because it means you don’t share a lot of ‘walls’ to other room and have a window to open at least for circulation if room is smelly or if room is too hot. In my case, my room smells smoke, and the room heater system only allows 34-37 degree celsius which is crazy! Very hot if turned on so I had to turn it off the whole time I stay at the hotel. Even though it is winter time, the whole hotel is already on heater. Unable to adjust room temperature is annoying because it means no air circulation. There is a blowing machine (similar to a fan) in the room but it is not efficient quickly enough. The room feels extremely suffocating. I did really wish for a window. Also because the no-window rooms share 3 walls with other rooms (not counting the upper floor), it’s more bad-luck chances for weird noise. In my case, I had to endure one whole freaking night with 2 loud Uyghur couples who cannot hold themselves back from banging the freak out and making all kinds of terrible terrible noise. Seems like no soundproof for these walls.

RRoszaimyNon poteva essere più felice con il soggiorno. Arrivò presto al treno di Turpan e il proprietario ha concesso un check-in precoce senza un fusto. Super conveniente, dato il tirante viaggio di treno di notte. Il proprietario era anche gentile abbastanza per organizzare un tour driver per un giorno di visibilità. La zona è fantastica! La porta successiva è un negozio di ortaggi e frutta locale dove le cose possono essere acquistate super economicamente. Comprato un gran pepe di acqua (in stagione) e il proprietario ha preso un coltello per tagliarlo aperto. Delizioso! La stanza è grande, ben progettata, pulita, brisa. Solo un piccolo problema con la camera da bagno dove l'acqua non scorreva abbastanza veloce, quindi bisogna fare una doccia attenta per evitare un flusso eccessivo nella stanza. In generale, era un soggiorno ben al di là delle aspettative. Il proprietario era super bello e utile.
