三個月后從東北回廣州再次入住它家，一進門前臺立即認出來我們家的兩隻小短腿。入住的應該還是同一間房間，這次裝修味道小了很多，酒店旁邊的小公園也建好了，遛狗非常方便和愜意。提前讓酒店安排多幾瓶飲用水在房間裏，一下就多給了5瓶。酒店和客房都很乾淨。早餐還是要特別提一下，它家早餐的烏日莫/奶皮子，是我這幾次在內蒙吃到過最好吃的。味道跟老外的籃芝士一樣的濃郁。建議一個開掛的吃法，拿片土司，可以烤一下，或是拿一個牛角包，先擦一層烏日莫，然後再擦一層果醬，這口感和味道，簡直不得了。

房間很寬敞，設施齊全，前台工作人員非常熱情，餐廳在27樓，視野不錯，早餐品類豐富。帶沙發的河景大床房有個大落地窗，視野很好，但是這個房型每層衹有兩間且都對着電梯，怕吵的不要選這個房型。最後感謝前台工作人員幫忙換成了遠離電梯的標間，並把兩張床拼成了一張2.4米超大床，本次入住體驗很不錯

酒店後面有一個院子 能停車 很方便 從後門就能進入 服務很好 前台美女還有一個大叔非常熱情 房間不大 隔音挺好 也算乾淨 就是被太厚了 開着窗户也熱的不行 空調對着床 沒敢開

非常讓我不知道該怎樣評價的一家酒店，雖然超級多讓人無語的地方，但是還是沒忍心打低分 看着酒店提供的圖片選的家庭房，滿心歡喜到來，停好車後服務人員竟然會主動給提行李，這點非常超出預期，進入大廳迎賓做的非常好 冰飲和毛巾一應俱全 辦理完入住到達五樓噩夢就開始了 首先給我開的房間和我在網上定的房型不統一，最開始告訴我我定的沒了，我表示不接受，經過溝通又神奇的有了，房間和圖片一樣 確實超級滿意，小童洗漱台 小童坐便墊一應俱全 小插曲也就過去了，接下來，作為親子房，沒有小童牙具，但服務人員意識到了，第一時間叫了外賣送來，這點處理還算及時，經過和客服人員溝通知道他們是試營業，一切還不完善，那也情有可原，洗衣服務做的也非常好，比我住過的南方酒店和國外酒店都要好 接下來第二天早餐非常讓人驚艷，非常滿意，但是又出現問題了，第二天進行了續住，此前開的房卡兩點消磁竟然沒有服務人員告知，我折騰到五樓又折騰下去，非常無語，打開房門更無語的來了，衞生是打掃了，但浴巾沒有換新，潮濕的浴巾被搭在了浴室裏，我請問呢？？？ 我真是太糾結了 衝著你們的硬件設施和服務態度來説這家酒店完全是滿分，但是就給人一種大家都很努力，但就是努力不到點子上的無力感，祝你們越來越好叭
