Hotel con parcheggio a Puning

Thrilling experience I , my sister and 75-year-old parents stayed for 3 nights. Our final night at the hotel was so unpleasant, stressful, uncomfortable and very disappointing. The hotel guard brought 4 policemen to our rooms at 12.30 am. The police knocked the door so hard and wanted to inspect inside our rooms in the middle of the night. We were so afraid. But We decided to open the door and asked them to show their official ID because We were not sure if they are real police officers. However they refused to show their ID and they inspected our parents room instead. We asked the police how can they get inside the hotel, came up and inspect. They told us that the guys next to them was the hotel owner who led them to inspect our rooms. We found out later that he is just a guard. After they left, I came to ask the concierge. The lady at the concierge said she didn’t notice the police had gone up to inspect us. We asked manager to tell their real owner. The owner explained it was a policy that police officer will come and randomly check without noticing. But the problem is how could the hotel guard easily let the officer go up to check us in the middle of the night by not informing the staff at the concierge. We felt so unsafe and could not sleep throughout the night. Our parents felt uncomfortable as well. We were afraid they would get heart attack from this situation so we then asked the responsibilities from the owner. He said he will not responsible and we couldn’t blame him because it is china policy. This means that anybody can get inside hotel and can go up to every floor easily without permission. It is so unsafe. From my opinion , I do not recommend if you are alone or if you are girls, or traveling with old parents because this hotel has no security system. Only two positive comments I can say is 24hr laundry room and good assistance of the lady at concierge (Miss Lin). We booked the room that supposed to have refrigerator. But there is no refrigerator in our room. Ms.Lin solved the problem for us immediately. We were very impressed.

安心又暖心 這次帶娃來普寧吃吃喝喝，入住星辰麗致酒店真的太省心了！從進門開始就感受到滿滿的誠意，前台小姐姐不僅禮貌熱情，辦理入住的速度也很快，全程耐心解答我們的問題，讓人特別安心。房間乾淨整潔，細節做得很到位。床品柔軟親膚，我們特意選了親子房型，空間寬敞，衞浴乾濕分離，還有專門的小童洗漱用品，細節滿滿，讓帶娃的我們省心不少。酒店的公共區域也很安全，走廊和電梯都有防滑設計，地理位置絕佳，離我們打卡的普寧大院、春滿園等美食店都很近，打車幾分鐘就到，帶娃出行毫無壓力。酒店正對面就是普寧國際服裝城，女兒“斥巨資”給全家人都買了衣服，皆大歡喜。這裏都是讓人放心的選擇，下次再來普寧，還會毫不猶豫地選擇這裏！✨

酒店環境 酒店的公共區域有很多藝術品裝飾，提升了檔次感，地理位置不僅交通便利，而且入住停車免費又方便。周邊還有普寧本地美食，商場，景區一應俱全。 酒店房間 房間寬敞明亮，佈局合理，住起來非常舒適，床品質量很好，睡在上面感覺非常柔軟舒適， 浴室乾淨整潔，設施齊全，使用起來很方便，裏面的洗漱品配套很齊全。 餐廳環境 餐廳的環境優雅，酒店的自助早餐的品種很多，菜品精緻，可以滿足不同的口味需求，口感也很好。

The hotel room have very strong cigarette smells and a bit dark. A bit far from the Puning City center. Overall consider okay for the price we paid.

Per molte persone potrebbe essere abbastanza. Ma ho bisogno almeno al di sotto 21C, idealmente. - una microonde in un posto dell'edificio (idealmente nella stanza) sarebbe bello - e un mini frigo nella stanza - personalmente sono anche un fan di cortine automatiche.

2nd time staying in this hotel. Nice hotel. Value for money. Close proximity to many eateries and also shopping centre. This room has a washing machine. Negative : The night shift receptionist is very unfriendly and speak in an aggressive tone. Look like he is not happy with his job. This is a service industry and he should be more polite and courteous. He will spoilt the image of this hotel. Management should send him for some people management course otherwise he is not fit for this industry

La seconda volta che vengo qui per fare un viaggio, o per soggiornare in questo hotel, per la prima volta che ho un peliccia, questa volta ho un peliccia, ma ho chiamato prima, il cameriere ha presto cercato di risolvere la questione.In generale, l'igiene è ancora buona, il servizio è buono, la stanza è molto grande

設施跟不上時代，我住的房間電動浴簾還沒有，關燈設定得也**，我已經忘了上一家要下床關燈睡覺得酒店是幾年前了。就這還五星級酒店。線下開票麻煩得要死還收税點，網上如果用積分抵扣了房費可能導致截圖和發票對不上導致部分公司無法報銷，要自己虧税點線下開，工作人員還笨

La posizione è buona quanto è facile trovare il magazzino di cibo intorno. uscire dall'albergo a sinistra, uscire attraverso la porta laterale, girare a sinistra si può vedere un pesce porridge a prezzo ragionevole. Cammina dalla porta principale e gira a destra, cammina dritto attraverso la strada e seguire la strada lungo il fiume, per andare a ChongSan Road, De An Li..

Will recommend to my colleagues! It's amonb the best places I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service.
