Pleasant front staff, able to communicate in basic English, gave late check-out, highly appreciated. Room was big, bed and pillows super comfortable, good size shower, nice service with cookie on arrival, snack gift box, fruit and evening soup. Breakfast was extensive and enjoyable. Hotel location is great for visiting the museum across from it, but tbf, there’s nothing else around the hotel, no shops or restaurants which was disappointing. The Wanda Plaza mall is a short 5 minute drive. About 30 minutes to get to Millennium Park area. Overall a lovely one night stay.
