I had a wonderful experience at this homestay. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. They even assisted by bringing my food delivery directly to my doorstep, which was a very thoughtful touch. On my departure day, they also helped arrange transportation to pick up my luggage and send it to the airport, making my travel much easier and stress-free. The room was clean, the environment was comfortable, and the service truly exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Well located in a scenic area where my room faces a Bridge and a lake. The staff are very helpful and helped me with my luggage. One needs to walk in about 50 meters where the taxi drops off. The breakfast is personally served. The noise from tourists generally starts at 7:30 am and subside into the evening, the windows are quite noise proof and we have a very good stay and experience overall. A special mention to Yah Fei and the rest of the reception team, waitresses and porters for their enthusiastic hospitality.

Heard Yang Yang was in Kaifeng. I specially drove over from Zhengzhou and booked a hotel room. Figuring a full day of sightseeing would be tiring and sweltering, there was no point heading back right away. Staying overnight lets me keep exploring tomorrow anyway, since the ticket’s valid for three days. I compared tons of places online, and this one’s fairly priced with a nice look. Just went ahead and booked it—take a chance if it’s not perfect. Dragged my tired self and family over to the hotel area. Traffic wasn’t bad today, otherwise parking would’ve been a hassle. Lucky there’s a free parking lot right here, no need to hunt for a spot. But surprisingly, there’s a charging station right opposite! Why didn’t the hotel mention it at all? I went to charge my car tonight. It’s a hybrid, but every bit saved counts. The hotel itself is solid and decent: clean, simple, with all the basic amenities you need. Pretty great! Checked out the next day fully recharged to keep having fun. Still out and about now, nowhere near heading home. Bored hiding in the bathroom right now, so I’m writing this review to recommend it. If it gets too late, I might even book another night here again.

Kaifeng was the first city we visited in China some time ago, and we come back from time to time because it is a very special place for us. This time we stayed at this hotel, and it is clean, spacious, with friendly and attentive service. We really enjoyed our stay and will most likely come back here next time. The only thing that could be improved to make it truly perfect is the breakfast buffet. No one seems to be in charge of closing the lids of the trays, so the food is cold when you take it. Aside from that, everything was excellent.

Molto vicino all'ingresso est di Wansuishan, ci vogliono solo pochi minuti a piedi e basta attraversare la strada. La mattina uscivamo, il pomeriggio tornavamo per riposare e la sera rientravamo nel parco per divertirci. Il personale alla reception è stato gentilissimo, mi ha fatto un upgrade di stanza e, anche se avevo prenotato una stanza che includeva solo due buoni colazione, vedendo che ero con un bambino ce ne hanno dato uno in più. La stanza era nella media, ma la posizione è imbattibile. Se hai intenzione di visitare Wansuishan e non vuoi alloggiare in un B&B, questo è assolutamente il posto che fa per te!

La stanza dell'hotel era sufficientemente progettata per le famiglie, anche se era una stanza per fumatori, non profumava tanto quanto pensavo. L'unica cosa che mi piaceva era che abbiamo pagato per il pacchetto ”continuato incluso” ma il colazione fa qualcosa che non variava, anche se serviva solo colazione cinese con più opzioni sarebbe meglio... ma questo non era il caso e per toccarlo fuori dalla sala da pranzo che necessita di servire l'intero hotel non ha fornito spazio sufficiente per tutti gli ospiti... molte tavole dove si è creato per il gruppo di cena così tanti ospiti che una coppia ha preso una tavola da 4 posti e messo oggetti personali sulle sedie per tenere gli altri da Il hotel offre ai suoi ospiti più possibilità di colazione e spazio sufficiente per sedersi!

La custode ha colpito la porta mentre ero ancora a letto, voleva pulire la stanza. La prima volta ha colpito la porta che non rispondevo. Continuava a strillare e a gridare forte Fu Wu Yan fino al terzo colpo di 10 volte + di colpo di porta mentre ero spaventata e cercava di indossare la giacca. L'esperienza di soggiorno è buona. La stanza è molto grande. Il servizio è molto soddisfatto. Vedo alcuni dettagli del servizio in questo negozio. La gestione è un consumatore incline. La grande struttura di ricevimento è fissata per l'aggiornamento gratuito della camera parentale e della casa parentale. Vedo che il viaggio intorno è molto conveniente.
