WWillson LThis is a newly opened hotel in Quanzhou/Jinjiang. The location is convenient for visits to west street, wudianshi. It is also near shopping malls typically would take around 10-15min by taxi.
Staff at the front desk and around the hotel are professional and friendly. There is also a robot that helped deliver replenishments and food.
There is also a self service laundry room which is great for washing your clothes. The staff even offered to help to send clothes after drying to our room. I.e. you need to no wait at room for collection.
Rooms are located at high floors in general starting from level 16. Space is decent compared to other hotels. There was slight renovation smell in the room given the hotel is new but was not too bad. A small suggestion to the hotel: please offer body lotion as it is a common service in most hotels.
Overall, a pleasant experience and I will definitely recommend choosing this hotel when you travel to Quanzhou/Jinjiang.

TTrishyExcellent hotel all around. Service was excellent, especially the front desk staffs who were attentive and helpful to assist me with the locations of trains stations. We were also given a free room upgrade, which the room exceed our expectations with large windows and spacious area. The room was very clean and modern. Hotel is located near the airport and to some attractions. I honestly can not find anything to complain about this hotel. Value for money. We will definitely choose to stay at the hamptons again.

JJay87Wanran è un affascinante soggiorno Minsu in una bella casa conservata 100-year-old, circondato da un quartiere passeggiabile pieno di negozi di eredità, caffè accoglienti, cibo locale e anche un centro commerciale. E' il perfetto equilibrio del fascino del mondo antico e della comodità moderna.
Questo soggiorno di famiglia ospitato da un bellissimo coppia e i loro due figli offre un'esperienza autentica e accogliente.
La stanza degli ospiti è una parte rinnovata della vecchia casa: pulita, comoda e dotata di tutti gli elementi essenziali.
Oltre all'architettura nostalgica, questo posto è davvero speciale, la sala da tè. E' un gemma nascosta piena di te' rare e di alta qualità provenienti da diverse regioni. Gli ospiti sono invitati a sedersi, a sedere e a chat non solo sul tè, ma anche sulla cultura, le storie e la vita quotidiana.
Anche come straniero con solo competenze chinesi di base, mi sentivo completamente agevole di passare del tempo nella sala del tè, scambiando idee con l'ospite. Lingua non era un ostacolo a tutti tè diventato la nostra lingua condivisa.
Questa è la mia prima volta che sono rimasto in una casa di tè, e mi ha lasciato con belle memorie. Se stai cercando qualcosa di autentico, rilassante, profondamente radicato nella vita locale e nella cultura del tè, Wanran è un must.

Molto buono
La camera è bellissima, e anche la camera con vista sul lago è bellissima. La vista diurna e quella notturna sono entrambe diverse. Quella notte mi è capitato di vedere la luna piena sui rami. Le strutture delle camere sono molto nuove e pensate e il flusso ottimizzato è molto intuitivo. La scelta migliore se sei troppo pigro per camminare per vedere un concerto. Anche se ordinare da asporto è lontano, è comunque possibile. Tuttavia, l'hotel non lo consegna al piano di sopra, quindi devi andare al bancone da asporto all'ingresso prendilo. Ma il personale dell'hotel mi ha comunque inviato le medicine al piano di sopra. Quando ho fatto il check-out il giorno successivo, il membro dello staff Boom si è preso cura anche della mia salute, il che è stato molto premuroso. Il minimarket accanto all'hotel è un po' difficile da trovare, ma nella hall ci sono dei distributori automatici dove potrete acquistare l'acqua che desiderate. Comunque molto conveniente. Se in futuro vorrò vedere un altro concerto in questa sede, sceglierò di nuovo questo posto.

UUtente ospiteFrom my experience at 4 different accommodations in the Jinjiang/Quanzhou area, I have come to learn that the cleanliness (or rather, lack thereof) at this hotel is typical of this area at this price range. So I don’t want to make it sound worse than it deserves.
That said, the first thing I saw when I entered the room was a gross-looking tangle of hair on the floor. I sent a WeChat message to the person managing it, and to their credit they were very apologetic and sent someone to clean it up, which they did (I was gone at the time). When I got back, though, I was disappointed that although that particular tangle of hair had been cleaned up, the rest of the floor still had visible dust and who-knows-what on it. I ended up seeing a broom and dustpan in the hallway against another door, and I decided to briefly borrow it and quickly sweep my own floor so I didn’t have to feel like it was gross. After that it was ok.
Also, there was a sort of dank, unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, which I believe is from the drain. The toilet is the kind that you are not supposed to flush toilet paper down (instead put it in the bin next to the toilet), so it’s also possible the smell was the result of that system after the previous occupant’s stay. There is a water problem in the bathroom such that when you take a shower, water ends up sitting in a kind of puddle on the floor near the sink, so it’s hard for the bathroom to ever be entirely dry, which no doubt also adds to the difficulty of keeping the bathroom smelling fresh.
The room itself was big and included a washing machine, which was very helpful! There was a little kitchen area and a kettle and such. Water bottles were supplied every day. The bed was comfortable and clean.
There was a sofa and a coffee table, and another sort of recliner seat near the window. Unfortunately the coffee table looked dirty (some sort of sticky residue on it) from the last occupant, so I didn’t want to put anything on it.
The location is right next to the Jinjiang airport, which is of course convenient for arriving or departing by plane. Checkin was done via WeChat - I just told them I had arrived, and they sent me a code for the door. There was no one at the front desk when I arrived, but I can’t say for sure that no one is ever there. Possibly if I had waited longer someone would have come, I don’t know.
For all the negative comments I had above, I want to repeat what I stated at the beginning - this level of cleanliness is apparently fairly normal for this price range in this area. I still think more effort could and should be put into making it a cleaner and more inviting space for customers, and things like the standing water problem in the bathroom should be fixed to prevent mold growth and such, but it’s also possible I just need to suck it up and spend more money on a better hotel room if I feel that my standard of cleanliness is so important.

UUtente anonimoThe taxi drop-off is along the main road, but it is just a short walk away from the hotel. There is a big signage for easy identification. The night market is just a short walk away, and has a wide range of food and snacks.
A deposit would be collected during the check-in process at the front counter, the process was relatively smooth. Conversed in mandarin so there wasn't any language barrier.
Cigarette smell is strong in the corridors and walkways. The walls in the room are not very clean, with visible stains. There's a gap when the toilet door is closed.
Bedding and pillows were clean and comfortable. Towels were sealed.
Water temperature and amount are not consistent, sometimes it would get either super hot or super cold. Bathroom is relatively big and clean, but there is no wet / dry separation.
Fits the price paid, we only stayed one night due to a transit flight.

MMilanAnjia apartment is in nice residential area, just behind the Hilton hotel, and there is a food court nearby. It offers a beautiful view (see my photos).The apartment is not so close to Quanzhou as it looks on the map, and bus service is on an hourly basis. So, you are better using taxi or Didi. But it is not so far from Jinjiang Wudanshi Traditioal Blocks. The rent is pricey, but it is comfortable. Especially if it is a holiday they raised a price from 180 RMB to 326 RMB. Guests are required to do a self-check-in. However, there are no fabric towel, only paper ones. Imagine you dry yourself with a paper towel, which is disgusting, it is not enough, so you have to suffer after taking a shower. The owners who rent around dozen apartments do not want to bother to wash towels; they prefer lazy lifestyle of rich owners - easy money with less work.
