Hotel con parcheggio a Jieyang

The room is quite good for a one night stay. We book on weekdays (Monday), so not so many people around. We asked the room nearby the elevator, and we got it. The only issue is the room is not sound proof. And there’s no english speakers at the reception desk. However, the hospitality is good among the staff. They use translator in their smartphones. We think we should have basic mandarin language before coming to make ourselves feel more welcome. And we learned it. Overall, I recommend to stay for a night.

Il condizionamento d'aria ha lottato per andare al di sotto dell'23C, quando era 26C fuori. Io dormo personalmente meglio a 21C (fortunato a pagare un po' di più per avere un A/C più forte) - un mini frigo nella stanza (gioioso di pagare un po' di più per noleggiarlo dalla ricezione) - una microonde in un posto dell'hotel (per esempio, microonde autoservizio nella zona di accoglienza, o pagare un po' di più per noleggiarla dalla ricezione)

Thrilling experience I , my sister and 75-year-old parents stayed for 3 nights. Our final night at the hotel was so unpleasant, stressful, uncomfortable and very disappointing. The hotel guard brought 4 policemen to our rooms at 12.30 am. The police knocked the door so hard and wanted to inspect inside our rooms in the middle of the night. We were so afraid. But We decided to open the door and asked them to show their official ID because We were not sure if they are real police officers. However they refused to show their ID and they inspected our parents room instead. We asked the police how can they get inside the hotel, came up and inspect. They told us that the guys next to them was the hotel owner who led them to inspect our rooms. We found out later that he is just a guard. After they left, I came to ask the concierge. The lady at the concierge said she didn’t notice the police had gone up to inspect us. We asked manager to tell their real owner. The owner explained it was a policy that police officer will come and randomly check without noticing. But the problem is how could the hotel guard easily let the officer go up to check us in the middle of the night by not informing the staff at the concierge. We felt so unsafe and could not sleep throughout the night. Our parents felt uncomfortable as well. We were afraid they would get heart attack from this situation so we then asked the responsibilities from the owner. He said he will not responsible and we couldn’t blame him because it is china policy. This means that anybody can get inside hotel and can go up to every floor easily without permission. It is so unsafe. From my opinion , I do not recommend if you are alone or if you are girls, or traveling with old parents because this hotel has no security system. Only two positive comments I can say is 24hr laundry room and good assistance of the lady at concierge (Miss Lin). We booked the room that supposed to have refrigerator. But there is no refrigerator in our room. Ms.Lin solved the problem for us immediately. We were very impressed.

安心又暖心 這次帶娃來普寧吃吃喝喝，入住星辰麗致酒店真的太省心了！從進門開始就感受到滿滿的誠意，前台小姐姐不僅禮貌熱情，辦理入住的速度也很快，全程耐心解答我們的問題，讓人特別安心。房間乾淨整潔，細節做得很到位。床品柔軟親膚，我們特意選了親子房型，空間寬敞，衞浴乾濕分離，還有專門的小童洗漱用品，細節滿滿，讓帶娃的我們省心不少。酒店的公共區域也很安全，走廊和電梯都有防滑設計，地理位置絕佳，離我們打卡的普寧大院、春滿園等美食店都很近，打車幾分鐘就到，帶娃出行毫無壓力。酒店正對面就是普寧國際服裝城，女兒“斥巨資”給全家人都買了衣服，皆大歡喜。這裏都是讓人放心的選擇，下次再來普寧，還會毫不猶豫地選擇這裏！✨

酒店的地理位置一級棒，客房還配有手機充電線，抽紙也是相當厚，客服每個都很敬業，六樓整理房間的小汪會主動打招呼問好，沖涼房的下水道有點水流慢，小汪立馬解決，酒店老闆能請到這樣的員工真心是幸運啊，以後的揭陽行一定還會入住的，已推薦給朋友們。

Il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono. Da ricevimento alla sala d'albergo, ognuno dei dipendenti è molto professionale e educato.Ci sono esigenze durante il soggiorno, la risposta è molto tempestiva, e l'ospite è tornato.La stanza è pulita e pulita, il letto è comodo e dormi molto tranquillo.

The hotel is in the centre of Puning. The hotel room is spacious and clean but the hotel is kinda old and staff there are not well-trained even smoked during working on duty that was totally unexpected.

I had a wonderful stay at TianPeng Hotel because of its strategic location near the airport especially convenience for those who take the mid night flights upon arrival. The staff were friendly, attentive and prompted to what the guests need notably the pickup point by the hotel shuttle van is convenient. Furthermore the room is big, clean and comfortable, and the facilities are user friendly.  Thank you for making my stay pleasant and memorable.
