TTraveler 12345I stayed at this mountain hotel for one night before climbing Mount Hua the next day, and it turned out to be an excellent choice.
This is a family-run hotel, and the owners go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome. The hotel boss is exceptionally friendly and hospitable, and it is clear that the whole family works hard to ensure guests have an enjoyable stay. They were incredibly helpful in providing information about transportation, hiking routes, and other logistics related to visiting Mount Hua.
The hotel attracts both Chinese and international travelers, creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. They also sell snacks, drinks, and other essentials at very fair prices, which is convenient for hikers preparing for their trip.
The rooms and beds were in excellent condition. The hotel is relatively new, and this is reflected in the clean, modern, and cozy rooms. Everything felt well maintained and comfortable.
A major advantage is the free pick-up service from the train station. They also help guests get to the tourist center, making the start of the Mount Hua hike much easier and stress-free.
The breakfast was delicious and provided a great source of energy before a long day of hiking. Throughout my entire stay, I felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Mount Hua. The outstanding hospitality, comfortable rooms, convenient services, and helpful local advice made my stay a wonderful experience.

UUtente ospiteEro un po' titubante quando ho prenotato una camera per la prima volta. Ho guardato diversi hotel su Ctrip! Parliamo prima di questo hotel. È il più economico. Parliamo delle dimensioni della camera. È anche il più grande! E le recensioni sono le più alte! Quindi ho esitato per diversi giorni! Alla fine, ho fatto un ordine. La mattina del check-in, il capo mi ha chiamato per chiedermi se volevo passare a prendere alla stazione, dicendo che avevano un servizio di ritiro gratuito! A quel punto, ho sentito di aver fatto la scelta giusta. Dopo essere arrivato al negozio, sono stato molto soddisfatto. I commessi erano più entusiasti e sono tutti nati negli anni '80! È stato molto comodo comunicare! Il giorno dopo c'era anche un servizio di ritiro dall'ufficio turistico, per un totale di 4 ritiri! Questo mi ha fatto risparmiare decine di dollari di taxi! Il prezzo della camera non era caro e tutti e tre i pasti erano inclusi! Eravamo più persone in quel momento! Così abbiamo ordinato pollo e pesce locali! Era delizioso! Anche i nostri bambini sono stati felicissimi di mangiarlo! Il giorno dopo, quando siamo scesi dalla montagna, abbiamo chiesto ai bambini cosa volessero mangiare e tutti hanno detto che sarebbero tornati in hotel a prendere i piatti dello zio! Noi adulti abbiamo riso tutti! Era il desiderio dei bambini! Abbiamo fritto qualche piatto fatto in casa! Non era male! Erano tutti cucinati al momento! Nessun piatto è precotto! Si vede! Ogni piatto viene lavato nel lavandino! L'igiene è assolutamente impeccabile! Parliamo della camera: è pulita e igienica, l'ambiente è ottimo ed è molto silenzioso. Ogni camera ha un balcone! È molto sicuro viverci! Insomma, vale la pena consigliarlo! Non c'è assolutamente alcuna esagerazione! Anche se è un po' troppo, è tutto vero! Vale la pena consigliarlo👍👍👍

DDaphne_SIl soggiorno qui era sorprendente, le camere erano pulite e mi offrono tutto per rendere perfetta l’esperienza, mi hanno lasciato e mi hanno portato al parco di Huashan, mi hanno offerto un bagno a piedi e un pasto caldo quando sono tornato. E anche mi ha lasciato alla stazione il giorno dopo!La stanza stessa aveva anche una bella vista sulle montagne ⛰️

UUtente ospite[Raccomandazione a cinque stelle | Una stazione commovente ai piedi del monte Huashan] Ero già un fan prima ancora di arrivare! Il capo è molto entusiasta. Abbiamo comunicato il percorso in anticipo. Mentre stavamo scendendo dalla montagna, nel giro di pochi secondi abbiamo ricevuto risposta alla nostra chiamata. Il ritiro dell'auto speciale è stato rapido e stabile e non abbiamo dovuto preoccuparci minimamente del trasporto! Il piccolo cortile in mattoni blu è pieno di sorprese. Le camere sono eleganti e in stile zen, e i materassi sono moderatamente morbidi e duri. Una passeggiata di 5 minuti per raggiungere la posizione privilegiata della funivia, abbinata a un servizio di ritiro e riconsegna online 24 ore su 24, è semplicemente la soluzione perfetta per i più pigri che desiderano scalare il monte Huashan! L'acqua che il capo ci dà durante la scalata della montagna è così dolce al cuore. Soggiornare al Jimo Inn non significa solo ammirare il paesaggio, ma anche trovarsi ai piedi del monte Huashan.

WWeng FeiTop-notched hospitality experience. It is best stay my entire xi'an trip! Owner is very enthusiastic and helpful to guide through the climbing advice and tips. The room is cleans, big and comfortable offered at a very affordable price. As a foreigner traveler, I faced issues to purchase for the cableway ticket due to the official website only allow to purchase for entrance ticket for foreigner. Thankfully, the owner’s wife was extremely responsive and helped me secure the tickets quickly before reaching the tourist center! They also provide free transport service from the train station to the hotel as well. Location is very near to the Hua Shan tourist center (just a few minutes car ride to the center). A must stay hotel for the hiking lover!

CCallumS1991Un fantastico hotel in famiglia che consiglierei vivamente ai miei amici se mai dovessero visitare Huashan. Il personale è estremamente disponibile e si offre di accompagnare gli ospiti da e per la stazione e la montagna. L'hotel offre camere estremamente confortevoli e ottimi servizi come piscina, tavolo da biliardo e persino videogiochi retrò. Ha tutto ciò che si possa desiderare.

UUtente ospiteRoom is spacious and reasonably clean. Bed is comfortable. A family operation, is literally 3-5 mins walk from the Tourist Service Area, where one can purchase the entry ticket and is the entry point to ascend the north peak (including to reach the north peak cable car). If you prefer to hike all the way up instead of cable up, the start of walking trail is slightly more than 30mins walk away but seems like there is a free shuttle bus that would transfer people between this Tourist Service Area and the start of the walk trail. If you come by ”normal” train, you are about 10mins drive away. The husband of the hotel provides a one time service to either pick up or drop off to the train station. I suggest to use it for the latter as you would have hoards of cabbies trying to bring you from station. Currently the area where is the hotel is partially obscured by a major road expansion but don't let the cabby coax you to cancel this booking and move to their recommended hotels in the more touristic ”village centre”. On paper it sounds great but I find most eateries there sell the same choice of food and goods. For food, the wife of the hotel also operates a eatery on the ground floor of the hotel which I find tasty and reasonably priced. Note that this is budget hotel of simple fittings but I personally find of good value for money for a couple of nights after a long day up in the mountain. (I believe parking might be free there too but do check with owner to confirm).

IIrenaCi tornerei. Solo quella vista sulla montagna era fantastica, gli uccelli che cinguettavano al mattino... almeno fino alle 7:30, quando gli autobus iniziano a circolare. In realtà sembra ancora meglio. Siamo venuti in auto, ma è facile arrivarci anche con i mezzi pubblici (anche la consegna può entrare). Le camere doppie sono più spaziose di una tenda con un letto a castello, questo è quello che ho visto. Soffitti alti, legno all'interno (con un odore un po' forte di vernice acrilica che poi è scomparso), letti abbastanza comodi per gli standard occidentali, pavimenti puliti... il bagno era la struttura più datata, una maggiore pulizia nella zona doccia sarebbe gradita. L'aria condizionata funzionava normalmente, un bollitore, articoli da toeletta, tutto andava bene. Colazione cinese, niente caffè o pane, ma si poteva scegliere altro da soli. La piscina non funzionava. Ottimi posti per il barbecue, molta ombra, piccoli ruscelli d'acqua, spazi per far giocare i bambini all'aperto. Personale gentile e disponibile, veloce nelle risposte, con un inglese di base. La natura era meravigliosa.

I stayed here while preparing to hike the legendary Mount Huashan from the bottom, and I can honestly say the experience was made all the more special thanks to the incredible kindness and hospitality of the owners.
From the moment I arrived, the owners went out of their way to make me feel at home. They provided a detailed and helpful briefing on how to explore the mountain safely, including routes, timings, and what to expect—something that gave me great confidence going into such a challenging hike.
The real highlight, however, was their extraordinary help when I accidentally left my camera in a taxi. What could have been a disaster turned into a heartwarming reminder of genuine human kindness. The owners took it upon themselves to contact the driver, coordinate the return, and made sure I got my camera back safely. They didn’t have to go to such lengths, but they did so without hesitation.
They were also incredibly accommodating when it came to practical matters—arranging food deliveries after a long day on the trail, and organizing a smooth taxi ride back to the train station when it was time to leave.
If you're planning to hike Mount Huashan and are looking for a place that feels more like staying with family than in a hotel, this is the one. I can’t recommend it highly enough.
