Hotel con parcheggio a Contea di Changsha

La posizione era eccellente, e il personale era sempre gentile e utile durante il mio soggiorno. Tuttavia, sono stati due i problemi che hanno influenzato la mia esperienza. Prima di tutto, avevo chiesto una stanza vicino all'ascensore perché mi stava viaggiando con diversi sacchetti pesanti e uno strumento musicale, ma purtroppo la mia stanza era molto lontana dall'ascensore. La maggior parte della strada era coperta di un telaio di spessore, che rendeva molto difficile ruotare la mia valigia e portare il mio strumento. In secondo luogo, sebbene mi sia stato chiesto di non fumare, la stanza aveva un forte odore di fumo di sigarette, e l’odore sembrava infilato nella stanza e era molto sgradevole durante il mio soggiorno. In generale, l'hotel dispone di una posizione eccellente e di personale amichevole, ma spero che queste questioni possano essere migliorate per i futuri ospiti.

Il servizio navetta aeroportuale 24 ore su 24 è molto comodo: basta chiamare l'hotel e un'auto viene inviata immediatamente. L'hotel è molto pulito e ordinato, il letto è comodissimo e la qualità del mio sonno è migliorata notevolmente. Offrono persino pane e bevande calde agli ospiti al mattino. L'attenzione ai dettagli è eccellente; sceglierei sicuramente di nuovo questo hotel la prossima volta che sarò a Changsha.

Molto raccomandato. L'hotel è pulito e tempestivo, e il proprietario dell'hotel (marito e moglie) è molto amichevole. Non possono parlare inglese, ma sono pazienti in comunicare con noi, utilizzando l'app di traduzione. Se abbiamo qualche difficoltà, prendono sempre l'iniziativa di aiutare.  La camera dell'hotel che abbiamo prenotato era una camera standard.Big Bed,C'è un desk per lavorare,TV con canali locali.La camera da bagno è pulita, acqua calda è disponibile e il flusso è piuttosto veloce.La toletta è spogliata,è importante per noi che non sono usati per squattare il bagno. Qui ci sono lavastoviglie e asciugamani che possono essere usati in qualsiasi momento.  E' davvero piacevole stare qui. Io e la mia famiglia torneremo qui se avremo la possibilità di andare a Hunan. Non c'è bisogno di trovare un altro hotel come qui i nostri cuori sono bloccati.

The Buffet were lousy. Most of the food were almost finish at 7.30am. By the time you come down at 7.30am no more food. And I ask the person in charge how come you do not replenish. He only mention no more and no replenish. I asked him the buffet were till 0930 am. And we as a customer paid the money for the breakfast buffet. He were very rude just says no more. This is really really no good service and the worst Breakfast Buffet I ever had. Everything is empty. What to eat????? The manager which I put a ring. Very very bad attitude and service.

I got Ctrip.com service centre at Changsha Huanghua Airport to advise me how to contact Sycamore Tree Hotel to pick me up and I managed to contact Sycamore Tree Hotel Uncle Liu to pick me up at column C6. The exit is next to the Ctrip.com service centre of the airport and there are long queues of cars awaiting to pick up guests at the airport. Sycamore Tree Hotel is an hourly-rated hotel that allows guests to stay up to seven hours a day or to the next day. It has a three-hours room stay package for guests who are transitting to another city on the same day but since Trip.com is selling the room based on per day basis, I paid less than $30 to stay until 8 pm on the same day. To kill time, under my request, Uncle Liu chaufferred me to two plane-spotting sites around the Changsha airport for plane photography at a return fee of 150 RMB from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm, including Gao'an Village Committee Building and the premises around Hunan General Aviation Building. This fee includes the driver's waiting time. Uncle Liu has very good knowledge on plane-spotting and I recommend plane-spotters to stay in this hotel if their purpose of visiting Changsha is plane-spotting. Uncle Liu quipped that he also can bring guests to Zhangjiajie in Hunan. While the staff of Sycamore Tree Hotel is friendly, I would like to comment that the room allocated to me has no window, no regular-size table for me to write on paper and no chair. It takes a long time for the room to turn cool after switching on the air-conditioner. The toilet-cum-bathroom only has the small bath towel for body wiping purpose. Overall, the room is worse than the single room of Toyoko Inn. Despite the insufficiencies in the room, I recommend this hotel for staff friendliness, airport pick-up/drop-off services and local transport service. For breakfast and other meals, there is the bun shop next door and the noodles restaurant of one minute walk away from the hotel. For recreation, there is the games machine outside the hotel. I will stay at Sycamore Tree Hotel again if there were another opportunity of an onward flight at night from Changsha to another city airport.

This is one of the most affordable accommodations located within walking distance to Changsha International Airport. Its ideal if you just want an affordable place for a good rest before taking off. Although the room is not modern and is actually home-stay style, but it's clean and equipped with all the standard amenities. Upon arrival, the manager even kindly offered to upgrade two of us from one queen-bed room to two single-bed room with sitting toilet free of charge, which we greatly appreciated ☺️ For 2 persons, staying here in a private room with a private bathroom is even better than staying in a shared accommodation in a hostel. We just walked 25 minutes to the airport 👍

Inizialmente, a questo prezzo, non avevo grandi speranze per l'hotel. Ma quando sono arrivato, ho scoperto che questo hotel ha completamente superato le mie aspettative in termini di ambiente e servizio! Innanzitutto l'ambiente è di prima classe, molto pulito e tranquillo. Inoltre, il servizio fornito dalla reception e dall'autista è di prim'ordine. Inutile dire che il ritiro e la riconsegna all'aeroporto sono d'obbligo. Ovunque tu voglia andare, c'è un'auto che ti verrà a prendere in qualsiasi momento e ovunque . Inizialmente volevo rimanere nella città di Changsha per altri due giorni, ma ho deciso di continuare il mio soggiorno il giorno successivo! Viaggio spesso in giro per il paese. Questo hotel è eccezionale in termini di rapporto qualità-prezzo e altri aspetti. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti! (L'unico inconveniente è che si tratta di un negozio dell'aeroporto, che è decisamente lontano dalla città, ma il trasporto è molto conveniente. C'è un'auto speciale inviata alla stazione della metropolitana e la persona che ti viene a prendere quando torni Se avete amici particolarmente esigenti evitatelo)
