Hotel con parcheggio a Lugano

L'hotel è collegato alla strada commerciale e dispone di un proprio ristorante con 1 stella Michelin. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti numerosi bar e ristoranti ed è a 10 minuti a piedi dalla riva del lago. Anche se la stanza è piccola, è molto pulita e la colazione non offre molte varietà.

Sensationelle Lage, aufmerksame empfangspersonal…. So wie man sich es auch erwarten kann, in einem 5 Stern Hotel. Pianobar und Restaurant entsprechen dem Niveau. Spa ist nur auf Reservation und beschränkt benutzbar….. was enttäuscht….auch das man sich zur frische Luft ergeben kann ist negativ. Fitnessraum ist im Nachbar/ Partner Hotel und ist mit Basic Geräte bestückt….. ist auch fraglich! Aber ein Instruktor ist meisten vor Ort! Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gut bestückt, die Aussicht traumhaft……

Felt like a home away from home—if you were the great-grandchild of a wealthy aristocrat who owned a villa in one of the most immaculate places on earth. Grand, yes, but somehow still cozy-feeling. Staff treated us like family, service was above and beyond, location made everything easily accessible, but you won't have to go too far as you'd be content spending day after day lounging by the lake, pool, lawn, or just in the well-appointed rooms.

La camera è ampia e pulita. Il lago è raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. Il parcheggio è gratuito ed è molto comodo da raggiungere in auto. La reception dell'hotel è cordiale ed entusiasta, e anche l'aspetto è molto curato. Anche la colazione è deliziosa, il servizio è buono e vale la pena consigliarlo.

We love our stay at Hotel Federale Lugano. The receptionists are very helpful. They even printed us the schedule of buses and helped planning our itineraries to Menagio - Varenna. The breakfast staff was very nice and warm. On the easter day, they gave us Easter bunny chocolate and wishes us happy Easter. Every morning the staff will also make a smile face on our coffee. Thank you for making our trip memorable! Location: next to the train station and beautiful cathedral!

Review Mixed feelings I stayed on a weekend solo trip whilst working elsewhere in Switzerland, and have mixed feelings about this hotel. I booked this on the basis of the rave reviews on here, which I don’t really now understand - it’s fine but not great in my view. What’s good: - Beautiful public areas in the main building - Spa, pool & sun terrace have great furnishings, very comfortable and a stunning view of the lake - Breakfast buffet is excellent quality & included in room rate. Probably the nicest croissant ever. The staff kindly opened the terrace for me (it was 18 degrees & very sunny) - Some of the staff were kind and helpful, particularly at the reception & the spa desk - Very comfortable beds, lovely linen & towels - good night’s sleep! - Nice location, a little out of the main town (15 mins walk around the lake) so peaceful & quiet - Free shuttle to Lugano train station is a nice extra, although the public bus is very convenient Less good - My room was in an ugly 1970s building with a view of the carpark. I didn’t expect a lake view (it was an additional 200 CHF per night) but this was not exactly a “garden view” as described - The room & bathroom was cluttered with random stuff- promotional booklets, mini bar snacks, bottles of toiletries - there was no space to stand even a wash bag in the bathroom. There were 4 bottles of products balanced on the edge of the bath. Please wall mount the bottles & tidy up! - I asked to borrow an iron - the one they bought had a European plug & all the in-room plugs are Swiss, so it was unusable. I don’t expect everyone to speak perfect English but even google translate could not get me a working iron! I fail to understand why you’d not have the right iron plug for the hotel sockets… - At breakfast I was asked 3 times if they should open a parasol, I politely said “no” so the staff waited for me to go to the buffet & opened it anyway! I was cold in the shade so I just left my food, which was a disappointment - I had to ask for my free tourist card for transport & museum discounts. This should be provided to all guests, had I not been aware of it then I’d have missed out On balance, for me it was overpriced, for 450 CHF per night I will likely try somewhere else next time I come to town. Not a disaster but I feel there’s likely better choices. The Best Western next door is 1/3 of the cost…

I stayed at Best Western Hotel Bellevue au Lac for just one night, but it was a truly pleasant experience. The staff were warm and welcoming, the room was spotless, and the location was perfect—right by the lake with beautiful views. The food was delicious, and overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely love to return for a longer stay next time!

La colazione è buona e molto ricca.Ha il proprio parcheggio tariffario.Il telecomando aereo ha trovato per un po', inizialmente collocato sul muro vicino alla porta.La reception è buona, c'è una ragione speciale per ritardare la partenza per un po', ed è facile comunicare.

The property is very nice and clean. They have everything we need. It would be nice if there is a little laundry detergent.

Servizi: Un hotel molto retrò con tutti i comfort. Il riscaldamento era molto comodo e il letto era morbidissimo. Pulizia: Molto pulito. Ambiente: Molto bello. La vista dal ristorante è incredibile ed è molto tranquillo. Servizio: Eccellente. Il personale della reception è stato molto gentile. La colazione è inclusa.
