UUtente ospiteGreat stay and professional staff. Everything was clean and prepared for us, and the bed was comfortable, and all the amenities were well received. The refrigerator was well stocked with sodas and liquor of which we did not take pardon, and the coffee was very good.

UUtente ospiteMy husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs.
The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting.
For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️

On my first night, I checked into my room which was facing Beatty Street overlooking the BC Place, there was a 2-day concert on going until 11pm. I rang the front desk and asked for room swap, unfortunately all rooms were fully booked at the time. The next day I received a call from the front desk and they were happy to offer another room for my remaining stay, away from the main street where the concert was held. Overall great hotel location, right in the middle of city centre with lots restaurants and shops.

MMond789The room was quiet and clean. The location is perfect which is near the port and Gastown. It takes 8 minutes walk to the Port of Vancouver. The sky train station and bus stop just right next to the hotel.

JjulianaWe stayed here for 5 nights. They are in a great, if not the best, location in Vancouver. Next to Waterfront station where they have skytrain, seabus, buses and train. Also literally at Canada Place where they have free shuttle to Grouse Mountain and Capilano bridge. You can see the cruise, seaplane and helicopter from your room too. Minutes of walk to Gastown to see the stream clock.
Best thing is, when you buy a fridge magnet of Vancouver, the hotel is part of the iconic building.
Staffs are really friendly too, our room is always clean.
If I have a complain, I'm just not very used to housekeeper's trolleys being 24/7 on appearance at the corridor of a 5-star hotel.
Other than that, it's a near perfect stay. Loving the view from our room too.

UUtente ospiteWe have a bad experience with St. Regis. We told the front desk to help us to book a big taxi for 4 people to take us to airport in early morning, but the staff didn't mark it properly, when we double checked the 2nd time, the order wasn't there and turned out a small taxi came and they needed to reorder a big one for us.
They mixed up the room charge, it was remarked to pay at the hotel, first time the staff gave us the wrong info that both rooms were already charged to my card. Then the next day, they said it was not charged yet, we told them we paid by different credit cards, but when we checked out, they charged both rooms on my card without my permission. Finally, they cancelled 1 room payment and charge it back to my friend's card. This is very unprofessional and I haven't received my statement yet and not sure if they really cancelled the wrong payment.

UUtente ospiteIl servizio era buono, la stanza era pulita e ben attrezzata, anche se breve sui pannelli di caffè. La decorazione era data come tutti gli apparecchi e i dispositivi. La migliore caratteristica era la vicinanza al Teatro della Regina Elizabeth. La peggiore ”caratteristiche” era stata detto alla stanza che aveva un letto re, ma no, solo una regina. Non è l'unico hotel che malrappresenta i loro letti, che tendenza annoiante. Il pub del ristorante sul sito è molto medio. Le fritte erano grasse, ma il mio Buffalo Chicken Wrap e la zuppa di Bacon & Tomato di mia moglie erano buoni. Il servizio nel ristorante era eccellente, molto utile.

DDev_TirthoAvevo un buon soggiorno nel Sandman Hotel nel centro di Vancouver! Mi è stato piacevolmente sorpreso di un complimento aggiornamento in una camera con un letto di grande dimensione, che ha reso il soggiorno molto confortevole. La posizione è assolutamente perfetta, nel cuore della città con facile accesso a negozi, ristoranti e grandi attrazioni.È stato super conveniente andare in giro e esplorare la città.
Il personale era amichevole, professionale e veloce per aiutare con qualsiasi domanda che avevo. La stanza era pulita, moderna e aveva tutto quello che mi serviva per un soggiorno rilassante.
L'unico sconto era il costo di parcheggio di $25 al giorno, che non mi aspettavo. È qualcosa di cui tenere presente se stai portando un veicolo. Inoltre, tutto il resto era liscio e piacevole.
Se stai cercando un hotel centralmente situato con camere confortevoli e un servizio eccellente, il Sandman è certamente valsa la pena di considerare.
