UUtente anonimoSiamo stati in una splendida suite al piano superiore, attraverso un sacco di viaggio. La stanza era una grande dimensione - non massiccia, ma facile per 3 persone (pari + bambino) per vivere confortevolmente. La posizione è grande se si cerca qualcosa vicino al fianco. Il centro fitness (compreso il pool a pieno compimento) è enorme, e credo che la gente paghi un bel po' per usarlo come palestra privata (che si ottiene gratuitamente).

UUtente ospiteMy husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs.
The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting.
For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️

UUtente ospiteLa stanza è bella e confortevole. Il personale era molto bello e utile. Ci hanno fatto sentire così benvenuti! La posizione è grande con molti buoni caffè vicino. È vicino al centro della città e al porto, a pochi minuti a piedi. Mentre tanti hotel a Vancouver stanno diventando vecchi, antichi e hanno bisogno di un ascensore, l'ExChange è davvero bello e sarei sicuramente tornato nella mia prossima visita.

UUtente ospiteService was good, room was clean and well equipped, although short on coffee pods. The decor was dated as were all appliances and fixtures. Chairs and coach were all low (not good for a bad back), the toilet was also old and low. Best feature was close proximity to the Queen Elizabeth Theatre. Worst ”feature” was being told the room had a king bed, but no, just a queen. The isn't the only hotel that misrepresents their beds, what an annoying trend. The onsite restaurant pub is very average. Fries were greasy but my Buffalo Chicken Wrap and my wife's Bacon & Tomato Soup were ok. Service in the restaurant was excellent, very helpful waitress.

UUtente ospiteHo prenotato un soggiorno di 3 notti in hotel. La prima notte ho fatto il check-in nella mia camera che si affacciava su Beatty Street, con vista sul BC Place. C'era un concerto di due giorni in corso fino alle 23:00. Ho chiamato la reception e ho chiesto di cambiare camera, ma purtroppo erano tutte al completo. Il giorno dopo ho ricevuto una chiamata dalla reception e sono stati lieti di offrirmi un'altra camera per il resto del soggiorno, lontano dalla strada principale dove si teneva il concerto. Nel complesso, la posizione dell'hotel è ottima, proprio nel cuore del centro città, con molti ristoranti e negozi.

UUtente ospiteBest location in downtown. Right next to the hotel is Tim Hortons and McDonald’s. There is also a highly rated Mr.Schwarma food truck. 2 blocks from the hotel, on Hasting Street, there is a very good place for pizza called Nightingale. For transit, Burrard Station is right next door. Vancouver City Centre Station is within comfortable distance. We would definitely stay there again if we visit Vancouver next time!

VVedanandHo avuto un ottimo soggiorno al Grand Park Hotel & Suites Downtown Vancouver. Quello che si è appena scoperto è stato il servizio. Il personale era eccellente, veloce a rispondere, e molto affidabile ogni volta che mi serviva qualcosa. Ha reso l'intera esperienza senza stress.
Le strutture superavano le mie aspettative, soprattutto per il prezzo, e tutto si sentiva ben mantenuto e confortevole, quindi si sentiva certamente come un grande valore per i soldi.
Devo anche menzionare il cibo, che era davvero delizioso, con ingredienti di buona qualità e porzioni generose, che è stata una piacevole sorpresa e ha aggiunto un sacco al soggiorno generale.
In generale, avrei decisamente raccomandato questo posto se si sta cercando comfort, buon servizio, e solido valore nel centro di Vancouver.

VVictoria RadbruchI had a really great stay at this Airbnb. The place was exactly as described clean, cozy, and very well organized. Everything I needed was provided, and it felt comfortable from the moment I arrived.
The location was convenient and quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The host was also very responsive, friendly, and helpful whenever I had questions.
Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable stay.

SSofialThe staff were very helpful and welcoming upon arrival, always willing to assist with anything we needed. However, when we first entered our room, there was a very strong smell of paint. We were told it had just been painted, but the odor was so intense that staying there would likely have caused discomfort, so we requested a room change. They accommodated our request, although the only available option was a smaller unit.
Another point worth noting is that Trip.com indicates the hotel accepts a cash deposit, but at check-in we were informed that only card payments were allowed, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the room had some constant noises throughout the day and night — I couldn’t identify the source, and they continued even with the air conditioning turned off.
There is also a vending machine right at the hotel entrance, but it was not working properly. I inserted money and did not receive the products; however, the front desk staff promptly assisted me and helped resolve the situation, which I appreciated.
Aside from these issues, the hotel offers good value for the price, and the location is excellent, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions.
