Hotel con parcheggio a Revelstoke

Overall, the hotel stay was good, and the room and services were good.. there is one area of improvement for all Best Western. They only offer body wash soap instead of shower gel. This is strange as shower gel is very common in all other hotels that I stayed in.

Our 2 bedroom suite has 3 stories. The entrance was on the 2nd floor, there were no elevators. On the second floor there were 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and laundry. Go up a flight of stairs there’s the living room, kitchen and dining area, and a powder room. The house was generally clean and tidy. But when we were about to go to sleep we saw a few strands of hair under the pillows and it was quite disturbing. We knew it was not our hair because we saw it just as we were going to bed and picked up the pillows to fluff them; no one had used the bed yet. We then opened the blanket to check and there was one strand of hair under the covers too. Management apologized for it and was sincere but that did not help with our experience. It was the hair under the pillows that made us feel that bedsheets were likely not changed. A few other things: Headrail of blind was loose and fell down when we opened the blind. In the kitchen cooking oil/condiments seemed to be provided, but was empty. Overall I would probably have rated this stay 4.5 stars if it wasn’t for the hair on the bedsheets. That made us all feel very uneasy

La struttura è stata molto confortevole, con un'ottima posizione a piedi, e un'ottima posizione per raggiungere i ristoranti e le attività.

La posizione è bella e tranquilla, purtroppo lontana dalla città principale, che non è pratico per coloro come me che non possiedono una macchina. Ci sono servizi taxi per circa $30 per arrivare in città, che è in realtà meno di altri luoghi vacanze a BC, e la zona stessa dell'hotel è una buona distanza da qualsiasi cosa alto. Mi è piaciuto il mio tempo qui. Bella piscina, tubo caldo e sauna. Il colazione è incluso, che è pratico, ma il resto è chiuso in serata a causa di Covid.

Non c'era ascensore, ma solo 2 corti set di scale. Non era un problema. La stanza era buona, anche se non capisco perché non ci sono camere disponibili ai prezzi dei viaggiatori soli. Nessun cassaforte.Il tubo caldo aveva sabbia nel fondo. Nessun asciugamani una volta. La piscina era pulita, ma era buono, correva fuori di qualche articolo e doveva chiederli. Buona scelta di tè, anche se non c'era rosa rossa. Il caffè era fantastico. Mi chiedevo se una torre di fumo potesse essere fuori da tavoli picnic. Un posto così bello da sedersi. Invece di fumare fuori davanti all'ingresso.

Il cameriere ha un buon atteggiamento. La mia stanza ha una lampada rotta e ci ha presto curati.I mobili sono vecchi ma anche molto chiari. Il letto è molto grande, il letto è davvero grande e comodo, e la posizione è molto vicina al centro della città.
