UUtente ospiteI stayed at Chateau Bedford, Trademark Collection by Wyndham from April 19–20, 2025, for a family trip to Halifax. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we needed extra towels, toiletries, and coffee refills, which were initially insufficient in the room.
The hotel facilities were generally good, but the TV casting function did not work properly during our stay. Also, the breakfast could offer a bit more variety, and unfortunately, the hot cake machine was out of order, which was a disappointment for my kids.
That said, the service team was responsive, and we appreciated their support throughout our stay. With a few improvements, the experience could be even better.

EEunice Gale DorongonIl checkin era pulito, il personale è bello e molto accogliente, solo una cosa è che ci sono stati controllati in una stanza dove ci sono bug di tic. Era così orribile, abbiamo anche controllato con il nostro toddler. Ci hanno trasferiti in una stanza diversa, tutti erano pronti a agire, ma non credo che rimarrò in questo hotel la prossima volta.

Ooooyan真的沒住過這麼無語的酒店…一共住了六天 三個早晨都在響火警 無論是週末還是工作日 並且每次都是九點左右…這個火警能持續20分鐘 而且酒店沒有任何解釋 衹説是一個錯誤的火警 我就不相信六天之內能發生三次錯誤火警？？？酒店根本不在乎顧客的休息和睡眠一樣 每次響的時間都差不多而且都是隔一天響一次 跟故意似的 除此之外我還在Google reviews裏發現響火警是經常的並且都持續很長時間 所以能別訂這個酒店就別訂 房間特別小並且不是很安靜 週末樓下的酒吧持續到凌晨兩點左右 巨吵無比
每天晚上收20加幣作為按金

UUtente ospiteThe toom are very confortable and clean. There’s not enough towel in the bathroom for a family of four so you should ask for one more. Although the service is great, the food during breakfast is not refilled fast enough and when finally refilled, it all goes in a minute. If you’re traveling with kids or in a hurry do not expect to eat quickly.

DDouglasExtremely expensive for what was provided. The location is not within easy walking distance of any stores or any parks.
The room was adequate, but the door had previously been kicked in, and the door frame had been patched with a thin piece of metal. Needless to say, this did make one question how secure the hotel was.
My standard question is whether I would stay in the hotel again. In this situation, the answer is no.

UUtente ospiteIt was unclear to me when I booked online that a “physical” credit card was required to use for a damage deposit.
*I had loaded my credit card to my wallet on my iPhone & left the physical card @ home.
(I don’t carry a purse, so this was a great option for me).
The motels policy was credit card to use as a damage deposit…NO exceptions 😱
I had offered to use cash, but, was told no 😱😱
It just so happened that I had a credit card tucked away in my glove box or I would have been out of luck…would not have been allowed to check in & would have lost $400 on the room rental.
SO…beware travellers!!
