UUtente ospiteThe room was great. The whole experience makes us felt like home, and we could definitely want to stay there for a long time if we can. The best place for families for sure. The amenities were great, and the one bedroom even have two toilets. Because I booked through trip.com, somehow the hotel has issues with my payment/authorisation. But, they have definitely communicated with me very promptly prior to the visit and everything went well. Highly recommend!!!

UUtente ospiteLa stanza era molto piacevole, abbiamo apprezzato soprattutto il comodo letto e grandi piatti a pugni! Sono un sonno sensibile così buoni piatti significa molto. La pressione del doccia è piuttosto forte, come un massaggio d'acqua, che era bello. La stanza era estremamente pulita e comprendeva tutte le necessità, l’unica cosa che avrei dovuto fare è il sistema di condizionamento, l’abbiamo girato e quasi congelato. Potrebbe essere stato un errore di utente, quindi se non sei sicuro se lo stai usando correttamente, chiedere aiuto, altrimenti potresti svegliarti in un congelatore.

UUtente ospiteGreat location, close to Tim Hortons, McDonalds, gas station, grocery site etc. Close to highway. Great views. Service at checkin very good, helpful and friendly. Fantastic pool area that my child loved. Good room amenities. Breakfast ok, we’ve had much better during our trip. Very noisy due to rooms having hard floors. Walls thin as could hear voices everywhere, lots of child noise. WiFi signal was terrible and was constantly dropping out. Would stay again for the great location.

La nostra stanza era al secondo piano con un balcone che guardava le montagne rocciose, e ci piaceva davvero la vista mattinata, mentre il sole splendeva sulle aree. Tuttavia, la mancanza di un ascensore ha reso meno conveniente portare il nostro bagaglio in alto.

È stato riparato non appena l'ho riferito alla ricezione. L'hotel è vicino all'autostrada trans-Canada e la maggior parte degli ospiti avranno una macchina. Non abbiamo avuto una macchina, quindi è stato un buon viaggio in città. Mi piacerebbe certamente scegliere l'hotel per il mio prossimo soggiorno a Canmore.

IInfamousRPGWe try to go to Canmore a few times a year and enjoy staying here. They have large pet friendly rooms available which feel like an amazing deal compared to other hotels. They provided pet beds and bowls for food/water. The kitchen has all you would need. Thank you and we will be back in 2026!!

GgtheexplorerThe view from the room and hallway was spectacular. The staff was friendly, polite, and accommodating. He answered all our questions with big smiles and helped us with all our needs.
The room is big. A door separates the bedroom and dining room. The dining room has a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and tiny sink. A fireplace too inside the room
The whirlpool outside was a bonus and felt relaxed while enjoying the fresh, cool air after a long day of driving and walking. Bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows and had a very good night sleep.
Won't hesitate to book here again.

CchristineI was a little nervous when I first pulled in but was instantly surprised. This little hidden gem was great for what I was needing. A safe, clean easily accessible place to stay.
Though the carpet throughout is slightly dated the staff at check in and check out were polite and friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean (the floors, the bathroom and the beds). Very happy with my choice. A recommendation would be during your next renovation to remove the carpet and put in a hard type floor. a bigger go cup with liquid whitener for the to go coffee station would also be amazing. I look forward to my next stay.

I kept smelling food coming through the vents. The rooms are old with 70s flooring and old plumbing. It shouldn't be costing $95 for here for a 2 queen room. What what it is, I wouldn't felt okay paying $50 to stay.

KKimThe hotel itself is in a great location to walk to restaurant and town center and looks great from the outside. It had underground parking. They were doing hallway renovations but that was not listed when booking. The photos of the place we had were misleading as the hotel room itself was pretty run down. The leather sofa is old and stained. The sofa bed was the same and very thin mattress. For 500 a night I would have expected more
