UUtente ospiteThe room was great. The whole experience makes us felt like home, and we could definitely want to stay there for a long time if we can. The best place for families for sure. The amenities were great, and the one bedroom even have two toilets. Because I booked through trip.com, somehow the hotel has issues with my payment/authorisation. But, they have definitely communicated with me very promptly prior to the visit and everything went well. Highly recommend!!!

FFELIXC977La posizione dell'hotel è buona a Canmore. Il migliore è l'hotel ha parcheggio interno e piscina acqua calda! Anche i dipendenti qui sono molto amichevoli e disposti a aiutarci. Vive qui come tornare a casa nostra, ma solo un po' vecchio (ancora bene!) tutto quello che avete bisogno può essere trovato nella stanza, eccellente.

UUtente ospiteIt was a pleasant stay I would say. Clean and cozy. Home-like atmosphere. The only thing I want to mention is that when we arrived at 4:30pm no one was there, no reception, no instructional signs… until 10 mins later, there was somebody coming out from a storage, she was very helpful and got us in the room instantly. One suggestion is that it’d be great to prepare 1 or 2 extra blankets for a group of more than 2.

UUtente ospiteGreat location, close to Tim Hortons, McDonalds, gas station, grocery site etc. Close to highway. Great views. Service at checkin very good, helpful and friendly. Fantastic pool area that my child loved. Good room amenities. Breakfast ok, we’ve had much better during our trip. Very noisy due to rooms having hard floors. Walls thin as could hear voices everywhere, lots of child noise. WiFi signal was terrible and was constantly dropping out. Would stay again for the great location.

CCengLa posizione è conveniente, guidare al ristorante o al supermercato è vicina, la camera è completamente attrezzata, il letto è anche buono a dormire, soprattutto come l'atmosfera della sala, e bevande e frutta gratuite. Questa stanza standard aumenta il panorama delle montagne in camera doppia è un po'solo sgradevole. La prossima volta vorrete entrare nella stanza principale della montagna per provare

Kkhazzie550First time in Canada and we chose to visit the Banff / Jasper area. Canmore is more reasonably priced and still pretty convenient !
The room was very clean , and the sound from the trains passing by was quite bearable , if you value ABSOLUTE quietness then I would suggest the hotel provide EARPLUGS for those who are extra sensitive
Besides that, great rooms, location, and breakfast was pretty decent as well !

UUtente ospiteHotel room was clean and staff were kind The temperature of the hot tub was lukewarm and jets barely moved the water, also the shower water pressure was very poor but otherwise a good stay. We didn’t opt into dining for there for breakfast just had other plans.

GGingerNutzMy wife and I stayed for 6 nights. The apartment was serviced half way through our stay. The kitchen was well equipped. One of the kitchen lights wasn't working. It was fixed as soon as I reported it to reception. The hotel is close to the trans-Canada highway and most guests will have a car. We didn't have a car so it was a decent hike into town. I would certainly choose the hotel for my next stay in Canmore.

UUtente ospiteThe outside of building is quite run down. Parking is not always granted to guests as it fills up quickly.
I kept smelling food coming through the vents. The rooms are old with 70s flooring and old plumbing. It shouldn't be costing $95 for here for a 2 queen room. What what it is, I wouldn't felt okay paying $50 to stay.

My friend booked it a few days before his arrival and wanted to upgrade to a suite like mine, so he added 80 Canadian dollars a day, which means the total price is 520+160=680 Canadian dollars for two days. So 1. Don't book in advance 2. Book the cheapest one and upgrade it to a good room after you go to the front desk
