Hotel con parcheggio a Townsville

È bello e tranquillo, e molto confortevole, ma c'è ancora un sacco di capelli sul pavimento, e non sembra molto pulito. Il personale sembrava un po' confuso con le informazioni, ma è tutto bene. Non aspettare il servizio a cinque stelle, è tutto.

Molto impressionato dalla stanza, grande comunicazione dal personale per prendere la chiave. È bello dare la possibilità di desiderare colazione ogni mattina, carino personale, molto vicino e amichevole. La nostra posizione era un po' fuori strada, ma non c'era niente. Una piccola quantità di sporco dietro la porta del bagno e anche dietro il letto vicino al muro. È bello potervi piacere sedervi fuori. Un luogo molto attraente, lo consiglierei, sicuramente.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The bed was especially cozy, and I appreciated the little details like fresh linens and complete amenities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any questions or requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, which I really valued. The location was also convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and transport, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay!

Staff were amazing - exceptionally accommodating. Room was very comfortable, and the secure undercover/off street parking at no extra charge was very appreciated. Location = great - the Strand/esplanade is right across the road, beautiful views of Magnetic Island. Central for everything - walking distance to Coles, cafes, restaurants, pubs and ice creamery/gelato stores. 

New modern clean accommodation. Parking and breakfast was included, there is a gym as well. Also, laundry facility and swimming on the 2nd floor. Room can be a bit tight if you are not alone, no black out curtains and no possibility to lock the door from inside. There is no elevator. However, good service and a delicious breakfast

This was not our first stay and in the main it was good. We stayed twice on this trip with a stint on Magnetic Island in between. Service on our departure stay was while not bad was marred by the gentleman who was abrupt and less than enthusiastic about being helpful. We arrived in the morning knowing we couldn’t get in until later and were greeted by a friendly and helpful reception attendant. Who said we would let us know by text as soon as a room was available for us. We took that to mean if we could enter our room before the scheduled check in time we would get a message. We never got a message. In fact we had ran out of ways to entertain ourselves and keep cool with just under an hour to check in time. So we went to the reception to assign the room was ready and were grumpily informed our room wasn’t ready and that is why we had not had a text. We understood this could be the case but the summary dismissal was far from reasonable customer service. No apology given we had patiently waited for over four hours already. We waited in the lobby and watched as others were given rooms. Why we had to wait while others did not was given no explanation and made no senseh to us. When check in time came and went is when I had to contain myself. One thing for us to be shunned for being early but for them to tell our room was not available at the time the business had committed to was very frustrating. It showed they had no system and were unprepared to provide reasonable customer service. We waited patiently and thankfully not for much longer and maintained our positive countenance. Thank goodness the room was,while only on the first floor, the better of rooms we had stayed in and worth the wait had it been managed better. If it weren’t for the grumpy reception we would have rated this trip more highly. Hopefully this business can get its cleaning process and attitude to customers of male staff improved the location value and room would be highly recommended as is a little work to do.

Quiet, peaceful and clean. Close to shops and food. Receptionist was lovely. Annoyingly, needed to talk to front desk and there wasn't a phone in the room so need to walk tonthe front desk to talk to them about an issue we had.

The room was very clean, the curtains created a darkness for the room so we were not disturbed by any lights on the main road. Aircob provided a nice cool environment to sleep in. The bed was comfy too ^_^

Molto amichevole e obbligatorio personale. Il motel sta attualmente facendo un lavoro di pittura. Il letto era comodo. Molto conveniente per la città e la spiaggia.

The room was not clean dirty floors and rubbish was not taken away for bins.Breakfast was satisfactory with pleasent staff.Restaurant is still not operational but that did not bother us. The room has a microwave good sized refrigerator and basic kitchen Ware. TV has limited channels working no abc
