Hotel con parcheggio a Surfers Paradise

Booked a one bedroom ocean spa apartment for 6 nights in Mid Oct 2024. Stayed on 38 floor. First impression when entering that apartment was ”great view”. Apartment is spacious and very clean, kitchen facility has stocked with many pot & pan and utensils, can make regular meals with no issue. Also has washer & dryer too. There is a jacuzzi bathtub in the bathroom that is a bonus! We brought food from Coles supermarket (walking distance from Q1) and made breakfast and dinner. To get to Q1 resort from Gold Coast airtport, We brought a public transport card ”GO” from shop in airport arrival hall, took the airport bus #777 from airport (30 minutes ride) to Broadbeach, transfer to the local tram, get off at Surfers Paradise stop. Q1 resort is right across the street. The whole ride is last than 45 minutes, cost only 50 cents AUD., great deal!! BTW, all bus & tram ride within Gold Coast area is 50 cents. So get a GO card. Just make sure you tap on and off with each ride.

Had an upgrade from an Executive Suite to Family Suite giving more room space with views of the beach and daily room services kept our Suite fresh and clean. The Breakfast menu was always our go to and got us ready for our busy day. Thank you Novotel Surfers Paradise for always making our stay feeling like home.

La posizione dell'hotel è stata conveniente, vicino alle principali attrazioni e ai trasporti pubblici.

Prima di tutto, i vantaggi: la posizione è buona, si dirige verso il mare, si consiglia di scegliere il livello più alto possibile, e il paesaggio sarà molto buono; le combinazioni commerciali vicine sono molto mature, sia che siano pranzo o supermercato, sono molto conveniente; il parcheggio è molto conveniente, il posto è sufficiente, la carta di soggiorno è sufficiente, la macchina per lavare i vestiti con la carta di soggiorno; ci sono lavastoviglie e lavastoviglie, e lavastoviglie sono conveniente; Lavastoviglie, serbatoi, microonde e lavastoviglie sono molto completi.Disvantaggi: non c'è spazzolatura, nessuna acqua minerale nella stanza; lavastoviglie speciali; sono molto sporchi da bagno e lavastoviglie, e si consiglia di portare letti monouso e lavastoviglie; La piscina è molto grande, c'è una piscina all'interno e all'esterno, c'è una sauna, una piscina da surf, ma non c'è nessuna spazzatura e nessuna scatola di salvataggio.In senso stretto, questo appartiene all'appartamento, non all'hotel.

Serviced apartments a short walk from Surfers Paradise beach, 5 mins walk G:link light rail stop (Cypress Avenue). It's also 3 mins to Budds Beach which is a nice quiet sunset spot. Stayed in a one bed which was very spacious (~70-80sqm?) and, southfacing, had a good view of the city lights at night and with glimpses of Surfers Paradise beach. Cleanliness was quite good, but you have to take the rubbish out yourself, since there's no housekeeping. Amenity-wise, it's all self contained with your own dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The lobby cafe isn't the cheapest but very handy if you're heading out on a day trip but don't have time to pop out for brunch in Surfers first.

Lacune: 1. Non ci sono servizi di ricezione 24 ore, ci sono 10am-5pm solo personale di ufficio. Se qualcosa vuole contattarli sarà più difficile, come ho dimenticato di prendere un filo di ricezione questa volta. Li ho contattati attraverso Trip.com a 3 a.m. l'ora locale, ma la ricezione non ha risposto fino a quando non è tardi la mattina successiva, Ma gli oggetti sono stati puliti e il servizio è molto inconveniente dopo tutto.(Questo è il problema principale) 2.Per avere un costo aggiuntivo di pulizia prima dell'alloggio 158 macchine, non è economico sentirsi più il costo dell'hotel. 3.Non contiene colazione, naturalmente, è possibile mangiare vicino. I was one of the attendees for FurDU 2023 at the Crowne Plaza Gold Coast (11 - 15 May 2023), and I was very pleasantly surprised about my time at the hotel itself. Once I got to the hotel, I went to reception, took a little while to check in, the staff were very friendly and quite helpful. They explained to me some of the key features of the hotel itself, also the fact that I was one of their club members or something, and that I had free internet throughout my stay - which was a bonus - hardly ever used it though. As I walked back to the lift I checked my room number - which had a bit of significance with myself (give you a clue: the angelic number). To get to your floor, just simply tap the card on the scanner, then press the floor, only took a matter of seconds before I reached mine, and not long before I had finally let myself into my room. The room itself was absolutely beautiful, as I placed my bags down I took a quick tour of the room to see what amenities I had. The bathroom was quite spacious, a rather large shower and plenty of towels etc (which came in handy). As I'd spent a long trip getting up to the hotel I was a bit on the sweaty side, so I got a quick change of clothes, had a quick shower (make sure the door clicks all the way in - otherwise you'll end up flooding the bathroom floor which is what I ALMOST did). (There's so much positive stuff to write about the hotel - so I'll keep it short) The bed itself, quite spacious, the pillows themselves were plenty enough, I found that I got a good night's sleep, and in the morning went down had some breakfast - a great selection to choose from, be it from hot food, to pastries, cereal and even fruit and yoghurt. Relish (the restaurant) takes care of breakfast in the morning, plenty of space to sit, have as much as you want to eat for breakfast and get out again. Dinners were absolutely amazing, same spot, the staff were quite friendly, very quick to take my order (had the chicken parmi one night, the burger the next), and a beer or two to drink. The next night I went to the restaurant - I pretty much got the same spot where I sat last time, the wait staff even remembered what kind of beer I had from the night before ... now THAT'S impressive, also one aspect about service that I really enjoyed. All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with the Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise, so much so I honestly cannot wait to return next year to experience it all over again .. In all honesty there's nothing at all I can fault the hotel for .. a full 5 * review from all aspects of the hotel, the staff, the food and beverage and everything they've got to offer. So, if you're looking for a place to stay, be it for a short trip away, or a longer vacation, depends on what you're doing, be it visiting the theme parks or the local attractions, I would, without hesitation, highly recommend your stay at the Crowne Plaza Surfer's Paradise, try and get a room with a high floor facing the beach as the views

Stayed recently during the week so no noise from Cali beach club next door. In fact perfectly quiet once balcony door was shut. But hey, your in Surfers Paradise so you can't expect absolute silence. Rooms were a bit in need of a paint but so what. It was immaculately clean, smelt lovely and was cheap as well. Bathroom amenities smelt beautiful. Big containers of shampoo and conditioner and body lotion and bath gel/ hand wash. I didn't have to use any of my own supplies except toothpaste and toothbrush. The girls on reception were extremely kind and welcoming. I would definitely stay again.

A beautiful stay indeed, right down to the daily activities for the children. Always something to keep the children busy. We felt very at home. Everyday the kids were always making new friends. Special shout out to the activities Host Mya! Always happy to help, She really does the most. The days we stayed there Mya had really went above and beyond to keep the children & Adults entertained. Beautiful customer service. We look forward to booking with you guys again. Only downfall is the beds, maybe add a topper. You can really feel the age of the mattress. È diventato incredibilmente costoso rimanere nel cuore del Paradiso dei Surfer. Le opzioni di bilancio sono severamente limitate e inevitabilmente dovrete fare sacrifici. Ma se stai cercando un alloggio decente che non rompera'la banca, questa proprietà ha molto da fare. È certamente un edificio di tipo più vecchio, e non cerca di competere con gli scapolatori moderni che continuano a salire lungo questa costa *****, ma la sua posizione è invincibile. Proprio lungo la strada dalla spiaggia, e a pochi minuti a piedi fino alla resistenza e alla busta di Caville Avenue, ma quando sei dentro l'apparente, non ti senti mai come sei in grasso se e', e non c'è quasi nessuna disturbo sonoro, Così il migliore dei due mondi veramente. Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli, amichevole del personale, e parcheggio è gratuito - un altro bonus che sta rapidamente per morire! Ci sono anche una bella piscina, sauna/studio, sala giochi e piccolo giardino. E così a questi compromessi - non ci sono spazi per lavare le vasche da bagno, nessun lavastoviglie, e penso che questa sia l'unica camera d'albergo che abbia mai visto in Australia senza aria condizionata. (solo i tifosi) Più di un'osservazione che una critica, ma ci siamo rimasti solo per una notte, quindi non ci ha davvero influenzato. Poteva essere potenzialmente problematico per un soggiorno più lungo, soprattutto in tempo caldo, così vale la pena pensare. In generale, ho trovato l'eccellente valore di Chateau Beachside e un piacevole luogo per soggiornare per una visita a breve termine. Se siete realistici su ciò che si può aspettare a questo punto di prezzo, certamente non sarete deluso.
