Hotel con parcheggio a Darwin

Questo è stato il mio secondo soggiorno in questo hotel durante questo viaggio. La camera che mi è stata assegnata aveva una splendida vista dalla finestra. Sebbene la preparazione della camera sia stata un po' lenta, essendo arrivato alle 15:00, ciò non ha influito sulla mia recensione positiva dell'hotel. Lo consiglio vivamente.

The hotel was under massive renovation. Couldn't get a good Waterview room due to that. The front desk staffs are very accommodative and helpful trying to offer other rooms and options. The swimming pool is the best and we really enjoyed it especially in the hot climates.The location is at the Esplanade,directly sea facing with a nice view and big park . Highly recommend!

Stayed for 8 nights in an Executive Apartment. Luckily got a room on the 14th floor so great. The facilities were superb. Having a restaurant and bar on site was very good . The choice of food was good and the staff were very attentive. The pool was awesome. Did not use the gym but looked very well equipped. Easy access to downtown but we took an uber to the waterfront.

The hotel is located walking distance to City Center and smith street mall. Even waterfront restaurants and bars are just 15 mins. walk apart. The taxi transfer airport to hotel takes less than 20 minutes. Friendly reception staff arranged a change of our desired bed configuration upon notice. Rooms are basic but spacious. Nice restaurant on premises available for lunch, dinner and its where you got the complementary breakfast. Will stay here again definitely, when in town next time.

Il Mercure è la scelta degli hotel dell'aeroporto di Darwin e si capitalizzano sulla loro posizione aeroportuale, aumentando il prezzo. Il nostro volo è arrivato a Darwin dopo mezzanotte e il numero di telefono dell'aeroporto che hanno fornito non è stato risposto, quindi abbiamo sopportato la passeggiata di 9 minuti dall'aeroporto con i nostri casi. L'hotel aveva abbastanza disponibilità, ma hanno ancora pagato $60 per il privilegio.Le camere sono comode, ma ora guardano un po'tatti.Anche così abbiamo avuto un bel soggiorno, ma un breve soggiorno

Great location however rooms are average given the price. Right by the water

Poor communication with the shuttle service. They failed to communicate the shuttle service would be an unmarked car and did not provide the driver with my phone number. This resulted in a long wait at the airport around midnight, plus several phone calls. The room we were given had hair in the bed and stained sheets. Thankfully, we were promptly given a new room, however, the person who gave me the new room key - passed the key to me and told me the room number and went to immediately leave. I had to ask him to show me the room and help move our bags. (I was travelling with my 8 year old child and by this time it was after 1am). It was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

Upon first check in, the receptionist confirmed that we paid through Trip.com but after taking the bond payment he then straight away told us he hasn’t received any payment and asked us to show our proof of payments such as trip.com confirmation, bank transfer, & even statement of bank deduction. We showed confirmation, bank transfer, statements as he asked and then the receptionist refused and insisted we haven’t paid. He refused all the proofs and insisted us to make another payment with them. He refused us to talk to the supervisor because he said “they will say the same thing”. Unfortunately, we didn’t get his name, so we couldn’t specify who he was. Terrible services.
