AAKwok酒店設計師以色彩繽紛為主, 風格比較年輕有別於一般酒店沉悶的設計, 有新鮮感, 房間各樣服務不同枕頭等配件都可以以二手機程式要求大約10分鐘內送到, 效率不錯
房間訂了雙床房
兩張都是雙人床，非常舒適
距離遊客必去的Central Market非常近, 過馬路就是, 飲食非常方便，根本不用訂酒店的早餐
冷氣非常好，熱唔熱的夏天絕對不是問題

UUtente ospiteWe stayed at the hotel for my husband's birthday and had a great time. Loved the heated pool and jacuzzi. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, very cramped and staff were struggling to keep up, did not feel like a five star experience. Balcony really tiny with no view, so not one you could actually use. Service was excellent and staff were very friendly.

Easy to walk around. Car park is convenient for $25 a day.

UUtente anonimoWe checked into HotelMotel late in the evening and picked up the keys from the reception at Hotel Alba next door. It was a short walk to the motel. The group operates 3 hotels that are adjacent to each other including the Terrace Hotel on South Terrace which is the southern border of Adelaide City. The hotel has rooms on 2 floors surrounding a central carpark on 3 sides. Parking is free for HotelMotel guest whereas guests have to pay extra for secure parking at the other 2 hotels. HotelMotel has been recently renovated and won some awards for its upgrade. There are no lifts and bags need to be carried up a flight of stairs if your room is on the upper floor. The surroundings were very quiet which enabled us to have a good sleep. The room was comfortable and the bathroom modern. We would stay again on our next trip to Adelaide. There are not many options for places to eat late at night except for the Pulteney Pokies place around the corner which had friendly and helpful staff.

JJo and TimLa posizione è molto conveniente e si trova a pochi passi per gli negozi. Il personale è ben addestrato con attenzione ai dettagli e accoglie le richieste. Il buffet per colazione è anche un valore per soldi con un parcheggio gratuito come bonus durante il nostro soggiorno. Torneremo certamente!

UUtente anonimoWe stayed at Franklin Apartments twice during our trip to Adelaide. The location is convenient with restaurants on Leigh Street to the north and China Town to the south both easily accessible within a 10 minute walk. It has a Rose Bagels restaurant on the Ground floor accessible from the lobby which is highly regarded and was taken over by new owners during our stay in November 2025. Entrance to the hotel is from Bentham street which has a few on street parking spots which are great if you can get them for free overnight parking. The apartments are spacious with a full kitchen, living/dining areas and laundry facilities. The first apartment we stayed at also had a separate study area which was great for getting some work done.

UUtente ospiteAs I was going to be leaving from the Parklands Train Terminal early in the morning this hotel was perfectly situated for my trip. Although I wasn't at the hotel for very long only about 12hrs overnight it was a good location and the room faced the parking so meant it was quieter as well and didn't get the hot afternoon sun either. I would say though there was no pricelist I could find for the mini-bar, not that I used it was only thinking of grabbing some cold water that was in the fridge. The one thing I wasn't a fan was the spa tub/shower combo. The jets need a serious clean all around them but then even standing in it meant anyone tall as in 6'5” plus may have to bend down. I would think they should rip out the spa tub and put in a nicer rain shower shower stall instead maybe just provide spa tubs in rooms that you can also put a shower stall into.
I'd stay here again mainly for the location as it's also right across the street from the big park area which was fantastic to walk around on a warm evening after dinner at the pub up the street.

UUtente ospiteIl centro della Terrazza Nord, la posizione dell'hotel è molto conveniente. L'aeroporto si estende a 15 m e solo a 5 m fino alla stazione di tram e tram a piedi. Le attrezzature nella stanza sono completamente preparate e facili da usare. L'unico cons è il muro sottile di lavanderia, che causa un piccolo rumore quando qualcuno sta usando il bagno.
