"Ho trascorso quattro notti nell'ottima suite del nuovo aereo e mi sono sentito piacevolmente sorpreso dall'ospitalità e dall'eccellente qualità di questo bel resort vicino all'aeroporto, che non era notabile (nessun aereo che volava oltre o vicino alla posizione). Il personale dell'hotel era sempre attento, amichevole e utile. La spiaggia era mantenuta pulita, le scuole di pesce in acqua indicavano la sua purezza. Il buffet di colazione del ristorante Allegro ha offerto una varietà di cucina da scegliere: delizioso, fresco, appetito. Mi sono particolarmente apprezzato i trattamenti filipino locali come puto e bibinki. Inoltre, ho goduto la mia pizza vegetariana a Delfino e i succhi freschi, freschi e tristi, al bar del succhio. Ho ricevuto due trattamenti molto rilassanti da Ms.Aileen al Spa, con la sua atmosfera tranquilla e tranquilla. "The hotel itself is great, and our family room was spacious and comfortable. The dining experience was excellent, with a well-balanced buffet breakfast and quick poolside service via a convenient QR code system.
However, the check-in process was a bit drawn-out. After I thought I had completed everything, I was called by phone back to pay a deposit. They mentioned they would contact me when the room was ready, but I never received a call. I ended up going back later on my own, and while the staff did apologize, it was still an inconvenience.
My only other gripe is the lack of valet parking, which I would expect at a hotel of this standard. Instead, guests have to walk roughly 250 meters each way to the car park, which can be uncomfortable in the heat.
Overall, a great stay with a few minor hiccups"

Il bagno: la nostra stanza. (403) sembrava che non fosse stata pulita/utilizzata per un po'. C'era un cazzo morto (un piccolo, grazie!) nel bagno/duche. Quando cammino dal bagno al letto con piedi secchi, i miei piedi erano molto sporchi da camminare a pochi metri! La camera dell'hotel è anche molto vecchia e potrebbe servire un po' di rinovamento."

"Il resort è curatissimo e il personale è impeccabile da tutti i punti di vista. Pulizia perfetta. La stanza carina, il bagno enorme e comodissimo tuttavia sia in camera che in bagno l'odore di umido è molto forte nonostante l'aria condizionata funzioni molto bene e ci siano anche ottimi ventilatori a soffitto. Comunque il letto e le lenzuola non odorano di umido e quindi va molto bene. Il letto e i cuscini sono conodi. La colazione è pazzesca! La scelta è infinita sia per occidentali che asiatici. La quaita' del cibo e del servizio molto alta. La spiaggia è curata, si può fare snorkelling in una area ristretta e cintrollata, comunque nulla di che...la piscina è bella anche se troppo affollata. In generale non è una location particolarmente interessante e i dintorni del resort sono proprio in pessime condizioni e il traffico è terribile per cui i tempi di percorrenza in auto sono lunghissimi."

"Really awesome and accommodating service. The resort is one of the best I've experienced in this part of asia, in terms of the food, room quality, all the hardware and service as well. Aloher was super friendly and very helpful, the front office staff were all kind and warm too. Breakfast was excellent, but might need greater variety in the fruit section. Location was slightly off the beaten track but the private beach as a result was perfect."

"Overall, excellent, really friendly and perfect for relaxing. The lagoon was fantastic, you could float on top of it for hours watching the sky change color. There's an on site bakery, food generally good and 24/7 service. Def worth the money. Lots of readily available activities to do too. Great service."

1. La camera puzzava di umido e muffa
2. I bagni sono MOLTO piccoli. Non c'è una porta di vetro che li separi. Usano una tenda.
3. Ciabatte e acqua dovevano essere richieste.
4. Il check-in è durato 4 ore. Sì. 4 ore. A quanto pare la camera non era pronta. Siamo arrivati alle 12 e abbiamo fatto il check-in solo dopo le 16.
5. La colazione è deludente. Meglio optare per una camera senza colazione e mangiare fuori dall'hotel perché c'è molta scelta.
6. Il cibo è davvero pessimo. Soprattutto il cibo indiano e un po' occidentale. Abbiamo ordinato del cibo seduti a bordo piscina. Il vindaloo di montone era come uno stufato denso con un pizzico di piccantezza. NON ORDINARE CIBO IN HOTEL.
Fai una passeggiata fuori dall'hotel, ci sono pochi posti dove mangiare e prendere un caffè, incluso Starbucks."

Its attractiveness is based exclusively on the foyer, the shared spaces at the lobby level (including the artificially created beach) and great service. Spectacular view from the large and airy foyer with plenty of spots to sit down and enjoy a cocktail with view. Huge/ opulent exercise area located in an adjacent condo building.
The food available is excellent, but the choice too limited for a “luxury hotel” and totally overpriced. Hard to understand as there are nice eateries within walking distance. I guess they just don’t have the view…
Rooms ARE functional, but dated and 3 star level at best. While colors are fresh and cool, the furniture is old and has recently been hand painted in white (!) so, surfaces are even still a bit sticky…!
Bottom line: great for a short visit or just a cocktail enjoying the view."

UUtente ospiteA mixed review. The staff are mainly excellent. But there were a couple of issues with the stay.
The room was nice and we received a free upgrade. The shower is very bad: cold water and the spray coming out at all angles. Having stayed previously I know the showers are usually good. The staff resolved the shower issues. But I had been travelling for two days and I really needed a good shower. I had a cold, very poor quality shower spray for the most important wash of my stay.
The door staff are great for hailing taxis.
The breakfast buffet is very nice however the pancakes and omelette quality depends on the griller: one morning fresh and made to order and cooked perfectly. The next day the pancakes are made in advance and lose the fluffy texture and warmth and the omelette undercooked.
I was checking out separately from my partner. We had chosen not to have the room cleaned for out 4 night stay and left the sign on the door for this. However on checkout we had the ridiculous situation where my partner can't leave the hotel because this cheap paper sign is missing from the door. I am having to wake up from my sleep at the airport to help resolve this mess. The matter was resolved after quizzing housekeeping staff. But seriously, this is not the actions a nice hotel should be employing. The hotel could be excellent.
The room patio doors of 508 need a good clean.
The hotel is very close to being excellent. At the moment, the service doesn't reflect the price paid. The management can tighten up on the service and make the trip far more enjoyable. I would have been stayed again but the door sign shenanigans means I won't be. There is opposition for their trade n the opposite side of the road.

KKevinrlee91Era tutto a posto. La gente che lavorava lì era molto amichevole e la struttura del posto era decente. C'era un sacco di costruzione in corso; il bagno era chiuso e si sarebbe dipinto il ponte che passava attraverso la piscina mentre la gente era nella piscina. Il bagno era lo stesso- chiuso e in costruzione tutto il tempo. Il luogo è vicino a un grande posto vacante dove i cani piangerebbero per la maggior parte della notte. La maggior parte del cibo era terribile e troppo costoso, è meglio andare a mangiare. Per mettere in prospettiva, una birra al più bellissimo ristorante fuori dall'hotel costa 125 pesos, lì costa 265.
Ho accidentalmente prenotato 7 giorni invece di 6 e non mi rimborsano, il che è principalmente perche' sto scrivendo questa brutalmente onesta recensione. Acqua blu verso la strada è molto meglio.

CCha & KielhIt was a last minute booking. We arrive at the property at 8:00 p.m from a long trip, and good thing there are still available rooms. The receptionist (both Kuya and Ate), whom I think the owner or the caretaker are very friendly and accommodating. They answer all our inquiries, and even give us some tips on where to book online and some details about when they started opening the place etc..The place is very new, and the rooms are very clean and new.
We've been to many places but this is the only place that has a swimming pool and their rooms and bed are big with our own bathroom/toilet, aircon, TV and free wifi, and it is only 700pesos per night for 2 pax. However, they do not have a hanging rack inside the bathroom, but they have a hanging cabinet where you can hang your clothes and you can also hang your wet clothes outside the room.
How we wish we saw this place first because the place we booked before this, we also paid 700 pesos but it does not have a pool, and the room is very small with a double deck bed, and it does not have a TV and private toilet/bathroom.
As per Kuya, they also offer catering services and private events to be held in their place. They also have free coffee and water in their mini pantry just in front of the pool.
They also have breakfast if you want to book with breakfast. They also have a menu of their available foods at a reasonable price.
Overall, we really like this place, what you see in the pictures are exactly what you get in actual. We will book this place again to celebrate the birthday of my partner's brother.

The beach is impossible to visit without beach or dive shoes because it's not a sand beach but small, sharp stones beach. The view and maintenance of this beach is stunning.
Our room was ok & clean but musty.
Our biggest disappointment was at the restaurant.
First, we ordered the Poseidon Platter (2700php).. Not available today, sir.
Then we ordered each the Sea Bass dish (1500php).... Not available today, sir. Ended up eating burgers.
Conclusion: I enjoyed my stay, loved the view and pool, and enjoyed the food i was served, but at the current price of a stay in this hotel, I expected more.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Eloisa Royal Suites in Lapu-Lapu City. The hotel is conveniently close to Mactan-Cebu International Airport, and their free airport shuttle made my arrival and departure super easy.
The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. My room was clean, well-equipped with air conditioning, a minibar, and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was spotless, with good water pressure and nice toiletries provided.
I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet—it had a great selection, including a made-to-order egg station. The hotel also has a small pool and a gym, which were nice bonuses.
The location is great, with malls and local markets nearby. The only thing to note is that rooms facing the main road can be a bit noisy, so if you’re a light sleeper, I recommend requesting a quieter room.
Overall, I highly recommend Eloisa Royal Suites for its convenience, comfort, and excellent service. Would definitely stay here again!

Starting with having to fill out a form while still sitting in the taxi at the entrance gate and having to walk with my bags From the road to the front entrance of the lobby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Facilities were quite nice with three pools and beautiful views. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and the hot water was on demand. There was limited staff. In a three night stay I never saw any maid service servicing any rooms on my floor and had to go looking for supply replacements. The food in the restaurant was hit and miss - good salmon, good tuna sandwiches, stay away from any salad and the club sandwich - and quite pricey. P420 for a basket of french fries. If you were sitting at a poolside table the view was great but you had to get up and go looking for the wait staff every time you wanted anything. No one ever came and checked on you. Everything, including the front desk, closed up at 9:30, lights off doors locked, so you couldn’t sit by the infinity pool in the evening and enjoy a beer and the night sky over the sea. it’s in a gated community and taxis struggle to find it. If you arrive after maybe 9 PM you can find the gates to the community closed and you may be walking the streets with your bags, not particularly comfortable nor safe. The facilities were well-maintained but the resort does not seem to be focused on the individual or small group spending a weekend and appears to be more interested in large functions.
