設施：全屋是自動的。都可以用小度喚醒，吹風機也是戴森的。但是呢，有些細節不太好，花灑調節閥壞了，調節不了，還得拿根牙刷卡住，實在無語，攜程上寫着沐浴露是祖瑪瓏的，但實際上是不知道什麼品牌的洗浴用品，迷你吧枱上除了咖啡，也沒有相應的茶包。 衞生：這就更無語了，不小心打滑了沙發，竟然發現了不知道是哪位顧客留下來的氣球，就在沙發的邊緣處，打掃衞生時候服務員竟然沒發現！ 環境：酒店地處新城區吧，周圍還有一個爛尾的商場以及還未賣出的樓盤，總體蠻安靜的，一覺到天亮，但是非自駕遊的話，就不太方便了。 服務：前台服務不錯，入住時候給免費升級了房間，還延遲了兩點退房，建議辦理入住時候就告知客人給免費升級了，而不是客人到房間了突然致電告知客人，有點怪怪的，這衹是個人建議哦！早餐的品種也很少，沒有什麼可選擇的，衹了碗粉，沒香油了，問了服務員，她就説沒有了，好吧，勉強吃吃。後面要熱開水，也沒有，要客人去一樓，好吧，那我選擇回房間自己燒。不建議大家另外購買早餐！！！

這次出來十幾天，又是春節，定了這家民宿心裏很忐忑，導航找過去的，縣城開過去大概十分鐘。沒想到畲家院子給了我很好的驚喜和服務，房間寬敞很有設計感，隨手一拍都是大片，床品高檔非常舒適，還有智能馬桶，管家服務很貼心，沒想到這個價格能住到這麼好的民宿，我很少評價，這次是被驚艷和感動到 不止是客房 連洗漱間 公共區域 沒有一處不用心。聽管家説民宿是老闆娘自己設計，可惜沒見到。下次還會來 非常棒[強][強][強] 難怪管家很驕傲的介紹説 縣長都為畲家院子做廣告呢[呲牙][呲牙][呲牙]（公益廣告）

設施：設施完備，室內有配備的廚房、茶桌、麻將桌等等，室外有燒烤桌，休息的椅凳還有很多拍照打卡點。在民宿裏可以自己做飯，而且老闆娘每天早上都會做豐盛的早餐，爬山前吃也足夠了。 衞生：乾淨衞生，條件很好，有打掃清潔的阿姨每天都會打掃。 環境：民宿位置很好，出行方便。附近就有景點，走幾步就到了。空氣很好，民宿外面景色很美，空氣清新。民宿內還有衹小貓，喜歡貓的更不容錯過這家民宿。貓貓性格很好，很温順也不咬人。 服務：老闆娘服務很好，基本的需求都能滿足，還幫很多人沏茶，準備燒烤這些。服務很周到也很專業！ 總的來説很不錯，度過了很好的五一！
