第一次入住這家酒店，我想特別表揚一下負責預訂的王女士。她的服務熱情周到，讓我對酒店的第一印象非常滿意。房間佈置得很舒適，而且她還貼心地準備了水果禮物，讓我感到特別温暖。此外，她還為我的寶寶準備了小禮物，真是讓我覺得這家酒店充滿了人情味，格外有愛。
酒店的環境也很迷人，外面環繞着一個小湖，景色十分優美。我坐在窗邊，悠閑地品茶，聽着音樂，感受到無比的愜意。房間內的小度設備使用起來非常方便，都是王女士為我推薦的，真心感謝她的引導。還有吃飯詢問了下她有什麼值得推薦的，她告知我們酒店二樓就是可以用餐的，讓我們省得外出用餐了。早餐也非常的豐盛。
同時，酒店的衞生也非常到位，房間配備了浴缸，並提供了一次性浴缸袋，令人感到安心與放心。今天退房時，我特別注意到酒店的裝飾充滿了新年的氣氛，喜慶得讓人心情愉悦。下次再來一定會衝著王女士的熱情服務再次入住這家酒店的。

Per la prima volta, a Vienna, tutti gli aspetti sono superaspettati.Lo stile di decorazione dell'intero hotel è molto alto, sia dal tono che dal salone, dalla stanza, dalla testa di letto, dalla finestra e dalla porta, è lo stile che mi piace. La stanza è pulita, le strutture sono perfette, il bagno è grande, la finestra è ben isolata di notte. In sintesi, spesso sceglierebbe Vienna.

L'hotel è molto attento, il servizio è molto buono e l'igiene è più pulita di quanto immagino.E'importante che il 5° giorno del mio compleanno, l'hotel mi ha visto il mio messaggio di ingresso personalizzato, mi ha dato una sorpresa, la torta è bella e deliziosa. L'hotel non mi ha chiesto lode, il che mi fa sentire che il servizio di mente non è davvero necessario chiedere ai clienti lode, è completamente spontaneo.L'esperienza è buona. La prossima volta che vengo a trovare il parente dell'esploratore, ci si occuperà.

UUtente ospiteCi sono molti pasti a nord e grandi parchi a nord. Ci sono molti pasti a nord e a basso costo.Ci sono colazione, torte, cibo cotto, verdure e così via a sud. E'molto conveniente mangiare. Sono rimasti qui per diversi giorni, guardando i clienti andare, sostituendo i letti da letto, e poi lavare se stessi, e personalmente sentendosi più pulito di quello che l'hotel ha portato fuori.C'è un altro cortile, il parcheggio è conveniente e sicuro, e si raccomanda di rimanere.
