Ho soggiornato (e pagato) per 2 giorni in quella che considerano una junior suite nel mese di maggio 2021. Signori, una suite, nell'hotelerie, è composta da 2 ambienti distinti, non di certo la mia. Prima di partire ho chiesto via mail una camera silenziosa, mi hanno risposto gentilmente che avrebbero soddisfatto la mia richiesta. Al mio arrivo scopro che la camera è sulla strada principale, di fronte allo stadio del rugby e la prima notte (ma anche la seconda) alle 3 del mattino, vengo svegliato, per circa 2 ore, da un camion frigo che stava scaricando merce per l'hotel, proprio sotto la stanza. Grazie. Capitolo 5 stelle. Far pagare per le 5 stelle, ma il ristorante, la piscina, il bar, la palestra (ecc. ecc) sono chiusi causa covid, è una schifezza. 407,50 Euro a notte, solo ed esclusivamente per la camera (e le 2 bottiglie di acqua nel frigobar) sono un'eresia. Il servizio in camera è limitatissimo, 6 appetizer, 6 secondi e 6 dessert. Se uno ha gusti limitati, praticamente mangia sempre lo stesso e spende cifre esagerate. Un piatto di pasta, 23 Euro, una bistecca di vitello 42 Euro, un dessert 15 euro....spendi un'esagerazione e nel mio caso mangi sempre lo stesso per 2 giorni. Colazione, 37 Euro, chiedo pane integrale, mi arriva pane bianco, salmone vecchio (e affogato nell'olio) e sempre le stesse cose. La pulizia? ridicola, sotto il letto sembrava il deserto del Sahara talmente era tanta la polvere. Bocciato e non consigliato.

Posizione eccezionale, a due passi (proprio due) dalla Senna , e a quattro passi (proprio quattro) da Eiffel . Ottima struttura, elegante e moderna, stanza bellissima, pulitissima e davvero comoda. Oltre che ampia. Personale più che cortese e professionale. Molto cortese, molto professionale. Torneremo e proveremo il ristorante. Grazie, alla prossima.

This is a hotel in a residential area of Paris about half an hour walk from the Eiffel Tower. This is a good part of town to find grocers open late and banks with ATM's (surprisingly not so easy to find in Central Paris). I was only there one night so I didn't try to use the metro but I don't think there was a station very close to the hotel. Ubers were easy to get. The hotel ticks off the things you expect: my penthouse suite 600 was a beautifully decorated suite where everything was easy to use and worked well. There was a large terrace with a jacuzzi and a great view of the Eiffel Tower. There were some lemon financiers on arrival; i figured they might have put a few more treats out there considering what they charged for the room, but there was a bottle of perfume and some chocolates to take home at departure. You could walk down the hall to a stairway to reach the roof which had chickens and furniture and more rooftop views. There is a pool, large gym and restaurant. What more could you want? Well, actually it was the vibe and the people that made me give this place a review one cut below excellent. Not that people weren't friendly, but for a Western tourist from the USA, this is a place with a distinctly North African Arab feeling and few of the people here spoke English. You have these burly security guards around, the gym looks pretty tough and when you ask for stuff such as a piece of gym equipment, people don't understand what you are asking for. For instance, I asked two managers for a foam roller in the gym (and demonstrated what they were), and they said they didn't have any. Later I found a closet with 10 of them inside. In the restaurant, if you don't get up and ask for a person to take or bring your order, you might sit there a long while. I had to beg several times to get my breakfast before running out to the airport. The food was pretty good, by the way. The gym is open till 11 and the pool is open 24/7. There is a bathing suit spinner. The pool is an excellent heated lap pool and there are items such as flippers around. The elevators are a bit slow and that was bothersome. There are no real attractions nearby for a tourist to visit so this is not an ideal location for a tourist. I stayed here because i thought it would be cool to have a rooftop terrace for a night in Paris overlooking the Eiffel. I also liked having a hotel with a great health club. But I'd rather have more Western-looking tourists like myself around me at a hotel with staff that spoke English (aside from the receptionist and hotel operator), and I just didn't feel all that comfortable at this place. If you want to be in a place where you feel that you are in Paris and not in a tourist hotel, this hotel is great. But I”m not a local and don't really want to mix with them when I'm just passing through. It's really a matter of taste. Really nice little hotel! Browsed through a lot online before this one however the reviews seemed excellent. It was in a peaceful little area of paris, about a 40 minute walk from the eiffel tower however 2 metro lines a couple minutes walk away. Metro tickets 2.10 per ticket so very easily accessible! The hotel itself was lovely, the reception being in a nice little garden. Just a nice chilled vibe. We arrived here at 12pm, check in time was 2pm so we came to leave our suitcase… they, however, had our room ready for us so we were able to check in 2 hours early. The reception was so accommodating. The hotel is compromised of 2 buildings, we were in the other however it is only the next building over. It is key card entry and exit only so felt very secure. Our room was lovely and clean, nice looking too, the only drawback is some may find it slightly small, but for a couple days it is lovely. We opted out of breakfast as we prefer to try cafes along the way, however breakfast looked nice enough when we passed it. Tv in the room was great as it had chrome cast, meaning we could easily watch the shows we wanted. The shower in the room was lovely too, had a rain shower head and a normal one, and was quite big, toiletries provided were nice, as well as a nice dressing gown and slippers each, and some little amenities such as cotton buds and a nail file provided too! Our room also had the little terrace, which we didn’t use but in nicer weather would’ve been lovely. All in all a lovely experience at hotel botaniste.

Sono rimasto a Parigi per un periodo molto costoso - non ho idea di cosa fosse, forse la settimana della moda?! O forse solo il primo estate parigino dopo Covid ... chi lo sa. Quindi ho scelto questo hotel perché era un po' piu' economico e non avrei mai soggiornato intorno all'area prima. Non ci sono molte cose turistiche, ma ci sono alcuni grandi ristoranti e bar locali, e un enorme Carrefour cammina circa 15 minuti se si vuole riportare tutti i souvenir di cibo! Il tipo alla ricezione il cui nome mi sono dimenticato, purtroppo, era molto amichevole e mi ha consigliato un grande ristorante molto vicino. Ha anche detto che si ottiene una grande vista sulla Torre Eiffel dal ponte vicino - ho visto anche la parte superiore dal balcone nella mia stanza :) La stanza era pulita e comoda - stile standard di catena hotel ma un po 'più elegante con alcune opere d'arte almeno.L'unica influenza che ho è che il condizionatore non si è davvero occupato ... ma ho appena aperto le finestre per un po' per lasciare che l'aria di notte scoppiasse, quindi sembrava tenere la stanza fredda per il resto della notte.

Hotel is close to Roland Garros stadium and Parc des Princes stadium. Metro station is just around the corner. Few bistros are in vicinity. Great location. Hotel is good for the price, Room was small but very clean. Bathroom clean with fresh towels and shampoo. Toilet was separate from bathromm which is great. During our stay elevator was broken and room was on 6th floor... We didn`t took breakfast which is 10€. Bakery and several stores including Lidl are very close. It is OK for few nights of Paris.

Pro: Caffè gratuito tutto il giorno, staff gentile, ma non preparato. Contro: Le foto non corrispondono alla realtà, il grandangolo fa miracoli, stanza 101, piccolissima, cosi come il bagno, complessivamente le dimensioni della camera, sono minori di una cabina di un traghetto, davvero soffocante. Il bagno oltre ad essere sporco e minuscolo, mancava di un vetro laterale alla cabina doccia, in questo modo dopo la doccia l'intero bagno era allagato. La mattina successiva al cambio asciugamani sono stati tolti quelli sporchi ma non rimpiazzati con quelli puliti così come il tappetino doccia. La sala colazioni anche essa minuscola, non permette di prendere la colazione con tranquillità perché devi fare la fila per prendere qualsiasi cosa, e non puoi prendere cappuccino e caffè insieme a qualsiasi altra cosa perché il tavolino è talmente piccolo che ci stanno solo due tazze. Lo staff è in gran misura, gentile e cordiale, ma purtroppo non sono stati in grado di darmi informazioni corrette né sulla città, né sull’albergo in cui lavorano. Avendo avuto un grave problema famigliare ho dovuto interrompere un giorno prima il mio viaggio, ho chiesto cortesemente il rimborso dell’ultima notte ma mi è stata rifiutata, cosa che non è avvenuta con il noleggio auto Europecar che ha provveduto al rimborso il giorno stesso. Lo sconsiglio e non soggiornerò mai più, in questo hotel.

Lo staff è in gran misura, gentile e cordiale, ma purtroppo non sono stati in grado di darmi informazioni corrette né sulla città, né sull’albergo in cui lavorano. Avendo avuto un grave problema famigliare ho dovuto interrompere un giorno prima il mio viaggio, ho chiesto cortesemente il rimborso dell’ultima notte ma mi è stata rifiutata, cosa che non è avvenuta con il noleggio auto Europecar che ha provveduto al rimborso il giorno stesso. Lo sconsiglio e non soggiornerò mai più, in questo hotel.

Ho soggiornato all'hotel per una notte nel settembre 2022, come parte di un viaggio d'affari con alcuni altri collaboratori. Quando siamo arrivati, siamo stati saluti da Fatima al desk front. Ha sorriso molto sul viso e era felice di accogliere la nostra richiesta di discutere l'iscrizione in inglese. Per affrontare altri commenti sugli ascensori, questi piccoli ascensori sono tipici di molti edifici europei più anziani che sono stati ricostruiti per aggiungerli, entrambi hanno funzionato bene e è stato bello portare il nostro bagaglio nelle nostre stanze. La camera era ben grande, pulita e ben decorata. La doccia era fantastica, soprattutto dopo un lungo giorno di viaggio. Il buffet del colazione mattina era grande e aveva molte varietà. Fatima era al di fuori del dipartimento di nuovo al mattino e era super amichevole e utile e il checkout era una brisa. In generale, ero super felice con l'hotel. Belle camere e grande servizio; non potevo chiedere di più. Grazie per averci fatto sentire a casa!
