Best location, near to metro & bus stops. Easy access to tourist must place to go in Paris. Recommended for 1st time traveller like me. Easy to find the hotel from Paris Gare du Nord station especially travel via Eurostar. Overall it’s an excellent 3D2N stay.

The air conditioner was not working properly.

Consiglio questo hotel per chi deve soggiornare vicino alla gare de lyon per utilizzare i treni. Io sono arrivata da Milano in treno e ho soggiornato qui per poi riprendere la rer e andare a DIsneyland. Le stanze piccole ma funzionali. Lo consiglio. Pulito.

The location of the hotel is great. It is walking distance from Paris Gare du Nord. There are a lot of restaurants, stores, pahrmacy nearby. The hotel staffs are very helpful, friendly and accomodating. The hotel has access to both stairs and elevator. City tax you have to pay upon check in. The room is descent size with one queen bed and one single bed perfect for family. It has a separate mini den for clothes and desk. It has a descent size balcony with a nice view. It is very quiet at night even it is very close to a busy main street. The easy to push button for blinds is a bonus! The washroom is a good size as well. It is very clean and cozy. Overall stay is amazingly wonderful!

This is probably the friendliest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We were greeted by Omar at reception with warm smiles, words, chocolate treats and more. We got two great rooms- one with windows opening onto the street, one with a little outdoor alcove. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. But the kindness of the staff was out of this world. Everyone we met at reception greeted us with enthusiasm. When we left, Omar went and got us a wonderful treat of fresh baked bread. I cannot overstate how friendly this staff is and how happy we were to stay here. Merci, Omar and everyone at the hotel!

You will not have any difficulty in locating the hotel. Its a very convenient distance from Gare Du Nord station and surrounded with plenty of Cafes and restaurants. Supermarket is close-by. The hotel rooms are small even though we took a family room and the bed wasn't a great quality. Very basic hotel with no electric kettle in the room and no intercom. So in case guest needs anything you will have to visit the reception every time and get the things for yourself. Only one dustbin provided which was in the bathroom and it was the tiny one. Drinking water cooler is installed in the lobby area and its free of cost. I did not take the breakfast so don't know anything about it. All together will recommend this hotel for location and good connectivity.

This hotel was selected last minute and for its location only. It was expensive - ver 200 Euros, but satisfactory. I could make some small complaints, like the shower has one of those stupid half glass walls which allows shower water to flow onto the floor. It has a tiny elevator that is not for anyone with even the smallest bit of claustrophobia. But my only real complaint is the noise from the street - it is maniacal yelling and life of street people 24/7. The room was too hot and no AC, so the windows had to be open, and that meant the implied violence of street life was flowing into my hotel room all night. Just awful.

For our travelling purposes, we needed to be close to la Gare du Nord, and this hotel really delivered. We had a very pleasant experience with the staff, the room had no view, but it was bright and clean. Although tiny, it does have an elevator which is a huge plus! We would stay here again for the location alone. There is a small market/grocery a couple steps away which made it really easy to grab cheap water and snacks!

The main reason i gave a 4 out of 5 was purely down to the service of Felicia and Afzal. i can for a weekend trip with my elderly mum and dad and they were so accommodating which completely put me at ease and even managed to let me extend the check out as i really did not want to have to be out in the rain with my elderly parents. The room was functional for the one night we were there. had a really good nights sleep on the 3rd floor. the bathroom door had water damage from the fact the water would not drain fast enough in the shower but otherwise fit our needs perfectly. shame there was not coffee or tea making facilities but afzal was kind enough to sort something out for us. The lift is tiny in only lets in 2 people at a time. so had to wait double the amount of time as there was three of us. The best thing for us was how close it was to gare du nord it was so nice just to walk a few minutes to get back to the hotel thanks for a good stay!

A good hotel right in front of Gare Du Nord metro exit. Arrived and departed by Eurostar so its proximity to the GDN really helped. The lady at the front desk was kind enough to allow us an early check in. The room was spacious by European standards and so was the bathroom. A little pricey but offered value due to room size and location of hotel.

Even though the Hotel room was small and didn't provide a tea/coffee maker in room I like to rate it excellent because of the polite and courteous staff. I extremely appreciate their honesty as they found and returned my wedding ring which I misplaced in the room. I realised loosing it after I checked out and boarded my early morning train from Gare de Lyon to Avignon. I didn't had their contact with me as the booking was done by company's travel desk. I just rang the number available on their profile on Google and told the person on other end about the issue. He asked me to wait and came back and told that they have the ring! I collected it back when I returned to Paris after two days. I could have lost it, if not for the honest staff of the hotel. The stay could have been better if the room was not on ground floor and a tea/coffee maker was provided in the room.
