개선문앞에다가 샹젤리제 거리와 가까워서 마지막날 쇼핑하기정말 좋았어요 방도 넓고 답답함 전혀없고 직원들 친절하고 깨끗하고 모든게 완벽한 호텔이였습니다. 집앞에 술집도 너무 좋았어요 너무너무 아름다운 호텔입니다^^

Had my first quarantine experience in the hotel and it was not bad. The staffs were extremely helpful and very friendly. I basically order delivery for all my meals and the hotel would help bring up to my room. The whole experience was pleasant. Covid cleaning fee was $1200 hkd

We stayed at Hotel Splenfid Etoile in the heart of Paris from 5th August 2022 to 9th August 2022. The location of this hotel is fantastic, 2 mins walk from the famous Champ Elyses and Arc de Triumphe respectively. There's also elevator exit 5 of Charles de Gaulle Metro station right by the doorstep of the hotel. All in all the location is fantastic. However, we were unlucky to be given one of the smallest double rooms in the hotel. We've stayed in hotels across the world, the size of room 408 is nothing to write home about and there's literally no room to "swing a cat!". I read a number of reviews prior to booking this hotel and I specifically requested not be put in a small room, but alas it fell on deaf ears. The hotel was fully booked during our stay, so changing rooms was not an option. The room should, at best, be labelled a single room not a double room. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of cold meat and full English and American varieties. They also have lots of fruits and fresh fruits. The only downside is that the waiters tend to clear the food tray at 12 noon despite the fact that the breakfast time ends at 12.30pm. The hotel management needs to do something about this, the waiters should clear the food trays at 12.30pm, not half an hour prior to the stated end time for breakfast. I have given this hotel 3*, because of the so called small double room (should be a single room) and the clearing of breakfast way before the advertised time. I will stay in the hotel again, but certainly not in room 408, the location and beauty alone compensates for the other faults. I will just ask for and insist on a larger room.

Upgraded room to the direct Arc view but floor is a little low. Location is very convenient in Paris with a Metro just outside the hotel and is walking distance to Effiel and the shopping area.

The room was pathetic. It was very small. The view was of a wall from the window. Don’t book the courtyard room at all. Requested for upgrade to which it was informed that no rooms are available. The breakfast was basic with no request entertained when asked for omelette with mushroom or onions. Leaving vegetarians to eat only breads. Then what’s the point. The room was basic which should be of max 60 euros. But was priced at 400 plus euros. The staff was polite but the value for money was zero. There was no view. Even the balcony rooms just have a glimpse and the arc de triomphe was visible properly from street as there is another building in between hotel and arc. Not recommended at all. Just pathetic.

Very strategic location. Metro station is just opposite the hotel. Able to view the Arc de Triomphe from the hotel room balcony. Love to have breakfast inside the room. Staff are helpful and friendly too.

Although there is not much facility, the location of the hotel is attractive that 3 mins walk to arc de triomphe! Also there are many nice restaurants around the hotel.
