Esperienza positiva, a Parigi da sabato 30/12/23 al 1/01/24 hotel molto comodo per zona e posizione, nel raggio di 5min a piedi ci sono ben 3 linee di metro, la stazione ferroviaria e diverse vite piene di locali, ristoranti e negozi aperti fino a tardi. Zona molto vivace ma tranquilla. Torre a 200m e vale la pena farci una scappata, si può salire al 56ºpiano e godere di una vista spettacolare su tutta la cittá. Dall’hotel abbiamo raggiunto a piedi anche la torre Eiffel in circa 25minuti. Albergo molto carino, ingresso piccolino ma molto curato, palazzo del secolo scorso ristrutturato in chiave contemporanea. Ci hanno assegnato alla prenotazione, sul sito dell’hotel, una camera doppia con vista sulla Torre di Montparnasse. All’arrivo la stanza era esattamente quella delle foto alla conferma della prenotazione. Non grandissima ma molto pulita, armadio particolare dietro alla tv, grande porta finestra doppia alla francese con affaccio sulla torre. Bagno piccolo ma completo di tutto, eccetto il bidet che come sempre in Francia è un’utopia, box doccia grande con pressione acqua ideale e molto calda. Unico problemino uno scalino un po’ pericoloso per entrare nella doccia. Materasso comodissimo, possibilità nell’armadio di doppi coscini e secondo piumone. Unico difetto ci sono un po’ di vibrazioni quando passa la metro sotto. Personale efficiente disponibile ed educato, tutti giovani. Non in primo ibis che provo ma il primo che mi convince a pieno, consiglio.

Abbiamo soggiornato (3 amcihe) lo scorso weekend iin questo hotel. La cosa che più ci ha colpito, oltre alla posizione veramente strategica, è stata la cortesia di tutto il personale! hotel giovane, divertente . consigliatissimo a tutti grazie di cuore

Arrived one night as I was getting the train early the next day from Montparnasse station which is a two minute walk away. Arrived at 11pm, fast check in and great service. Room was comfortable and clean and had everything I needed. Comfy bed. If you go out the hotel and turn right there’s a lovely cafe on the corner which serves beer and wine late if you get in late at night which is really good. I returned the next morning for a pastry and a coffee. I’d definitely recommend this hotel!

Great hotel with simple amenities. Approximately 10minute walk to a number of metro stops which was necessary as it is a little way out of the city centre. Buffet breakfast in the morning was fantastic with fresh pastries, fruit and hot food.

We spent four nights at this hotel late July 2023. Overall it is an average 3 star hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful and the location is good for access to all the sights in Paris. It is located very close to a Metro stop as well as the Montparnasee Rail station for access to Versailles and points west. The rooms are small and ours had no storage space except for a very small open closet located in one corner. Prepare to live out of your suitcase. The bed was comfortable and had good linens. The bathroom had a good sized walk in shower (did have to step up into the shower) and plenty of hot water. The hotel offered a breakfast buffet for around 13 Euros that we did not use. The spread looked acceptable but we preferred to go out to eat. The hotel could use a little TLC regarding the rooms but overall met our needs quite well.

The hotel is in a great location with metro stops close by and a train station up the road. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and the area felt very safe. Staff were welcoming and friendly, we did ask for a room at the top at the back but we didn't get this 😞 Our room had everything we needed however there was a small step up to the bathroom which we had to lay a towel on as we all stubbed our toes on it. Towels were in short supply and there was mould in most corners of the room (which made the room smell). Now the beds....... Worse night sleep ever and I woke up and had to do stretches to ease my back pain! Our bed only had a mattress topper not a mattress and our daughters fold out bed had a huge bar across the middle which dug into her all night. Thankfully we only stayed one night otherwise I would have booked somewhere else for the rest of our stay.

Recently been to this hotel for two nights. The heating in the room I got did not work unfortuntely (room 002). I asked the front office to check it and they gave me an electric noisy heater. After asking for another room my request was ignored but after 10 minutes I was moved to another room at the 6th floor (605). The room was smaller than the previous one but that was not a problem, a bit smelly but the view from the window was stunning, the Eiffer Tower. The hotel is located in a strategic place, very close to the train and metropolitan stations, perfect for business, The rooms I have been were a bit "vintage". Some staff is very nice and helpful, some not. Thanks for the lady that recommended me a good restaurant in the area.

Average stay. Small room but was aware and ok with this. Bed was comfortable and location was good. Mold in bathroom and this seem common with Europe. Biggest disappointment and frustration was with the pre-authorization. Was charge for it and not removed as it was supposed to. Spend a week trying to arrange this and pretty much felt I was a liar until my credit card confirm they charge me. That’s where they started to help but with the France attitude.

Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a base for a short trip to Paris. It's a great location, close to the Metro but also within walking distance of the centre of the City. There are some lovely cafes and restaurants nearby. Our room was a good size for our party of three, clean and comfortable with everything we needed. We had breakfast on one of the mornings, which was great - plenty of choice and importantly they were able to cater for my partner who is celiac. The whole team was friendly, welcoming and really helpful. We had a great stay and will definitely return.
