Personale veramente tanto gentile e super disponibile (tra l’altro parlano italiano benissimo e quindi super consigliato per chi magari non conosce l’inglese)

Cute little boutique hotel with very lovely staff. All were super helpful and accommodating.
Room was simple but nice and we had a nice view. Close to public transport, a beautiful restaurant up the road on yhe corner called the bistrot i think? Lovely patiserie just further up that road

We had a wonderful stay! The location is superb and room is clean/has everything we needed for our Paris getaway. The people who work here are the heart of the place and made the stay extra special. Merci beaucoup!

Affordable , close to the metro and comfortable beds. The rooms are very small but has everything you need. We had a good stay, the staff is helpful and friendly.

Very welcoming and supportive friendly staff!
Although the corridor to the room was very narrow, the room itself was lovely. Small room but all the space and facilities one person needs.
Super comfortable bed, very clean, bright.
Convenient location from train station (only 20min walk from Gare du Nord), and easy walk into busy/tourist areas and food outlets.
As a solo traveller I felt very safe in the hotel and surrounding area.
I would definitely recommend this hotel, and would consider staying here again if I were to visit Paris again.

Super friendly staff. Really helpful and informative. Helped me a lot when I had to store my luggage at the hotel until the evening the day I check out.
Room is small especially the toilet, but clean and can’t complain with the location (3mins walk from metro station) and the pricing.
One thing to noted, the room window is facing to the street and it might be a bit noisy in the early morning when people walked past and vehicles driving past
Overall it was a hotel with good service I felt welcome.

Excellent service, very pleasant and helpful staff. Nice area, felt safe at all times, and several great lunch and dinner places nearby as well as som bars. Might be slightly noisy Friday and Saturday night for some if you like sleeping with an open window, but this was not a problem for us.

Pretty good location. Staff were friendly. But here are a couple major issues. The room felt like 80 degrees, in cold fall weather. The bed covers are very thick. The guests cannot control the temperature on the thermostat. I sweat through two nights of no sleep. After the first night I mentioned this to staff, who said they will happily set the desired temp. “Just call us next time” Well, at 1 am the next night , we were hot and sweating, again. I was in no mood to make an international call to set the thermostat. I was also half naked and didn’t want to dress up to go down to reception desk!
The other basic thing that was not satisfied was the broken safe. I believe this was mentioned in a prior review, also. I mentioned that to the staff *twice, and nothing was ever done.
I would sadly probably avoid this hotel in the future, since I couldn’t sleep.
