Praticamente non esiste alcun servizio. Anche se chiedi un asciugamano, non te ne verrà dato uno. Non molto raccomandato.

È stato fantastico per la posizione. Vicino a ristoranti e facile da esplorare Parigi.

La camera è un po' piccola e le strutture sono vecchie. C'è un parco di fronte e a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana. Va bene per un breve soggiorno. È fantastico viaggiare a Parigi in estate, fa fresco e le attrazioni sono fantastiche.

La posizione è particolarmente buona, è molto comodo raggiungere le attrazioni circostanti come i Giardini di Lussemburgo, il Panthéon, gli Invalides, l'Osservatorio Francese, ecc. Il lavandino in camera è troppo piccolo e l'acqua schizza fuori.

Questo hotel dovrebbe essere nella comunità asiatica, ci sono molti ristoranti vietnamiti. Mangia molto cibo quando esci dall'hotel. La linea 7 della metropolitana è sul retro dell'hotel e cammina per 3 minuti. La stanza è piccola, senza aria condizionata, senza ascensore. Ma con bagno privato. Meglio che stare in un ostello della gioventù. Facile accesso. Non farà troppo caldo perché fa fresco con le finestre aperte. Basta non vivere nella stanza IOI e va bene. Quando l'alta stagione è di circa migliaia di dollari di Hong Kong, è un rifugio sicuro, piatto. Vivi tanto felice quanto avrai paura!

La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica, su questo non ci sono dubbi ma è fatiscente e sporca. il corridoio e le scale hanno la moquette che 30 anni fa probabilmente era rossa, ora è a chiazze e strappata. All'ingresso della nostra camera si sentiva un forte odore di pipì di gatto, puzza che ci ha accompagnati per tutta la settimana. Sicuramente carina l'idea di tenere dei gatti che girano per l'hotel, meno piacevole l'odore. Gli asciugamani erano macchiati e puzzavano La sala colazioni era sporca, consiglio vivamente di controllare le scadenze dei pochi prodotti presenti sul " buffet". Il personale è incompetente , la signora stava comodamente sdraiata sulla sedia con i piedi appoggiati alla scrivania. L'unico a salvarsi è un ragazzo giovane sempre sorridente e disponibile.

Le camere sono minuscole ma soprattutto sono sporche. Credo che l’hotel si trovi nella zona più brutta di Parigi. Consiglio di spendere un po’ di più e andare altrove. Personale un po’ arrogante con chi non capisce il francese. Assolutamente da evitare. Purtroppo io ho fatto la prenotazione su un’altra applicazione e non avevo guardato le immagini e le recensioni di TripAdvisor se no avrei evitato!

Pulizia della camera da rivedere (piumone macchiato, parete con umidità e muffa, sulla testiera un buon strato di polvere, sifone della doccia molto sporco… Per il prezzo mi aspettavo un minimo di cose ma qui sono davvero deluso... La il personale non rispetta i clienti durante le pulizie (porte che sbattono, parlano ad alta voce sulle scale...)

It is a horror place - it is not a hotel. This place should be shut down right way for misleading customers and cheating with lies. It is so dirty, no elevators, no fan or AC - bathroom is so small and dirty. No one help to carry the luggage broken dirty stairs. This is looks like an owned by dirty people with only money in mind. Please don’t refer this hotel to anyone. It doesn’t even worth 10 euro per night when they are charging 92 euro. They are nasty and don’t want refund room cancellation money- they are robbers there. Please never book this hotel at all.

what can I say? I was petrified at the thought of spending a night in this hotel when reading the reviews, it is a business trip and the place was booked by my hosts, who probably have no idea whatsoever of what this place is like (they soon will!). In principle it could be great: great location, beautiful view from the windows at the front (well, if you could see through the filthy windows, that is), but then it ends there. It starts with the "welcome" at reception: I must count myself lucky that the man did not tell me to f... off. But hey, every day must be a bad day if you are running this place, so I can't blame him for resenting the paying guests that keep this place afloat. The carpeted stairs are so filthy and rickety that they do look like a bad joke - but they are your only escape route in case anything happens, so they are no joke. At least you'll get downstairs pretty quickly by rolling down the sloping steps, though good luck with the germs you'll have plastered all over you. After this, the room was a relief: no carpet, I could breathe! Furniture looked relatively new, and the bathroom was passably clean. But anything that isn't hardware is stained, from the shower curtains (that I did not draw - the shower tray is tiny, so those filthy things will cling to your body) to the duvet and the towels: I must count myself very lucky to be able to use the plural, as I was in a double for single occupancy, so I had two. But of course there is no bathmat, and anyhow you'd have no hook or rail to hang your towels anyway. A comforting thought is that the towels have a strong smell of bleach, at least that! Also I did not wake up with any insect bites, nor was I bothered by any other pests, so there is another success for you!. The room is very small, but it is Paris. Then there is a bathroom switch that has a will of its own. It may or may not switch the lights on, and it may or may not switch them off - though the lights will go off after a while anyway. Maybe it is so that you feel like you have company, who knows. I did have a remote control for the tv in the room, but I did not dare touch it (having to handle the very tatty room keycard was enough of an experience for the day). I did venture for breakfast: that is also an experience. First off, the lady who manages the breakfast must be naturally nice, for in spite of trying you could see the breaking of a smile every so often - but she also sticks to the "get them out quickly" company policy making you feel as unwelcome as possible. Of course, dirty cups, dirty glasses, opaque cutlery: must be good for your immune system, I suggest you come with small children, the room will feel big to them too! On the plus side, they arrange a tray with a number of individually packed items (cheese, biscuits, honey, jam and Nutella) so you are safe with those. Les deux points positifs à retenir de notre séjour sont l’emplacement, l’hôtel se situe à moins de 10min à pied de la station de métro Place d’Italie, et trois réceptionnistes sur quatres qui sont accueillant et sympathiques. Pour la suite … NE VENEZ PAS !!! Le quatrième réceptionniste est absolument désagréable. On a l’impression de le déranger, il ne respecte pas la clientèle et travaille même en claquette … On se demande si il aime son boulot. Une propreté de chambre honteuse au vue du prix , une poignée de porte de la salle de bain cassée, une prise électrique cassée, et des taies d’oreiller et serviettes qui sont sales . De plus , on entend absolument tout ce qui se passe dans l’hôtel grâce à une isolation qui est inexistante. Très déçu …
