Hotel situato in zona strategica comodissimo. La struttura non è tenuta bene ed avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione. La pulizia è sommaria, ma la biancheria pulita e cambiata quotidianamente. Molta disponibilità e gentilezza del personale.

La ubicación es muy buena. Y la habitación es lo que es para lo que pagas. Lo malo que en nuestro caso, la ducha estaba rota y habia alguna que otra hormiga que salia del agujero. Además el ascensor estaba roto. Pero dormimos bien y hay restaurantes y sitios chulos cerca.

Mancano le cose essenziali come asciugacapelli e shampoo, ma la stanza era pulita, il personale molto cortese e la posizione ottima perché la fermata Pigalle dista 3 minuti. Molti lati positivi e zona tranquilla.

Cimici da letto, da denuncia, sono scappato e sono stato stupido a non chiamare delle autorità a farlo chiudere! Chi aveva prenotato la stanza per me ha mostrato al titolare le immagini delle bestie che c’erano sul letto e come mi sono riempito di bolle pruriginose! Domani ho la prima visita dermatologica e saprò che cosa mi è successo precisamente !

Abbiamo soggiornato 10 giorni in questo hotel, prima di partire le recensioni che abbiamo letto ci hanno scoraggiato parecchio invece appena arrivati ci hanno accolto dicendoci di aver preso in considerazione la nostra richiesta di avere la camera verde che si vede su booking per cui abbiamo ricevuto una camera nuova. La camera era molto pulita infatti le tante recensioni negative si incentravano proprio su questo, per la nostra personale esperienza non è stato affatto così . La posizione della struttura è strategica: 2 minuti dalla fermata pigalle, 1/2 minuti in più da quella saint george e vicinanza a tanti autobus. Buona qualità prezzo, consigliato.

-On arrival this place looks nothing like it's photos, it's very dirty and disgusting and cheap. -The bedroom door would not lock properly until I hoisted the door up- super worrying as a solo traveler -They preyed on me as a solo traveler. I left the hotel because ii did not feel like a safe environment. -They tried to scam me by saying 'police officers' were after me and they wanted to charge all UK travellers a $135 fee to leave the hotel or I am only allowed out for one hour per day. But this is not true for the rules in France (especially as i am fully vaccinated). They either have the help of corrupt police officers or fake police officers -Two men on the desk were very unhelpful, they are not proper staff this is more like a casual hostel. -I only stayed one night and did not stay for the rest of my trip - they said they would refund me for the remainder of my trip but have not responded to my messages or from *********** directly .They gave me a fake email address, and have not responded to any emails. Really awful- just avoid!!!

The winning part of this hotel has to be the location. Very easy to get to other parts of Paris with the Pigalle metro station a 5 min walk away and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Also a local supermarket. We were on the sixth floor and we told that the lift wasn't working on our arrival but would be in action the next day, it didn't work for the duration of our 4 day stay. The safe is our room also didn't work. The bedding was clean and we got fresh towels every day. The decor is in major need of an upgrade, with peeling paint and marked/chipped walls in the room. Also bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper as there was noise late each night from a local bar. The man who hosted reception every day was pleasant and helpful, free coffee available in the reception area. We were also able to leave our bags after checking out on our final day for no charge.
