This hotel was very nice. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and always endeavoured to assist when asked. The lobby was pleasant and inviting, the room we had (a premium room with a view of the Eiffel Tower) was very nicely furnished. The elevator that we were required to use (in order to access the 4th floor and above) was frustratingly slow and seemed to work randomly. The other elevator that had access to the 3rd floor and down to the gym was much more modern so hopefully the hotel are planning to upgrade the poorer version to match this. The gym itself was small and mainly cardio focussed with working and modern machines, some free weights or bars would have been a good addition.
In our room, the television was large and modern. Frustratingly it was a smart TV with all the smart features disabled. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was very nice and fitted with a combination shower and bath. The complimentary soft drinks provided in the room’s fridge were a pleasant surprise and the selection of teas were good.
