Ho prenotato e pagato subito 2 camere per 2 notti per un viaggio di lavoro. Hotel carino, senza troppe pretese. Buona posizione, nonostante una strada trafficata e camera che dava sulla strada hotel silenzioso e molto pulito. Peccato per la grande maleducazione dell'addetto alla reception che ci ha accolto. Prenotato tramite Accor non mi hanno dato possibilità di prenotare le 2 stanze con due nominativi diversi, chiediamo al nostro arrivo di farci due ricevute separate e ci è stato risposto: "Dovrei farvi pagare un'altra prenotazione ma, solo perchè sono gentile, per questa volta lo faccio"........ Passa questa, mattina dopo scendiamo per colazione la quale si presenta un po' scarsa, chiediamo del pane senza glutine a una cameriera, si presenta sempre lo stesso personaggio della reception del giorni prima al nostro tavolo (rivelatosi il manager dell'hotel), sedendosi sul tavolo al nostro fianco con mani conserte ci dice: "queste cose vanno dette alla prenotazione!" Premetto che non c'era la possibilità durante la prenotazione, altrimenti lo avremmo fatto, ma il modo il cui ci è stato detto: "Qual è il vostro problema...." INACCETTABILE! Un vero peccato perchè basterebbe poco per essere gentili e cordiali. E questa non mi sembrava un richiesta così assurda, bastava dire: " ci scusiamo ma purtroppo non lo abbiamo" e sarebbe stato tutto molto più semplice.

Dire che il servizio sia del manager che della reception è stato raccapricciante. Purtroppo, visto lo sciopero impartito dalla nazione francese, non ci è stato possibile raggiungerla: tutti voli e treni cancellati. Contattando la struttura, non abbiamo voluto chiedere un rimborso, bensì un cambio data (anche a loro scelta) visto che non abbiamo potuto usufruire di nessun servizio. Poiché la struttura ci ha ampiamente negato questa opzione, nonostante il disagio fosse stato creato da loro e non da noi, abbiamo contattato il servizio clienti di Booking, il quale - anch'esso sconcertato dalla situazione- ha provato in modo imperterrito a farli ragionare. Risultato? SPESE DELL'ALLOGGIO TOTALMENTE PERSE. Visiterò Parigi quest'estate ma di certo non nel loro hotel e lo sconsiglierò a tutti.

Very nice service ,clean rooms ,very good location you can find lot of local french rest around , very good and with lot of chioces breakfast and the most important .... all of the staff profesionals and very friendly !!! I will go back easily

We really enjoyed this hotel. We were able to walk to many places in Paris and if we didn’t, there were many transport options. We had a great check in from Leni and our room had a lovely balcony. We were able to sit out there once and have our dinner. I would not hesitate to stay here again because of the staff and it’s location.

I stayed at the Mercure Paris Arc de Triomphe for a week and found it to be an excellent base for exploring the city. The location is truly unbeatable — right in the heart of Paris, just steps from the Arc de Triomphe and within walking distance to many of the main attractions. The surrounding neighborhood felt very safe, even in the evenings, and is full of charming cafés, bakeries, and restaurants that made each day feel authentically Parisian. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable space to return to after long days out. The staff were courteous and efficient, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Paris, whether for business or leisure.

The hotel is in a very practical location, next to shops and many restaurants. It's a super small hotel. The staff at the reception is very friendly. The rooms are ok, the cleaning could have been better. The breakfast is nice. There are so many options for drinks and food within a 5-minute walk. It's super practical. The subway station Charles de Gaule is a few minutes away and enables easy connection to RER and metro.

A good value hotel close to the Arc de Triomphe. It’s no frills but clean with friendly staff. Breakfast had lots of options and was kept well stocked. There is no bar or lounge but there are plenty of good restaurants close by. A bit of a walk to the main tourist sights but there is a metro station a few blocks away

Phenomenal hotel, great value. Well located with tons of great cafes and restaurants nearby, clean and pretty rooms, great views from room on a high floor. Such good value. Would return in a heartbeat.

We stayed here in July. I really wasn't looking forward to it, based on some of the reviews I had read beforehand. However, we couldn't find anything better in the area and decided that it was only for 1 night so we could live with it. I have to say it really wasn't as bad as I expected! We extended to 3 nights.

Great location close to Arc de Triomphe and with a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and the metro close by and an amazing choice of places to eat. As with many hotels in the area the rooms are on the small side but are clean and bright and a view over the street outside. Beds were comfortable and there was a Nespresso machine, kettle, hair dryer and ironing board plus free WiFi. The hotel was refurbished a few years ago and now has a number of USB ports as well as mains sockets. The only thing strange is that the toilet is in a different room to the bathroom, which means that you have to go into a different room to wash your hands. Staff were always on hand and helpful. Would happily stay there again.

Was there for a business trip in Paris for two days in August 2023 Two words, average in all aspects and overrated. Positives: location, functional, relatively affordable price with regards to the location Négatives: service is average with no proper reception per se, late room cleaning, shortage of staff, breakfast below average, small room, shower pressure weak Conclusion: this is NOT a four stars, closer to a Low 3 or high 2. Relevant because of its location else everything else is similar to a high 2 to Low 3. Feels underwhelmed both by the service, with semi friendly staff and the rooms. Price is fair not cheap.

Had a fantastic 3 nights here. As a solo traveller I chose this hotel due to its central location and I wasn't disappointed, lots of great cafés and restaurants nearby and the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysee 5 minutes walk away. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was good size and kept extremely clean. The shower wss amazing and as a plus it had my favourite brand of toiletries!! The bed was so comfortable and I slept really well as there was hardly any noise. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel and would love to visit again!! All in all it was a fantastic customer experience and made my stay in Paris extra special with lots of lovely memories !!
