My room overlooking the park, was extremely noisy. There is a building site next door and building starts at 7am. And there’s jackhammers during the day. Also, on the road below, was a metal plate, which banged every time a car drove over it (24/7). They should not be charging full price for the rooms affected by this noise. I took it up with the female receptionist who told me there’s construction all around Paris. Her attempt to deflect missed me. When I insisted, she said she would email her manager and send me a reply. 2 weeks later, no response. Clearly no action was taken. They should not be charging full price for these rooms. Very poor customer concern/service by this hotel.

È vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e alla metropolitana ed è molto comodo per andare ovunque. Ci sono KFC e supermercati vicino all'hotel, ci sono ristoranti al piano di sotto e puoi raggiungere il centro città in dieci minuti a piedi. Il personale di servizio è molto gentile, essendo arrivato in hotel dopo le 9 del mattino non posso ancora effettuare il check-in, ma posso sbrigare le formalità e depositare i bagagli. Il personale ci ha informato in modo proattivo delle aree di sosta e dei luoghi in cui gli ospiti possono lavarsi. Anche se lo spazio non è molto grande, è più che sufficiente per stendere due valigie da 28 pollici. Sceglierò di rimanere qui la prossima volta che avrò la possibilità di venire!

È stato difficile trovare l'entrata dell'hotel, ma è proprio vicino alla stazione ferroviaria (credo che uscire a est). Non c'è frigo nella stanza, quindi ci aiuta a raggiungere la sala per ottenere le nostre bevande, ecc. La stanza è pulita e una bella dimensione per le coppie. Tuttavia, uno dei giorni che abbiamo messo su un non disturba il segno, ma, il custode è ancora entrato e pulito la stanza. Questo è stato il nostro unico disappunto, perché non ci siamo sentiti professionali. A parte questo, tutti i membri del personale, le camere e i servizi sono eccezionali!

We arrived at Hotel Amoi mid morning and were greeted by Alli. It is a small boutique hotel and very attractive from the street. We were given a room quickly and Alli took the time to show us the breakfast area, where a complimentary breakfast was being served by the fabulous Fathia. A sitting room is right off of the front desk area. It is filled with wonderful books, refreshments, and a wonderful place to sit. The main breakfast area has a large table to seat guests. The breakfast items are fresh, and their croissants are some of the best in the city. The omelettes that Fathia makes are wonderful and a great way to begin your day. Juices, sodas, water and different coffees and teas are set out daily. Croissants, pastries, breads, pancakes, crepes with nutella are available each morning. Cheese and meats with breads are an option also. A superior meal! Breakfast begins at 7am. Fathia greeted us each day with a cappuccino, asking us our breakfast preference for that day. What a treat. ......We reserved a K room with courtyard view. Our room was very spacious and extremely clean. It was equipped with a coffee pot with pods and tea kettle with tea bags, along with a mini frig. A room safe is also provided.. A hair dryer, iron and ironing board were in the closet. A set of slippers and robe was provided for each guest. The bathroom was spacious and had a towel warmer as well as many toiletries provided. ........ Alli answered all questions that we had before heading out to walk the city. Lou also manned the front desk area and was just as sweet and helpful as Alli. We would start out each day asking questions and having them answered by these wonderful young women. ..... Hotel Amoi is located on the edge of the Place de la République and the Haut-Marais. There are many restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and shops, as well as grocery stores around the hotel. We felt safe walking to and from the hotel each day. When we did need to take an Uber, one was usually available within 3-4 minutes. ......I would not hesitate to recommend Hotel Amoi for your stay in Paris. ....Thank you Alli, Lou, and Fathia for making our 8 day stay with you so enjoyable.

L'hotel è situato in una posizione fantastica, all'opuscolo della stazione Gare du Nord. Molti ristoranti e caffè intorno. L'interno dell'hotel è molto bello con l'aspetto africano. Abbiamo una stanza di fronte alla stazione Gare du Nord, ma era tranquillo, non abbiamo sentito il rumore dall'esterno. Il primo giorno, il cliente ha un minibar gratuito e l'acqua è a bordo del ricevitore, porta il tuo tumbler. Il personale dell'hotel è così amichevole e generoso, abbiamo una camera più grande, Happy Hours Drinks, anche dolci. Vorremmo tornare a questo hotel.
