I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience.
I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed.
The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations:
• The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival.
• The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property.
• Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size.
On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts.
While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings. I hope this feedback helps improve your service and guest experience. I would also appreciate a response regarding this matter.

Procedura di check-in:
Il check-in è stato semplice ed efficiente. Il personale alla reception è stato accogliente e professionale. Hanno spiegato tutto in modo chiaro, compresi i servizi e le opzioni per la colazione.
Qualità della camera:
La camera era spaziosa, pulita e ben tenuta. Il letto era molto comodo e le lenzuola profumavano di fresco. Ho apprezzato l'attenzione ai dettagli, come l'acqua in bottiglia gratuita, il set per tè/caffè e gli articoli da toeletta. Tuttavia, ho notato un leggero ronzio proveniente dall'unità di aria condizionata, che potrebbe essere fastidioso per chi ha il sonno leggero.
Servizi:
L'hotel offriva ottimi servizi per un pernottamento. Ho utilizzato il Wi-Fi gratuito, che era veloce e affidabile. La palestra era piccola ma aveva tutto l'essenziale per un allenamento veloce. Non ho avuto la possibilità di usare la piscina, ma sembrava pulita e invitante.
Cibo:
Ho cenato al ristorante interno e il cibo era delizioso, anche se un po' caro. Il buffet della colazione la mattina successiva aveva una buona varietà, soddisfacendo sia i gusti locali che quelli internazionali.
Servizio:
Il servizio è stato di prim'ordine! Il personale è stato cordiale, accomodante e tempestivo nelle risposte. Ma quando ho chiesto la sostituzione di un vetro a causa di una crepa al momento del check-in in camera, l'hanno semplicemente annotato e non l'hanno mai sostituito.
Esperienza complessiva:
Valuterei il mio soggiorno 8,5/10. È stata un'esperienza rilassante e piacevole, perfetta per una breve fuga. L'unico piccolo problema è stato il rumore dell'aria condizionata, ma ciò non ha messo in ombra l'eccellente servizio e il comfort forniti dall'hotel. Consiglierei sicuramente questo hotel e prenderei in considerazione di soggiornarvi di nuovo.

GOOD:
1. Would like to thank Ms. Gamboa, FO Manager, for extending utmost assistance to our check-in request. She was hands on the whole time and we saw her going around making sure the guests were assisted during this high occupancy weekend. Salute👍🏽!
2. Cafe by Westside was elegantly designed and was bright with tall windows. The food spread was wide enough for the price range to enjoy different food options. I liked their cheese and charcuterie stations.
3. Complimentary Sauna and Steam room facilities for both male and female was very relaxing. Not common these days in hotels in the same star category.
4. Location is great being walkable to Okada and Ayala Malls Manila Bay.
COULD BE MPROVED:
1. Not for hotel guests with huge suitcases for multi day use. The common rooms are very petite. No space to open a large suitcase. Or you can book the end corner units which are Executive Suites which are double the size of the common rooms.
2. The flimsy plastic white shower curtains make the toilet feel like a dormitory common shower. Since the hotel did not spend on the shower enclosures, there are thicker fabric shower curtains with more upscale texture and design.
3. As a brand new hotel, we were surprised that the room TVs are NOT smart/internet units. When the time comes, please install Smart TV for watching guests' subscription channels.
Will we come back, sure but will book the executive room to have a better stay experience.

大大力鄭We travelled with two kids, so two bedrooms suite was the most sensible option. This hotel is within 10 minutes walk from MOA. There were 11/7 and eateries nearby. Alyala mall is also within walking distance. There was a big swimming pool and other facilities, but we did not have time to use. Front desk staff were helpful and courteous. As for the price, it was reasonable (Most of the hotels in Manila were overpriced imo). There were only two minor issues: water pressure, and housekeeping staff rang the door bell at 9:30 am, which was way too early for people going on vacation.

LLi PinCheck-In: The check-in process was quick and efficient. The lobby also has comfortable seating, which is great when waiting for a Grab or transport.
Room: I loved the room’s Japanese-inspired design—it was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. The only drawback was the air conditioning, which was tricky to adjust, making the room either too cold or too warm at times.
Mini Bar: The mini bar was well-stocked with complimentary soft drinks, beer, cup noodles, and chips. You only need to pay if you request additional items, which was a nice touch.
Restroom: The restroom was clean, though I noticed an unpleasant odor when I returned to the room on the second night.
Breakfast: The hotel offers two breakfast options: à la carte at the restaurant by the pool on Level 1 or a buffet at the Hyatt Regency next door. On the second morning, we opted for the à la carte breakfast by the pool, but the food was quite average. The portion control—one drink and one meal per person—felt limiting, and there were flies around, which affected the experience.
On the third morning, we tried the breakfast buffet at the Hyatt Regency, and it was much better. The selection was more extensive, with salads, fresh fruit, an egg station, Filipino dishes, and cereals. However, accessing the buffet involves walking through the ******, which can be unpleasant due to the smell of cigarette smoke. Alternatively, you can request a shuttle from the hotel, which drops you at the back entrance to avoid the ******.
Location: The hotel’s location is convenient, connecting to the ****** and some nearby eateries. However, I didn’t enjoy having to pass through the ****** often, as it could be crowded and smoky. On the plus side, Ayala Mall is just a 5-8 minute walk away, offering good shopping and dining options

1. Il default Ac è intorno a 17 gradi, cosi'cool e incapace di cambiare la configurazione.Penso che questo sia fatto per evitare di usare AC e forza per usare fan di sigillazione ( risparmio di energia elettrica, nessun uso per il gusto)
2. La lampada a letto è così grande come una luce stradale appena sopra il letto, come può usarla?Così luminosa dopo averla aperto.Questo è anche sostanzialmente configurato per scoprire.Questo modo per evitare l'uso della luce di notte e risparmiare elettricità.
In tutto nulla può usare, dormire sul letto e controllare 😁😁😁

My room had a lot of ants and they are inside my bag and on my clothes, so prepare yourself for that. I can feel the ants crawling all over me when I held my bag at the airport.
