Vicino all'aeroporto, ma è molto inconveniente usare la macchina.La piccola stanza appartenente al quartiere residenziale è trasformata, non c'è problema con gli unici, e gli amici possono non essere più allo stesso edificio insieme.La reception è molto difficile da trovare, appartenente al tipo personale.

Arrived at the resort on Friday 24th Feb, we had booked a 2 room apartment within one of the several accommodation blocks. The check in seemed to be painless but parking our vehicle turned out to be a hassle. We had to drive around the resort many times before finding a parking space. Then found out we would have to pay 700 pesos just to park for 2 nights! Not ideal. Our room was on the 17th floor and we had an excellent view of Manila Bay and the highway below. The apartment seemed clean and tidy and was plenty big enough for the 6 of us. We discovered very quickly that the wifi and tv didn’t work and also the cooker was broken. Not ideal with 2 teenagers in the party! We all went down to the pool in the afternoon, it was fantastic , the wave machine was superb. Only downside there was not nearly enough sun beds or chairs at the “ beach”. The pool bar was good value for money and the food very good. In the evening we tried the Paris Club, food was very good and plentiful. On the Saturday we used the pool again first thing in the morning then spent the afternoon at the SM mall beside the resort. Many food places which was good. The evening was spent again in Paris. Great opportunities to take holiday pictures. Departing on the Sunday was effortless. Would I recommend the resort? Yes I would but 2 nights is ample time enough.

It is a short distance from the airport. By metered taxi or GRAB it should be 255-290PHP. The communication was prompt and made it easier when advising to be running late. A short walk to a 711 and Jollybee. The room was very clean, tastefully decorated, air conditioning and a wonderful super comfortable bed. There is no window in the room. I had the room next to the reception desk. Although the noise from outside is somewhat filtered, the noise from the stairwell and reception is very obvious and may be at all hours. The breakfast was ordinary fried eggs and toast. There was no fruit available. The terrace is a nice little space to be outside. The staff were lovely at all times.

I was looking for a place near SMDC Festival Grounds and this is the closest place that I have found with free parking. The place is very accessible both for commuters and private vehicles. A lot of restaurants are nearby, the place itself has a convenience store on the ground. The entrance for residents and guests are separate which gives the residents their privacy. For the guests, there is a designated lobby. There is only one elevator so we made sure to come down early so that we won't be late for the concert. Solemare is just walking distance from SMDC Festival Grounds so after attending a concert, you won't have to think about how are you gonna get home. The room is very cozy with a beautiful view on the balcony. Toiletries are also provided, wifi is also good, there is a small study table, mini-ref, electric stove and kettle. More of the basic things that you will need as you stay. Their pool is open as early as 6AM however the water is really cold during this time. Really had a good time staying here and will definitely go back here!

UUtente ospiteSeda Manila Bay really exceeded my expectations. As a former hotelier from a Forbes 5 star hotel in PH, I must say they have the best staff. Last nov 4, my son celebrated his bday at Seda Manila Bay and they even gave us a complimentary cake.(Kudos to In-room dining team!) Bellman Ivan assisted us I commend him for being so nice and proactive. Last dec 25-26 we also stayed at Seda ManilaBay and Bellman Ivan recognized me and he helped us with our luggages. Pagbaba ko palang ng car he greeted me ”ma'am welcome back!” with a huge smile on his face. l also commend FO Jerlyn for being so nice and helpful. She offered late check-out for one of our room since the key was given to us medyo late na like around 4pm already. She's so nice to the point na parang we're already friends for a long time.I also commend the bellman who assisted us upon check-in and check-out (i forgot his name) we had a small talk about hotelier life and for using his phone(viber) for work instead of radio and about tips haha! I commend the FO/Bellman team for giving us the best hotel experience and giving us a five star service!

UUtente ospiteLa nostra prima volta che ci siamo fermati qui a Nobu. Volevo un hotel vicino all'aeroporto per il nostro viaggio il giorno dopo. Distanza (circa 5-10 min) dall'aeroporto. Nessun traffico e siamo stati raccolti da un limo ☺️. L'hotel è eccezionale. Il personale, erano sorprendenti. Non ho fatto il meglio per darci il miglior servizio. Sarei sicuramente rimasto in questo hotel. Vale ogni penny.

La camera assegnata ha vista spazzatura, dal lungofiume Pasay, chiedo la sostituzione ma il personale del front office non è disponibile. Ha detto che non c'è camera disponibile, ma dalle prenotazioni online vedo che ci sono poche camere disponibili.
La camera non è insonorizzata, è possibile sentire l'altra stanza e lo sciacquone della toilette dalla stanza superiore. L'aria condizionata è fantastica, il letto è comodo. Kit di cortesia, solo set spazzolino da denti e sapone, nient'altro.
Mini frigo disponibile, ma spento.
La colazione è sempre lunga, ma non vale il prezzo e per mangiare nella categoria quattro stelle. Il cibo è pessimo rispetto ad altri quattro stelle nei dintorni. Alla carta era buona. Ho mangiato solo 1 volta a colazione, il resto dei giorni abbiamo fatto colazione in altri hotel.
La vista lato piscina era bella e rilassante. Ottima vista sul lato Okada. L'addetto alla palestra non è attento.
Ho chiamato l'agente, l'operatore e il front office intorno alle 18:30-19, almeno 5 squilli ciascuno, nessuna risposta. Suppongo di richiedere un letto supplementare, ma invece sono sceso e ho aspettato in fila alla reception. Ha un costo aggiuntivo, il che va bene.
Grazie per il personale delle pulizie, risposta immediata dopo la mia chiamata tardiva alle 23:00 sul letto supplementare.
Tornerò per il prossimo soggiorno? Forse non è l'opzione migliore.

Siamo rimasti solo per una notte, ma suggerisco di controllare la pulizia perché quando entramo nella nostra stanza c'è un volo nel nostro dormitorio e anche un odore di camera (non un tipo di hotel odore)
Anche io suggerisco, per favore, di indicare l'indirizzo di sollevamento della piscina, perché solo le palestre sono scritte su di essa.
La posizione del bidet è un po' confusa.
Ho chiesto un piatto extra perché hanno fornito solo un piatto.

CCoco24This is superlatively beautiful and new hotel ,from the accessibility and proximity to the airport to Mall of Asia . Every penny is worth spending for . They have accommodating ,fast front desk personnel .Room food service from the cafe are great .Kudos to them from cleaning the room everyday .My husband also cleaned the inside but the personnel and utility folks are awesome . We will stay here next month .
