Resort bellissimo a terrazza sul mare, struttura moderna e classica allo stesso tempo, perfetta in ogni dettaglio, con servizi eccellenti, personale impeccabile, meravigliose stanze, suite e appartamenti con splendidi arredi curati. La colazione a buffet continentale offre l’imbarazzo della scelta. C’è un posto per ogni gusto, dalle piscine alle zone relax e sole, terrazze, salotti, giardini. Si può scendere direttamente sulla passeggiata lungo mare che è davvero piacevole e percorre tutto il paese fino al porto. Ottimo il ristorante Ouzo, proprio sul lungomare, con pietanze locali presentate in modo curato e cibo di qualità. Sicuramente la destinazione d’eccellenza nella zona di Paphos. Invito tutti a riscoprire questa isola mediterranea ricca di tradizioni e fascino.

An absolutely fabulous all-inclusive stay at the beautiful Olympic Lagoon Hotel. A BIG thank you to ALL the staff, we had the most amazing family holiday in the perfect location. We loved the food choices; with special thanks to Doina Ioana and her dedicated team at the Snackeria, as well as the exceptional service provided by the teams at the Rock n Roll Diner and the Royal Olympic Restaurant. The cleaning teams ensured every corner of the resort remained pristine, while the entertainment offered an array of choices to suit every taste. Every encounter, whether at reception, the bar areas, swimming pools, or the gym, was met with unparalleled hospitality and attentiveness. My teenage son loved the Teenz Club and when he wasn't there he was out playing football on the all weather pitch or ordering a steak and chocolate milk shake in the Diner! The security team were always keeping a watch-full eye out to make sure all was well. Thank you to you all - we hope to be back!

Only stayed here for 4 nights but wish I booked more now. Breakfast: everything you needed for breakfast what was nice. Cater for everyone and the food was lovely. Only issue a member of staff took my plate whilst I was still eating what I find rude, not hard to communicate. Rooms: Check in is 2pm but can not exactly be on time because a couple next to us at the reception had to wait an hour. We only had to wait 10 minutes but still I think they need to be quicker or have more cleaner’s. 3 people had to check if our room was clean which was strange. The rooms were modern and good size and had everything we wanted. The beds were hard but we’re used to soft ones. When the cleaner cleaned our room she only gave us one towel to share between two people. It’s not rocket science. Pool: Plenty of sun beds and the service is great round the pool. Very polite staff. Looks onto the beach aswell. Location: if you don’t like walking I would recommend staying closer to paphos centre or there is a bus what’s goes in paphos. (615) We didn’t mind the walk at all, took 30 minutes and plenty of shops/bars/restaurants including mall.

Abbiamo già visitato questo hotel due volte.È sicuramente un hotel Marmite (la ami o la odi), ma ci serve solo un letto, un tetto e un bar per un drink di sera. Abbiamo prenotato il nostro terzo soggiorno per marzo, solo per essere informati e per dire che a causa di un'azione giudiziaria, si sarebbe chiuso il giorno prima che arrivassimo. Non riesco a capire perché sono stati chiusi, ma so che il sindaco di Paphos ha recentemente governato con una barriera di ferro (i negozi lungo la spiaggia hanno rimosso tutte le loro stronzate nella notte morta, è un esempio) Forse è qualcosa che ha a che fare con questo. Abbiamo potuto prenotare un altro hotel, ma perché siamo così tardi a prenotare costa molto più di quanto volevamo davvero pagare. I proprietari dell'hotel hanno offerto un altro hotel a nessun costo aggiuntivo, ma l'hotel non era così buono, e era molto lontano da dove volevamo essere. Speriamo che si aprano di nuovo, una volta affrontati ciò che è che li chiude come ci piaceva l'hotel. Tuttavia, hanno usato le parole ”involontariamente chiuse”, in modo che non ci manteniamo il respiro. Tre stelle date come un rating medio. Io le ho dato 4 stelle nel passato.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questo hotel, la posizione è veramente molto comoda perché in un attimo si raggiunge il centro ma è comunque tranquilla. La nostra camera era molto spaziosa però spoglia, qualche mensola in più per appoggiare le cose non guasterebbe..il bagno però veramente TROPPO PICCOLO, una persona di corporatura robusta faticherebbe a muoversi. Comodo il terrazzino per asciugare le cose. Ottima pulizia delle camere e delle parti comuni, la colazione è scarsa e uguale tutti i giorni. Di dolce ci sono solo le marmellate, per il resto pane tostato, qualche affettato, cereali e yogurt bianco. Sempre i soliti due succhi di frutta e qualche giorno abbiamo trovato le banane.. noi una mattina siamo andati in un posto vicino a farla e l'ultimo giorno l'abbiamo saltata direttamente, basterebbe poco per renderla più buona ma probabilmente a loro non interessa. Consigliato per due/tre giorni ma non di più.

Hotel perfetto in termini di qualità prezzo. Ben collocato e con un'ottima colazione. Volevo segnalare che durante il soggiorno abbiamo dimenticato al ristorante un borsello con praticamente tutto, circa 500 euro e i documenti. Ce ne siamo accorti dopo oltre un'ora. Ma in reception abbiamo ritrovato tutto. Massima serietà e staff molto cordiale. Complimenti anche al ragazzo biondo delle colazioni, estremamente gentile e professionale. Consigliatissimo.

Back here for a second visit,was with my husband,stayed in Harbour Suite,room 202,handy lift here,reception area of block was tastefully furnished and clean,one bed apartment was spacious,contained everything you might need for either self catering or as we did all inclusive,maid service was great,plenty clean linen and towel changes,well done Housekeeping you nailed it.pool and area cleaned every single morning,was a joy to relax at,reception staff,big shout out to Christalla,who goes above and beyond to help with your every need,from calling taxis to booking your late check out room,she’s always very welcoming and speaks perfect English,as do all the ladies who work there,they are indeed the face of this resort and represent the hotel very well.they are happy to impart local knowledge of Paphos and make suggestions to places of interest,great job ladies.And now to the stars of the show! The Bar and Restaurant staff,never enough words to express how great they are,professional,helpful and can’t do enough for you,Team Captain Yoti,Luciano,Andreas and Peter,a team indeed,looked after your every need,food was superb and beautifully presented,they were happy to explain the Greek dishes,always there when you had dirty dishes to be removed and your glass filled,this team are the reason we booked agin this year and they are the reason we will be back again next year 2024, the welcome we received by Luciano ( who remembered us from 2022) was wonderful and we were so touched by his welcome and called us by name was amazing,not too many kids here in October so pool area was quiet and relaxing,weather for October was great,high 78/79 every day,one day we had a massive thunderstorm through the night,that was spectacular but other than that,Yoti and team,see you next year guys and thank you Basilica for another great and relaxing holiday,David and Tricia Reid xx
