Da ca. 40 anni viaggio per motivi di lavoro e per passione ma raramente ho trovato una struttura gestita cosi bene come come questa: Curata in ogni dettaglio, la direzione e tutto la staff fanno di tutto per accontentare il cliente in tutto senza mai essere invadente, piscine esterne e interna + Spa bellissime, cibo squisito etc etc etc. L'hotel si trova sul mare in una bellissima baia e passeggiando a piedi si arriva in ca 35 minuti nel centro di Paphos (o in 5 min con il taxi). Sono stata veramente benissimo in tutto, ho soggiornato qui per 14 notti e sono rinata. Questo hotel è il luogo ideale per chi vuole staccare per un pò dal mondo e rilassarsi. Io ringrazio tutto lo staff per la loro cortesia e disponibilità e spero di tornare.

From the moment we stepped into the hotel from the moment we left we could have not been so well looked after by all staff and mangers. The staff and managers are so attentive and so happy all the time. Nothing is too much for them. They go above and beyond. The food from La Carte menu to buffet is amazing and so fresh and locally sourced. The room was huge and so peaceful indoor and outdoor. Honestly it was lovely to spend our 30th wedding anniversary with them. Thank you all so so much we definitely will come again.

Over the years we have stayed in many hotels, stayed on cruise lines, but this hotel has been the best ever holiday we've ever had. We booked the hotel to celebrate our Ruby Wedding Anniversary. And what a celebration we had. On the day of our anniversary we had a table booked at the seafront a la cart resterauant. The food is delicious and of a high standard. The steaks available all cooked individually to how you like your steak. They surprised us with a lovley anniversary cake. The whole hotel is just delightful. Nothing is too much trouble, and they really can't do enough for you. The young girls in the bars are fantastic, special mention to Shana, Alexander, and Sema, they went above and beyond to make our stay special. Also George the bar manager and his beautiful smoothies daily. Spiros in the buffet resterauant was there on hand to please and make you feel special. And that's how our fantastic holiday has been from start to finish, we've been made to feel special and valued. 2 days before we wete due to leave, there was a knock on our suite door. Lady with a bottle of champagne on ice for us to drink. The lady who cleaned our room, 417 and im truly sorry can't remember her name was outstanding. Her high standards of cleaning and minor details was phenomenal. Annmariea on reception, again just couldn't do enough for us. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC SERVICE AND HOTEL, SIMPLY THE BEST.

I was lucky enough to sample this hotel for 4 nights during my recent trip to Paphos and I honestly cannot wait to return. This hotel is definitely very me, and it ticks my boxes for luxurious and elegant. With gorgeous food (I say this having sampled various eateries around Paphos) and exceptional customer service to boot. The room (210) was extremely spacious and comfortable with gorgeous views over both the pool and sea. The sunbeds are super sturdy and comfortable as well, and the pool towels are nice and large, which is rare with most hotels. As a fuller figured female, I felt very catered for. The harbour area, with plenty of shops and restaurants is a nice 30 minute stroll from the hotel along a paved beachside foot path. I loved swimming in the ocean here. It was a bit cold at this time of year, but not unbearably so. The sunshine was glorious and the weather around 25°C. The jetty makes it easy to get in, and it's nice and deep enough that your feet don't even touch the ground. With the breakaway barriers in place, you feel secure and safe in the sea. I could have stayed in there for hours. Thank you Constantinou Bros for creating such an amazing and memorable hotel. I've stayed in a lot, all over the world and this one is right up there as being one of the best so far!

Had a fabulous first visit to this lovely hotel The best 5 star we have stayed in Check in was super with drink and canapés We were too tired for evening meal so were given lunch vouchers for our last day The staff are amazing so friendly and cheerful Special Thankyou to Teresa who served the loungers throughout the hottest of days !! Lovely smoothies and cold flannels handed out at lunchtime every day to your lounger The rooms are lovely we had 2 sea view suites adjacent as requested on the 4th floor rooms included lovely sitting area desperate bedroom with fabulous comfy bed lots of wardrobe space Modern safe Lovely bathroom with walk in shower and bath The rooms were serviced at the same time twice a day and were spotlessly clean The buffet style restaurant served everything you could want - we were half board Drinks were very good quality The pool was lovely with fab shower facilities The included taxi took approximately 20 minutes We will definitely return

My wife and I spent a week at the Pioneer Beach Hotel in July and had a wonderful experience. The food was consistently excellent with plenty of choice, and the staff were outstanding – attentive, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile for guests. The only small drawback was the rush for sunbeds in the mornings, as towels were placed out very early. However, there were always plenty available, so it never became a real issue. Allocating sunbeds to rooms could be a helpful improvement. A special mention must go to the reception team, who kindly arranged to return a hoodie I had left behind after departure. This thoughtful gesture highlighted the exceptional level of service provided. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked again for next year. The à la carte restaurants are a real highlight and should not be missed – both the food and atmosphere were exceptional.

A Five-Star Illusion: Indulgence Promised, Disappointment Delivered We booked this holiday with high hopes of a luxurious, indulgent escape—but what we got was a masterclass in missed expectations. While the staff were truly exceptional—warm, attentive, and always eager to help—and the grounds were immaculately maintained, the hotel itself was a stark contrast to the five-star fantasy we were sold. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the atmosphere felt more gloomy than grand. The interiors were dark, dated, and depressingly devoid of charm. Our suite, a swim-up pool room that should have been the highlight of the trip, was shockingly subpar. Peeling wallpaper, stained flooring, and a persistent smell of cigarette smoke wafting through the air conditioning, is not what ee expected from a premium resort, with premium prices. Water damage was evident throughout, with warped skirting boards and discolored flooring that spoke of long-standing issues. The corridor leading to our room was no better—threadbare, stained carpets and dim lighting made every walk feel like a trip through a forgotten wing of the hotel. The so-called sports bar resembled a dated working men's club, lacking any vibrancy or modern appeal. And the entertainment? Straight out of the 1980s, with cringe-worthy performances that felt more like a time warp than a night out. It’s a shame, really. The staff and the outdoor spaces hinted at what this place could be. But the overall experience was far from indulgent—more like a faded memory of better days. If you're looking for true luxury, keep looking.
