Nous avons pris le forfait demi-pension, c'était le même menu pour 5 nuits. Seulement quelques plats et les plats ne sont pas à notre goût. Le menu pour les autres clients sont meilleurs. On était très déçu. On n'a pas mangé pour la 5e journée car les menus sont les mêmes Seulement quelques choix. Je ne recommande pas demi-pension pour cet hôtel.

We had a fantastic 10 nights at the Panorama Creta Mare. The staff are undoubtedly the reason for most people returning. Each and every member of staff goes out of their way to make your holidays special, from the entertainment staff, bar and restaurant staff, cleaners and reception staff, all are a credit to the hotel. I could mention names but I'd forget someone. Big shout out to all. Kudos too to all the hotel guests, everyone was super friendly and joined in. Our room was not far from the reception desk. Clean and spacious for two. Nice shower and decent air conditioning. Cleaners did a great job every day. You definitely won't go hungry at the Creta. Food is plentiful and available from the moment you wake up until time for bed. There was always something we liked on offer. The bar areas were great. Comfortable and welcoming. Staff were attentive and once they knew my drink, I was greeted every time with an open bottle of my preferred bottle of beer. There are lots of pools. We spent most time at the two smaller ones at either end of the complex where two lovely ladies, Maria and Georgia, ran their bars with enthusiasm and a friendly hello. One pool was very salty so goggles are a must. The man made lagoons are beautiful spots for a swim, definitely take a snorkel but also swim shoes. A small cafe bar, Star Cafe, is located above one of the lagoons where lovely food and drink can be enjoyed. We did the bus trips to Ponormos and Rethymon where some lovely bars and restaurants can be found. Great weather and lovely people meant we have had a wonderful time and although not ones for returning to the same hotel, we definitely would in this case.....

Buon saluto dalla Germania! Questa è la mia quarta visita al Grecotel Caramel Boutique Hotel, e come sempre abbiamo avuto un bel tempo! Il resort ha un'atmosfera magica e un ambiente molto bello, pieno di vari fiori e piante, nonché una splendida spiaggia. Ma ciò che rende questo hotel così speciale è la piacevole squadra ✨ Vorrei esprimere la mia profonda gratitudine all'intero team per aver assicurato che il mio soggiorno fosse piacevole e confortevole! Un comando speciale al signor Alex dal ristorante a la carte. Con la sua squadra stellare, essi superavano le aspettative, e i gusti culinari, dai corsi principali ai dessert e alle bevande, non erano solo di alta qualità, ma anche deliziosi e bellissimi. Ogni sera ho goduto di un grande cibo, musica vivente e un bel servizio. Il mio più caldo apprezzamento va all'intero personale! La loro gentilezza, efficienza, ospitezza e vera calore hanno contribuito in modo immenso all'esperienza complessiva! TLDR; very cozy and chill beach & pool getaway if you just wanna take it easy in a home like environment. my initial (and final) reaction was that the photos don’t do justice to the place. based on pictures i expected something less nice and more worn out. i agree not everything was brand new and sparkly but overall fine and what you’d expect from a local greek b&b. our apartment was very spacious (50m2?) and in good condition, with a balcony (view of the sea between buildings) and a small modern-ish bathroom. nice kitchen with a table. the hotel is a bit like labyrinth but not in a bad way, it allows every apartment to have its own entrance and balconies that are not next to each other. importantly our apartment was very quiet, we had a good sleep until 11-12am. the aircon is only enough for the bedroom so the rest of the apartment is warm but that was ok for us. the aircon is also quiet. very nice owners, they make you feel like home. even brought a drying rack to our balcony which was useful. the pool temperature in july was around 27-29c, in other words very nice and comfy. u can move the poolside chairs around to get shade under the trees, i enjoyed the peace & quiet, perfect for reading and chilling. wasnt busy in mid july. there is s bit more yard space than shown in the photos. you can get drinks from the bar which is by the reception and enjoy them by the pool. cocktails were 4euros and wine 2 euros per glass. we were supposed to go on excursions but ended up chilling by the pool as it was so easy and relaxing. the beach on the other side of the road is practical too. there are good restaurants and shops nearby, even the highest rated restaurant of a rethymno is 3-4min walk away (Nostos). next door Solti has great brunch/lunch options. the other guests during our stay were Dutch 30-50 yr old couples or families (no small kids). if i must look at negatives as i always do, sure its not dashing new and the pool is small. based on my research tho there are no bigger pools in the area, only more expensive ones and/or ones with very little shade. the old town is a 25min walk so not something to do every day perhaps. still, this is one of my few 5 star places (price-quality ratio considered).

Abbiamo avuto un piccolo sovraclassamento, un gesto carino. L’hotel è ben situato, le camere (appartamento) sono grandi, molto pulite e molto ben attrezzate. Al quarto piano non c'è alcun problema con la strada in contrabbanda. Idem con la piscina che è top. Bar disponibile il giorno. La serata barbecue ogni mercoledì sera è molto freddo. Tutto il personale è molto gentile e competente. Il SPA è perfetto, Mariana è iper attenta e super pro. Super soggiorno in Ungheria 👍👍
