This is a mixed review as at first it was terrible. I selected the resort for my birthday the room I got the shower and toilet seat were broken. There was no hot water and the room was very small. The restaurant food wasn't good, neither were the drinks. I complained bitterly and was upgraded to a deluxe room which was far superior. I recommend only to choose a deluxe room as the others are old and too compact.

JPark hotel offers very good service—staff are attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. The location is convenient, easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options. Highly recommended for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Our stay at Henann Premier Coast in Bohol was absolutely delightful. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every detail of our visit was perfect. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, offering a luxurious and comfortable experience. The resort’s location is stunning, with breathtaking views of the ocean and easy access to the beach. We loved lounging by the pristine pools and indulging in the delicious food at the on-site restaurants. The breakfast buffet had an extensive selection of both local and international dishes, and each meal was a treat. What truly set Henann Premier Coast apart was the impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, always greeting us with a smile and ready to assist with any request. Overall, Henann Premier Coast exceeded our expectations in every way. L'hotel è stato recentemente costruito, c'è ancora lavoro in corso, ma non lo vedi o lo senti davvero. Positivi - moderno e nuovo - personale amichevole - bella piscina - i letti sono così comodi - lana bianca pulita e asciugamani fluffy - aria condizionata - buona televisione con canali cinematografici Negativi - come è nuovo, ci sono alcuni problemi dentali - nessuna acqua calda - molto, molto lento WiFi - passeggiare a piedi nella zona principale, ma non è un problema per noi come ci piace camminare - colazione, non pagare i soldi aggiuntivi, non varietà, it’s a set menu ai fini di un certo tipo di clientele In generale, questo hotel sarà sorprendente per rimanere al, una volta che essi hanno risolto tutti i problemi dentali.

We stayed at Henann Tawala Hotel for a week upon arriving in Bohol, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is spotlessly clean, living up to its 4-star rating. Upon arrival, the staff were very attentive—our bags were handled, and we were offered breakfast while our early check-in was expedited. One thing to be aware of is the 3,000 pesos per night damage deposit. If paid by credit card, any charges, such as room service or drinks at the swim-up bar, are deducted from it, with the balance refunded after checkout. The breakfast area is beautifully presented, with friendly staff who greet you warmly. After giving your room number and surname, you’re escorted to a table. However, we noticed some inconsistency in service—on some days we were offered coffee or tea, while on others we weren’t. There were also times when water wasn’t provided, so we ended up with double servings after fetching it ourselves. Consistency in service would enhance the experience, but the self-service station for coffee, water, and juices was convenient. Breakfast options were excellent, with plenty of variety to suit all preferences. Everything was well-prepared and delicious. One small issue was being asked to leave a yogurt behind when I tried to take it out of the breakfast area. I understand the rule to prevent excessive takeaway, but I felt a little flexibility could be applied for small items. The rooms at Henann Tawala are impressive—spacious with great bathrooms and lovely balconies. Among the best we’ve stayed in, they’re comparable to high-end hotels like Radisson Blu in Cebu or Seda Ayala Central Block. The reception staff were incredibly helpful. They arranged a reasonably priced van for our trip to Tagbilaran, and the driver was punctual, providing a comfortable ride. He even dropped us off at the right spot for catching a van to Anda at the Dao Bus Terminal. One nice perk of staying here is the short walk to Henann's beachfront property, where you can use the sun loungers shaded by palm trees and enjoy drinks served by the staff. However, you can’t use the pool there, and you need to pick up towels from Henann Tawala before heading to the beach. The beach is beautiful, but there are quite a few hawkers selling tours, which can be a bit of a nuisance. We found better deals on Facebook. The sea is warm, though there’s a fair amount of seaweed. I’d recommend snorkeling to watch your step, as there are starfish and possibly sea urchins. We only swam once. If you buy mangosteen from beach vendors (150-200 pesos), check for ants, as one of our bags was full of them! Just outside the hotel’s main gates, there’s an ATM and a laundry shop that charges around 400 pesos for 5 kg, returning clothes washed, dried, and folded by 5 pm. It’s much cheaper than the hotel’s laundry service. We also tried the Kajun Restaurant nearby, which offers excellent chicken sandwiches, fries, and milkshakes in an American diner style. On the beachfront, our favorite restaurant was the Oasis Resort’s upstairs bar and restaurant, which has a cooling breeze and a great view of the beach. Every dish we tried was fantastic, and we highly recommend it. While our stay at Henann Tawala was wonderful, Panglao itself felt quite touristy. There were many Korean tourists, and a lot of locals trying to sell tours and services, which sometimes felt overwhelming. Prices were higher than we expected, especially for things like tricycles, which cost 150 pesos per person compared to the 12 pesos we paid in the provinces. Restaurant prices were also inflated, and even basic supplies came at a premium. If you prefer a quieter, more authentic experience, I’d recommend visiting somewhere like Anda. It has a more laid-back, provincial vibe, with friendlier locals and a slower pace of life, making it a peaceful alternative to the busy, touristy atmosphere of Panglao.

The resort is very good overall. However there's a few niggles. Check in took way too long. 2 people serving? When you have a long queue in the heat of the lobby this isn't a great first impression. The lobby on arrival was so busy. When I've checked into other hotels I've usually been impressed with the smoothness of check in. This wasn't a pleasant experience or environment especially if you're traveling with children. We couldn't get a massage. We wanted to confirm the time the next day and they wouldn't give us this option.? The lift? One lift in the main area? For a resort this big and expensive they should have more lifts The stairs at the pool are stony. This will really hurt your feet when you're not expecting it The breakfast is good for Filipinos however for Westerners like myself there should be more choice. Not just bread and egg. The beach is small. You get hassled by people trying to sell you stuff. Protect your belongings. Doesn't feel safe, look out for algae in the water. Not pleasant to swim through. The resort restaurants are very expensive. The lobby isn't air conditioned? Why not make it a pleasure to be in the lobby and serve coffee to guests? Not everyone wants ice tea. We were told to pay 6000php on arrival which luckily we had but we didn't know about this deposit for incidentals ahead of time. The positives are. They gave us umbrellas when we walked outside for the shade. The shower in our room was excellent. The warm water in the pool. And swimming till late is lovely. The staff are very good and attentive and professional. They served us with care and attention and nothing was too much trouble. I got looked after by the nurse at 10pm.

Abbiamo avuto un tempo incredibile in questo hotel, grazie al servizio eccezionale e al personale estremamente accogliente. Vorremmo dare un buon grido a Ann dal centro di cena, Jane e Charlie dal centro di accoglienza, e al capo di sicurezza, insieme al personale distaccato nella zona dei Kayak, che si sono spinti sopra e oltre per soddisfare tutte le nostre esigenze. Torneremo in questo resort perché i nostri figli amavano le strutture e la generosità del personale.”

Era pieno della sensazione di un resort. Dato che è un posto tradizionale, potrebbe non avere la pulizia e la raffinatezza di un nuovo resort, ma... La meravigliosa vista della piscina di fronte al mare era un luogo dove potevi sentirti guarito solo guardandola, anche se c'era molto vento. Tutto il personale si è preso cura del nostro programma fino alla fine e si è persino offerto di permetterci un check-out posticipato. Tutta la mia famiglia era felice mentre ero lì ^^ Visiterò di nuovo quando visiterò di nuovo Bohol.
