Soggiorno incantevole, tuttavia avremmo voluto avere più comfort come una vasca idromassaggio ecc.

L'hotel è carino dal sito web. Non c'è molta differenza con la realtà. Le strutture sono considerate piuttosto nuove. Il personale e la reception sono molto gentili ed educati. Le camere sono dotate di colazione gratuita, il che è un bel pensiero. Per quanto riguarda il cibo è OK, non è troppo elaborato, anche se potrebbe essere migliore. La posizione è un po' lontana dal trambusto, ma ottieni la pace che cerchi. Ci sono alcuni buoni ristoranti nelle vicinanze da esplorare. Nel complesso, consiglierei questo hotel. L'unico problema è che la connessione Internet in camera è pessima. È letteralmente sempre spenta e se sei una persona che vuole essere connessa in tutte le strutture, allora non lo consiglio. Ma se non hai Internet, è davvero un bel posto in cui soggiornare. La cosa migliore è l'accesso alla piscina, dove è così facile entrare in piscina direttamente dalla tua camera!

They are very strict with their rules but does not addressed complaints properly. Room is nice but not clean. There’s a lot of hair anywhere in the floor, under the seats and in the bathroom. Aircondition is terrible, it defeats the purpose. When we complained about it all they say was sorry and said that may be they just don’t met my standard which makes me more triggered. Regardless of who’s standard, be the standard.

"The surroundings are fine, but the interior of the room isn't nice. It looks good in pictures, but it's not appealing in person. When we checked in, the hallway was flooded because of the heavy rain, but they resolved it quickly. The free breakfast was okay, but overall, I can say that it's not worth the price because their rates are higher compared to other resorts."

The place was more private but the experience was at the average given that there was nothing so special with the food, transpo and others.

The direct pool access is great. Very comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Breakfast is buffet and decent but they charge a full price of P350 even for a small child. You can't have food in the room as theres allot of ants that will come almost immediately. Not sure what chemicals they use on the pool but my wife's blonde hair turned bluish. The hot water is inconsistent it goes hot and Cold. A little far from Alona Beach and will cost P100 for TokTok transport each way. Lastly mosquitos seem to come from the drain.

A bit far from the busy Alona Beach,it's good for a traveler who needs a quiet place 🤫.it has a best breakfast(buffet style) 😋

Cleanliness and amenities not good as expected
