It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel with the warm friendly staff, especially Emma who went above and beyond to help us check in. While some of the staff may speak limited English, they make the extra effort to help communicate and understand your needs. This location was perfect for getting around the city using Uber and the fares were not that expensive (most trips were around USD 2-4). There is a grocery within walking distance, Riba Smith which has a lot of familiar brands and local items as well. The rooms were cleaned every day. The room was equipped with towels, hair dryer, toilet paper, cutlery including pots and bowls, dish washing liquid, a sponge and roll of napkins. We went to the grocery to get some food items and the kitchen was equipped with a microwave, electric stove (no need for matches!) and fridge. While the windows do not open in the room, it is still very comfortable. The washer & dryer are at the end of the hallway and they provide you with a bit of laundry detergent to get you through your first load of laundry. Only liquid detergent can be used in these machines and you will have to use quarters to operate the machine (at the time of our stay it was USD3.50 for washing and USD2.25 for the dryer). The front desk can help you with coins if you need (that’s where we got ours!). We stayed for two weeks. The room was on the 15th floor, it was quiet with a great view of the city. There were no disturbances or loud music, so it was ideal for having quick video conference calls if you have to work during your stay. It was a great stay and we will definitely look forward to staying there again.

The bad Had broken fixtures and plugs that didnt work in my room, no hot water for over 12 days, I believe they're trying to save money by rotating floors, or times when it's barely available as I only had it for less than 10% of my stay. Safety around the hotel is pretty bad after midnight, the base of the footpath to via espana will have 2-5 African women near the McDonalds who try to rob you after midnight. Chances are youll need extra water and drinks throughout your stay, Costa Azul is 24 hours and there's a convenience store right across that is as well. Fridges are small, half the size of a small bar fridge, you can probably fit 4 x 500ml bottles of water and a few pieces of fruit. Depth of top shelf is 4 inches and bottom is around 8 inches, more often than not, there will be lots of black mould inside so keep your items covered or wash thoroughly Most staff don't speak english and there is limited access to concierge or other services. You're going to have staff coming into your room 2-3x per day, between towels, regular housekeeping and water/coffee replenishment, so keep your items locked and secured (I'm missing about $80). Overall an extremely poor showing from what's supposed to be a Radisson. The good Conveniently located close to the main banking area, has access to metro with a 2 min walk, has access to about 4 casa de cambios in a 3 minute walk. Good cleanliness and friendly staff, breakfast is included but gets boring very quick. Tons of good restaurants in the immediate area like Costa Azul, Beirut, La Casa del Marisco and Las Palmas in the hotel. I'd say this hotel is only good for mid-market, Pan and South American clients travelling with families or retirees. Not good for business or solo travellers, not good for english speaking travellers. It is one of the hotels COPA uses to house guests from cancelled flights so there may be a lot of noise.

Un po' una delusione... È probabile che le camere NON siano tutte uguali, e che io sia magari capitato in una camera sfortunata, e in situazioni altrettanto sfortunate, però... In 'disordine' di importanza: - la cassaforte all'arrivo era chiusa. Ho chiesto due volte che l'aprissero. Dopo 8 giorni, era ancora chiusa; - la TV ha due telecomandi, da usarsi alternativamente ma, se non sapete cosa premere, passerete i primi due giorni senza vedere niente. Inutile chiedere.; - il bagno aveva lo scorrevole doccia con la maniglia rotta. Per fissarla, servivano tre viti. Segnalato all'arrivo, la maniglia alla partenza era ancora a terra; - il fatto che la camera non fosse ristrutturata non ha impedito la ristrutturazione di altre camere vicine, e se col fuso orario vi addormentate alle 14:00, non è un bel vivere; - Internet è caduto più di una volta, per intere ore, e intere notti. Chiedendo, vi dicono che è colpa del servizio di zona. Può essere vero, ma io temo siano i lavori di ristrutturazione in corso; - la vista dalla camera (non importante) è su un tetto in periferia, pieno di antenne abbarbicate; - pulizia corretta ma distratta... Se mangiavo in camera, non notavano la differenza fra bicchiere sporco o pulito (però una distrazione può capitare...); - da quando sono arrivato e fino alla partenza c'era, ed è rimasta, una saponetta usata sullo scorrevole del bagno; - nel lavandino, mancava il tappo di sicurezza, ma per fortuna non porto anelli; - per tre volte la chiave si è smagnetizzata, e sono dovuto tornare alla reception. I servizi generali sono stati, ripeto, sarà un caso, anche peggio: - ho chiesto di cambiarmi $100 mentre stavo uscendo. Mi han detto di tornare più tardi. Ho sorriso e detto ”grazie, non importa”. Cosa avrei dovuto fare? Non si sono neanche resi conto che stessi uscendo... - i tavoli nella sala colazione/ristorante sono pieni di briciole e polvere. Ne sono certo perché, facendo colazione su un tavolo non pulito la mattina, e mangiando al ristorante quella stessa sera, le briciole erano IDENTICHE. Per correttezza: da mercoledì mattina (sesto GG) i tavoli erano puliti, e da venerdì (ottavo e ultimo giorno) è apparsa una cuoca che poteva fare uova al prosciutto sul momento. - la prima e unica sera in cui ho mangiato al ristorante ho chiesto di mettere il conto sulla camera, ma mi han risposto che sono due gestioni distinte. Mah... all'arrivo ho pagato tutte le colazioni alla reception: se sono gestioni distinte, sono molto disorganizzati se non riescono a cooperare fra loro. Il cibo non era però male, e tenuto del rapporto prezzo/prestazioni poteva valere 8/10; - la colazione è molto spartana: può essere con succo solo all'arancia, frutta solo ananas e melone, pantostato con burro e un solo tipo di marmellata, uova sbattute e wurstel, un solo yougurt, due tipi di thè low quality (chiedendo al bar se scaldano l'acqua) e in tazze piccole e inadatte. No bacon, no acqua liscia o gassata, no croissant; - c'è un solo ascensore per 72

Decent hotel but definitely could use a little improvement. The hotel is clean and comfortable, although a little dated in places and banged up (our room's window had a giant crack in it, which had me wondering how safe that would be in a storm!). The view was lovely and the location is good. Breakfast was fine, nothing to write home about. The happy hour drinks and snacks were fair, and the food was ... not good. Definitely don't eat at the restaurant for anything other than breakfast. Also, the hotel is centrally located, which is good, but overlooks a giant parking lot that turns into party bus central on weekends (no joke). It is LOUD. The other nights were quiet, but this is definitely a negative on the hotel's location. Also, it helps to come with a working knowledge of Spanish if possible. At the front desk the staff's English is good, but at the restaurant and spa it's extremely limited. It was difficult to communicate with the massage therapist, who then also told me I was only allowed to pay in cash (which I didn't think was true but had no time to verify). We didn't use the pool because we were busy doing other things, but it appeared to be in need of a little attention. Also, housekeeping was spotty. Some days they didn't come, and when they did, they often didn't replace the towels (although they took the used ones away). Three times I had to call down to request towels, which was a little strange. Overall this is a very serviceable hotel that's located in a central area that makes it easy enough to get to most attractions by foot, cab, or Uber. Do not expect luxury and you won't be disappointed.

L'atteggiamento del servizio di fronte e del concierge è molto buono. L'acqua nel doccia è molto piccola e la pressione dell'acqua è insufficiente. Il giorno in cui sono partito, è accaduto un incidente molto sgradevole. Sono al 100% sicuro che il mio passaporto fosse posto sul bastone, ma l'ho trovato improvvisamente No, pensavo che mi fosse stato screpolato, ma finalmente l'ho trovato sotto la materassi! Chi è pazzo di mettere un passaporto sotto una materassi? Non è chiaro che voglio che gli aiuti a trovarlo, e dare un consiglio se lo trovo? consiglio a tutti di essere ottimisti sul tuo passaporto, e non dargli alcuna possibilità di nascondere il tuo passaporto!

La colazione è ottima anche durante l'epidemia! La posizione è nel centro della città. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel, il personale è molto cordiale. L'unico svantaggio è che la serratura del balcone non è buona e l'isolamento acustico non è buono, ma non è niente in confronto ai vantaggi.

Io e mio marito andai a fare il nostro luna di miele, e, con cortesia, ci mandarono una bottiglia di champagne nella stanza, decorarono il nostro letto e ci diedero una suite complimentare. La attenzione del personale è incredibile, tutti ti fanno sentire a casa, ci hanno presentato anche al direttore generale, un uomo molto amichevole e attento. Le camere sono grandi, belle e confortevoli, hanno una bella vista. Sarei sicuramente tornato, non sono mai stato trattato così bene in un hotel 🥹
