冷蔵庫が無かったですが、慣れれば不満はない程度のホテルです。

As per rate, hotel was not upto the mark, issue of cleanliness and maintenance was there. But staff is very good.

Treehouse neptune inn never book this hotel by seeing photos. When we checked in the hotel there was no elevator working, we went by walk on fourth floor and the was full of water in the room as the hotel person was saying rain has came into the room. So it’s rain proof hotel and no safety in this hotel. You’ll be amazed to see it as a scary house not a hotel as it has to be.

Old hotel but in center of market so it was fine. Parking was a struggle but it’s obvious in central area. We didn’t ask for too many things.

There was no food n beverages service pathetic service won't recommend any one, very much congested n small rooms

Good hotel so near frome market and fruits market vewi or mandovi river good service and staff is to good by nature

I was given a single room instead of my booking deluxe double bed room. Which was very small in size and not as privileged as the deluxe room. When i ask them to change this room they say it is deluxe double bedroom so it cannot be changed. After that when i convinced them logically, then after a long time they asked me to change the room much later. But by then it was too late so i didn't change the room. The hotel authority should first provide the customer with the exact room he has booked and not any other room. Make my trip should warn hotels about these issues, so that customers are not harassed in this way.

Very trained n co operative staff i will be keep coming back for many more times. East or west goa is the best.

Although i had booked a deluxe double room for my stay, i was provided a small single room instead. This is when i informed them after checking in the room first they told me that the single room is a deluxe double room then they logically agreed that it is not a deluxe double room and they started trying to shift me in relax double room. . But since it was too late to complete this task and by then i had used the single room, i did not shift to the deluxe double room. They should provide exactly that room to its customer has booked without any deviation.

Very bad experience, it’s nothing like what is there in the photos. A pea sized room was there which was badly smelling. Pathetic service with five star like cost. Dissapointing 😞

No food facilities available and you can order from outside. It is located in the market area. Parking facility is very limited.

The room at neptune inn aren't well maintained in terms of their bed linens and basic hygiene.
