Hotel a Pamukkale, Turchia

Siamo arrivati a Pamukkale al mattino alle 5.30 dopo l’autobus notturno da Goreme. Avevo chiesto all’hotel se fosse possibile avere una camera con check in anticipato e mi hanno detto che non potevano garantirlo per l’alta stagione ma che potevamo lasciare tranquillamente i bagagli. Una volta arrivati invece la stanza era disponibile, grande, pulita e confortevole, non potevamo chiedere di più. La colazione è molto variegata e internazionale. L’ambiente è tranquillo e rilassante e anche il personale è stato sempre disponibile e cordiale. La posizione non è eccezionale ma Pamukkale è talmente piccola che si impiegano 15 min al massimo ad essere nella zona dei ristoranti.

Hanno dato 3 locali, nonostante la prenotazione di 2 locali. La stanza era sul primo piano vicino alla piscina, un po' rumoroso, tutte le conversazioni e seduto nel cortile sono sentite. Ci sono un parcheggio per diversi auto. Una notte è rimasto, soprattutto l'hotel non ha guardato. In generale andrà.

Non c'è nessuno dell'hotel più soddisfatto in questa strada.Il servizio hardware è buono, non c'è problema.La stanza è grande e nuova, la posizione è molto buona con il cavolo di cavolo. La palla calda di Cappa è 220 euro, la palla calda di cavolo è 55 euro! Il servizio è eccellente per il gioiello. Il ristorante non è caro. Il gioiello di gioiello non ha solo pietre bianche, ci sono anche le restanti di Shirapolis sopra, non perde Efes.In aggiunta alla palla calda, vale la pena rimanere qui per tutto il giorno.

De l'extérieur, l'hôtel semble accueillant et agréable. Toutefois, dès notre premier contact avec l'équipe, nous avons été surpris par leur froideur : ils n'ont pas voulu que l'on paye par carte bancaire, en nous disant qu'ils n'avaient pas de lecteur, alors que nous pouvions le voir derrière le comptoir. Ensuite, nous avons été conduits à notre chambre : elle ne possédait pas d'aération, ce qui entraîne une odeur de moisissure constante, en plus d'une humidité très désagréable. Je pense qu'il est d'ailleurs dangereux de rester dans cette atmosphère plusieurs nuits, notamment pour de jeunes enfants. De plus, les matériaux utilisés dans la salle de bain ne sont pas de qualité : le lavabo n'est pas bien vissé et les toilettes évacuent les fluides par un trou situé à côté, et non pas en dessous... Je vous laisse imaginer le problème. Le déjeuner était bon, mais sans plus, que des produits industriels. La piscine n'était pas non plus accessible, mais je ne peux pas m'en plaindre, ça n'est que le début de saison. L'emplacement est très bon, je ne peux pas leur enlever cela. Enfin, nous avons payé le lendemain de notre arrivée : depuis ce moment, aucune politesse, aucun échange, même pas un bonjour ni sourire. Même lors de notre départ, ils ne sont même pas venus au comptoir, mais nous ont juste fixé depuis leur canapé. Je comprends que certains touristes puissent être agaçants et malpolis, que ce métier n'est pas toujours facile, mais je ne comprends pas non plus cette attitude. Enfin bon, le prix n'était pas si élevé, mais je me devais d'écrire ce message pour les familles qui paieront le prix fort cet été et qui feront face à ces dysfonctionnements.

Un ottimo hotel, pulito e pulito, il capo è entusiasta e incantevole, il muscolo della cena è molto potente, la varietà della colazione è anche molto ricco, più il vantaggio della posizione unica, il prezzo del popolo

I am absolutely appalled by the standard of practice of eliminating the risk of Corona virus by this hotel. We came from a very long trip with high expectations of staying and resting at a clean and well known franchise hotel in Turkey. There are posters with information and rules of staying safe with the Corona Virus visible and there was also a disinfectant spray procedure carried out on our luggages. But it is all for show. The staff member had no idea what was being used in the disinfectant spray. Nothing is being genuinely practiced. The hygiene practice was absolutely disgusting. We went into our room to find the floors had not been cleaned. When we tried to contact the reception to notify them, no one had picked up the phone. We also tried the landline contact number a couple of times and again no answer. My husband had to walk down to reception and ask the staff to change our rooms immediately. The staff were not attentive and did not attend to our request immediately. When the staff member had arrived, he took us to the room and didn’t offer to take our multiple luggage’s to the new room. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Run as far away as you can!!!

The only complains I can give about this place is that we didn't stay longer. Had we known how much this hotel would exceed our expectations we would have planned a few more days. Driving into the courtyard you instantly feel welcomed and at home. You are greeted by two wonderful pools one is a shallow one for children. It was a little chilly for us to use this time of year but I am sure in the heat of Summer it is absolutely divine. The family that runs this place are wonderful people. We were immediately offered coffee or tea while we waited for our rooms. The rooms are a decent size especially for the price you pay. The bathrooms are beautiful, you have your own little private hamam in your room. Having a disability it was nice to have such a large bathroom space. If needed you could fit a wheelchair into the shower. The bed was very comfortable, and it was very quiet at night. The only thing I would mention is it does get a little chilly at night. I recommend asking someone how to use the heat in your room. There are a few steps to get to the lower level rooms, as well there is a ramp available. Either way, everyone is more than happy to help you manage anything you need. One of the owners, Ismail, was full of recommendations for how to best enjoy the local sites. He is very well traveled and has put a lot of work into learning multiple languages through his travels. If he is not too busy he is a very interesting person to sit and have a conversation with. He even took the kilim (Turkish rug) I bought in Istanbul to speak with someone to see if I would get the same story from the person I bought from. He came back with more information than I originally got, including proper ways to care for it as someone had washed it in hot water previously which caused the colors to run. Ismail did this out of his own curiosity, he is not trying to sell me anything more. There was never any pressure to buy or book anything extra. Just good advice! I honestly can't say enough about this place, the experiences was worth way more than you pay. And the hosting family treat you better than you would get at a hotel for 10 times the price. The matriarch of the family makes a wonderful butter which you can have with your morning breakfast. The location is fantastic, it is a quick drive to the travertine's / ruins, or it is not too far if you want to walk. A beautiful area to go hiking in. The people of the town are amazing. You truly get the vibe of a small town where everybody knows everybody. Good humble kind people. Half of the residents work in the hotel industry and the other half are farmers. Every single person we encountered we're happy to take time to answer any questions. I highly recommend the Shah Sultan Ozturk! I would absolutely stay here again, only I would make sure it was for a longer time next time. Thank you so much Ismail and family for providing a beautiful experience in our travels! Il mio soggiorno a Pamukkale è stato come un sogno grazie all'umanità e all'ospitalità di tutti quelli che vi si trovano all'hotel! Un miliardo di stelle ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ dovrebbe essere le recensioni di questo luogo magico! Mi sentivo come a casa mia! Letti estremamente confortevoli, cibo delizioso, bellissimo trattamento, in un ottimo luogo, tutto perfetto! Tutto quello che cercate in un hotel, è qui! Sono esperti nel turismo, conoscono tutti il punto turistico, mi danno l'opportunità di essere nel pallone senza aria, ti amano! 🤗🤗 Sono una famiglia felice e amichevole e il più importante di loro è che le persone si sentono rilassate e felici! Non ho parole per descrivere la mia esperienza!

Bellissimo hotel camera spaziosa con balcone bagno giusto e tutto funzionante. La sala da pranzo enorme c'è anche una sala che si attraversa per accedere alla sala da pranzo dove si può mangiare, in questa pre sala ci sono delle cotture espresse e la mattina per la colazione ci si trovano le macchine per il caffè,cappuccio ecc ecc. Ho mangiato molto bene tutto di buona qualità la parte espressa buonissima pesce alla griglia oppure kebab una pizza fatta anch'essa espressa ripiena di carne e verdure o semplice tipo focaccia. Devo dire un bel hotel.

Pros: L'edificio dell'hotel è moderno. Le dimensioni delle camere sono buone. Tutte le camere hanno un letto matrimoniale e singolo. Le piscine termali sono grandi. 24-hour rimanere solo Cons: Hai permesso un asciugamano al giorno Hai permesso un bacino per il giorno per le piscine Hai permesso un'acqua per cena Hai permesso un tè o un caffè solo al tempo del tè Non dimentichiamo il ristorante razzista che decide chi vuole aiutare. La ricezione ci controlla e poi chiama per dire che c'è un errore nella prenotazione. Una volta gli ho mostrato il mio biglietto. Dice che l'errore era sul loro lato. Dopo un lungo viaggio, era un disturbo aver dovuto tornare indietro e ordinare un controllo. Il cibo era terribile ... era limitato, e non è consentito portare in cibo dall'esterno. Internet è molto lento.
