owner spent on property and thereafter forgot.... Let downs..👎dissappoin**ents 1. water vanishes at odd times in bathrooms, shower working poorly,lock of bathroom not working. 2.AC worked only occasionally 🤯. 3.ceiling fans have regulators attatched to fan.so u need to get on bed and jump in case u need to regulate it🧐 4. No concept of Room service.No provision to call. 5. No concept of menu, prices of whaat u eat will come as a surprise at checkout. 6. had booked all 3 meals in resort and sufferred.Despite asking us menu 6 to 7 hrs prior.food was always late.***y things came on table when we were about to leave.Dinner was so salty that children had to eat plain rice. we ordered Non veg recipes,they made us order in advance they exact no of items as they cant handle on the spot orders.we ordered 5 plate chicken which was all stale.we had to feed to dogs in front of them. yet they charged us inappropriately high for the same.instead of waving of for their mistake. lawn was maintained. pool had provision of fresh water but again had algae.

Property is fantastic, isolated yet great, ***icured lawns, vegetable farms, pool which can be filled with fresh water in a few minutes right in front of your eyes. However, the service is worse than pathetic. Their catering is very very slow. Even when you order the food 3 hours in advance, they still can't make it in time. Our kids were starving and crying waiting for food, and I had to personally visit their kitchen to take stock of preparation. This was the second time I visited the property, and both times service was very slow which ruined our experience. Staff is not doing justice to the property.

Worst living experience - Drain smeeling water in taps - Worst service, took hours to provide food - Overpriced food, around 900 INR for one plate chicken tikka, that too is not eatable - Uneatable and tasteless lunch and dinner - No change in service or food quakity despite giving feedback mulitple times Went there with friends and family but a total waste of money. Charged a 5 star hotel rate but even 1k INR oyo rooms are better ***aged then it. Please do not spoil your money and time here.
