The Clement Palo Alto is the best hotel I have stayed in my life. The rooms are big and yet absolutely cozy. The all-inclusive food and beverages very delicious. The staff is kind and amazing. I felt like home (a very fancy one!) and can't wait to come back.

Amazing property! Auto shades and in room amenities were great (espresso, Toto, salty and sweet snacks). All inclusive feature means one less consideration for me while I am there for business. Room service was super fast and every member of the staff made me feel like an honored and special guest. Love it!

Simply put, the Clement Hotel is, far and away, a “10 out of 10.” The staff is first rate. They are extremely friendly. Also, it appears that they make it a point to know your name and to remember your name during your stay. The rooms, suites and common areas, in addition to being meticulously cleaned, are extraordinarily attractive, comfortable and welcoming. The Clement Hotel is an all inclusive hotel. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, snacks, hors d’oeuvres, alcoholic beverages, and nonalcoholic beverages are included in the room rate. Don’t delude yourself into thinking that the food served is “cafeteria food” - far from it. The Clement Hotel has on its staff top notch chefs who create wonderful and sophisticated dishes. There is no extra charge for parking your vehicle on site. Valet service is included within your room,rate. No tips are expected by staff. The Clement Hotel is not cheap. However, the Clement Hotel delivers on all counts. There is never a question as to whether you have gotten “value” for your money. The hotel is a “10 out of 10.”

The Clement Palo Alto is an amazing experience. Sebastian, Gail, and the entire staff are the most incredible team imaginable. Everything was perfection from the room to the food to the impeccable guest service experience. The Clement Palo Alto definitely earns the 5 Star rating. We can’t wait to visit this hotel again!

Great spot with no need to pay for anything extra or worry about tipping. Nice rooms and lots of delicious food plus valet parking

Stayed at The Clement Hotel for admitted Students Weekend and what a great way to be introduced to Palo Alto. We were initially at The Westin and transferred here. The concierge staff was amazing and made sure every detail was attended to !! I cannot thank or acknowledge Gail, Bernie and Cynthia enough. Everyday they would ask if we needed anything early morning and made sure to remember all those details for us the next day without us even asking . Their warmth , prompt service and friendly attitude highlight what true customer service should be like and really made our stay. The food was delicious and the kitchen staff even kept up with all the requests my husband and son had for food promptly and with such courtesy. This hotel is a gem and we are looking forward to our stay at this lovely hotel during move in weekend in September.

if you can afford the tariff, it was worth it. the people are what will bring me back. it is a well executed hospitality model.

This was the best hotel I've stayed at in Silicon Valley. The staff, chef, room, amenities – everything – was first-rate. I especially appreciated the helpfulness, thoughtfulness, and kindness of the guest services team. I look forward to another stay.

We absolutely love it here. My kids have asked to go here instead of on a cruise. Gayle here is an absolute gem and the reason we love it so much. The food is amazing. The pool and the hot tub are our favorite! We like to come here and treat it like a little mini resort. A staycation for us, and one of our favorites.

We travel intensively and spend a lot of time in hotels all over the world. The Clement is impeccable on all dimensions (location, rooms, food and amentities) but the _service_ is absolutely off-the-charts outstanding. Our last stay was in the midst of a tumultuous few days for us when we were juggling dynamic business and personal obligations. We kept having to extend our stay in Palo Alto and then had to leave on short notice. The front desk staff of the Clement, with a very special mention for Gail, were kind, flexible, understanding and helpful beyond all expectations. For example, being super-flexible about check-in/check-out times and moving our resevation around, letting us camp out in the conference room until our late flight, helping with document printing/signatures/scanning/courriering and more. Absolutely amazing. Thank you and see you again soon!

It is advertised as all inclusive hotel. But in reality you get a bill over email after you leave with a lot of service charge, charges for food. Extremely disappointing. I don’t recommend anyone to stay unless they fix it. The charge that was sent to me without my approval was 1.5x of the night price for all inclusive.

Probably the best hotel in Palo Alto. Bigger rooms than Nobu and the all-inclusive dinner, lunch and breakfast is top notch. There are only 21 rooms, so you're getting close to the butler experience! In-room niceties include Nespresso coffee, free snacks and soda.
