This hotel should get 10 stars!! It is so perfect in every single way that this review will still not do it justice! The hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location for walking and shopping...that is if you even want to leave! The rooms are gorgeous and the people that work there are like coming back to see GREAT FAMILY YOU LOVE! Everyone is so helpful..and kind..and knowledgable...and wonderful and they all know what you want or need before you do! GO AND STAY THERE!

Excellent hotel with all-inclusive amenities which were first class. With the menu choices for both breakfast, lunch and dinner and the availability to pick out a snack with an open kitchen model any time of the day, it was well appointed, the rooms were large and roomy, and the bathroom TV was definitely an upscale touch. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the patio and living room area were a nice option to relax at the end of the day.

This is the finest hotel in Palo Alto. The rooms are beautiful and very large with amazing contemporary bathrooms that are also very spacious. We stayed 10 days and it felt like home in a high end condo with great room service. The pillows are amazing and the staff are fantastic. This is a very special incredibly well run and new hotel like no other.

I cannot say enough great things about this hotel!! This was our first visit (as several friends had told us we need to stay here) and boy, were they right!!!! Staff is superb..knowledgable.. and friendly... rooms were large and spacious for us to work from, and the "food perk" made for a wonderful end to each day we stayed here. We will be back often!

What a nice delux stay. Nice calm vibe. Great staff. Suite is at high standard, Toto etc. All inclusive concept very nice especially with the kids. High quality food prepared fresh - drinks at very good level e.g. on of the reds marquis murrieta reserve. I had my own stash of top wines I could bring without charge. Pool was under renovation - however we could use the pool at hotel next door. The kids really liked the pool, however it could also use a renovation. We also used the fitness room next door, newly renovated with many options. Only thing was a bit of waiting time on the food, but it was worth it.

The Clement Palo Alto is the best hotel I have stayed in my life. The rooms are big and yet absolutely cozy. The all-inclusive food and beverages very delicious. The staff is kind and amazing. I felt like home (a very fancy one!) and can't wait to come back.

Amazing property! Auto shades and in room amenities were great (espresso, Toto, salty and sweet snacks). All inclusive feature means one less consideration for me while I am there for business. Room service was super fast and every member of the staff made me feel like an honored and special guest. Love it!

Simply put, the Clement Hotel is, far and away, a “10 out of 10.” The staff is first rate. They are extremely friendly. Also, it appears that they make it a point to know your name and to remember your name during your stay. The rooms, suites and common areas, in addition to being meticulously cleaned, are extraordinarily attractive, comfortable and welcoming. The Clement Hotel is an all inclusive hotel. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, snacks, hors d’oeuvres, alcoholic beverages, and nonalcoholic beverages are included in the room rate. Don’t delude yourself into thinking that the food served is “cafeteria food” - far from it. The Clement Hotel has on its staff top notch chefs who create wonderful and sophisticated dishes. There is no extra charge for parking your vehicle on site. Valet service is included within your room,rate. No tips are expected by staff. The Clement Hotel is not cheap. However, the Clement Hotel delivers on all counts. There is never a question as to whether you have gotten “value” for your money. The hotel is a “10 out of 10.”

The Clement Palo Alto is an amazing experience. Sebastian, Gail, and the entire staff are the most incredible team imaginable. Everything was perfection from the room to the food to the impeccable guest service experience. The Clement Palo Alto definitely earns the 5 Star rating. We can’t wait to visit this hotel again!

Great spot with no need to pay for anything extra or worry about tipping. Nice rooms and lots of delicious food plus valet parking

Stayed at The Clement Hotel for admitted Students Weekend and what a great way to be introduced to Palo Alto. We were initially at The Westin and transferred here. The concierge staff was amazing and made sure every detail was attended to !! I cannot thank or acknowledge Gail, Bernie and Cynthia enough. Everyday they would ask if we needed anything early morning and made sure to remember all those details for us the next day without us even asking . Their warmth , prompt service and friendly attitude highlight what true customer service should be like and really made our stay. The food was delicious and the kitchen staff even kept up with all the requests my husband and son had for food promptly and with such courtesy. This hotel is a gem and we are looking forward to our stay at this lovely hotel during move in weekend in September.
