I was not able to get in my room . Staff left key in mailbox . There was not anyone wirking when I arrived. Had to get another hotel

Very neat, quiet and clean. I would have liked better quality sheets and pillows. Overall, great experience.

Everything was exactly as promised. Everything that I needed to work worked. Continental breakfast was available. Water temperature was a little low but not ridiculous. Plus they care enough about environmental resources to specify that multi-night guests could hang up their towels to use them again before washing. (This didn't apply to us because we were only there one night, but I'm glad to know that option would have been available.)

Very good location close to Hershey Park. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean and quiet. The continental breakfast was very basic and could use a few more options. Overall we had a great experience and will stay there if we visit Hershey again.

Clean and pleasant staff. Otherwise, just adequate. Room and bathroom very small. Breakfast options extremely limited (Dunkin Donuts not far).

Don’t stay here! Not sure why this is rated 7.8. It should be more like 4.0. Door swung open while we were in bed during the middle of the night. Located right by a highway so you hear cars go by all night. Very outdated!! Blanket was yellow colored because it was so old.

Minimal breakfast option. Excellent service, very kind, receptive and honest people. Very clean and great location. Definitely recommend!

Walls are nowhere near sound proof, heard everybody in the next room until 2am. Heater smelled like something dead when first turned on.
