Absolutely loved our stay at the Antigua Palma. The hotel staff are the friendliest we have ever known. They were informative and very helpful when dealing with any requests or sorting out the odd problem. The location of the hotel is great, in the centre of the old city but tucked away. The rooftop is a lovely spot for lunch and catching some sun. The rooms are beautifully furnished and very well equipped. Loved the turn down service treats. Breakfast was excellent and all overseen brilliantly by Melissa. We had a fantastic stay in Palma and the hotel was a major part of a lovely week.

I’ve just completed a 3-night stay at Can Cera and had a positively wonderful experience! From check-in to check-out, the staff were courteous and helpful. I’d like to praise five members of staff - Benjamin, Francisco, Jose, Julia, and Sophia. They personify grace, hospitality, and warmth. I truly felt at home and thought that they genuinely cared about me not just as a guest, but as a person. The room was both cozy and spacious. The breakfast spread was generous and the facilities immaculate. The hotel is located just minutes from Palma’s most iconic sites and near a variety of cafes, markets, and restaurants. I can’t wait until my next visit!

We booked Nou Balares as as part of a Jet2 City Break. This hotel is absolutely superb, it is well located, and immaculately clean and tidy, but one of the best things are the staff. A special ‘thank you’ goes out to reception who went out of their way to provide us with information on everything from where to find a pharmacy on New Year’s Day, to opening the lift on New Year’s Eve, so we could all go on the roof and watch the fireworks. Breakfast, though a slightly limited menu, was delicious and freshly cooked every time. The small courtyard is a lovely sheltered place to have coffee and a snack and the food in the restaurant very tasty at reasonable cost. An excellent powerful shower and everything you need, in your room with nothing you don’t need. The hotel represents excellent value for money, particularly if you are budget conscious. 10 out of 10 !

L'hotel stesso è bella, bella decorazione e camere. I puliziatori e puliziatori immacolatamente fanno un buon lavoro. La posizione degli hotel è circa 10/15 minuti a piedi dalla cattedrale, tuttavia la zona circostante del sito può essere descritta solo come schizzo? Questo può essere dovuto all'anno e non a molti turisti intorno. Ci svegliamo molte volte la notte dalla porta di ricezione aperta/chiusa sotto di noi, e anche il bar sportivo di notte tardi si trovava due porte, aperta fino alle ore di mattina con ubriachi urlando e in un'occasione combattendo fuori. Non è questo il caso degli hotel, ma forse è necessario un migliore controllo del suono.

The hotel has lovely premises, is clean and tidy, and is centrally located but in a quiet area. The staff are lovely, and can communicate in English, Swedish and Spanish. The hotel has a nice bar with good drinks that you can enjoy down there, take to the suite, or up to the nice roof terrace. On the roof terrace you can lie down and relax, in the sun or shade, and take a little bath in their small pool there - perfect to just cool off in. The hotel has its own gym, and a separate laundry room where you can wash and dry clothes - just bring your own detergent. The rooms have everything you need for easy cooking, and there is hairdryer, makeup-mirror, soap for body and hair, and lotion in the bathroom. The rooms have modern interior, and the beds are nice with some kind of duvet rather than theese thin sheets you often get in hotels abroad. Something that pulls it down a bit (probably also the only thing), is that around 140 euros were stolen from my wallet in the suite when we were on the beach. It is, of course, impossible to say whether it is someone from staff or someone passing the room when it has been cleaned... but this should not happen. In any case, staff should not do that, and they should possibly close the doors when they are cleaning on the bottom floor of the suite. The lady at the reception took us very seriously, and brought it up with both management for the hotel and for the cleaners. Since nobody admitted anything (of course), there was nothing to be done about it unfortunately. We were told that we should have used the safe in the room. But even that didn't really affect our perception of the hotel, this is one person's doing - the hotel is fantastic.

When we arrived this true Paradise, our breath was taken away by the amazing welcome! I can't imagine a more relaxing setting or location for a city getaway! Look at my attached photos and you will agree! The true reason why Posada Terra Santa is one of the very best hotels in Palma with nearly only Excellent reviews (5-stars) is the beautiful people that works there! - they made us feel so welcome and comfortable all the time. This is one of the most relaxing hotels in any city around the world we have been visited! Our room (no 201) was well appointed and spacious, equipped with everything you could want. A huge (2x2m) comfy bed and a bathroom with walk in shower. The room had a very efficient air-conditioning which is very important during the summer in Palma! We enjoyed a marvellous breakfast each morning and also a very special dinners - all with impeccable service. The service level at breakfast is on same high levels as the most luxury resorts, we have been visiting in Seychelles, Maldives, Mauritius and Hawaii! The rooftop plunge pool and deck area provide a perfect spot to unwind and relax after exploring the Town Centre. A huge congratulation to the whole team at Posada Terra Santa! Keep up the amazing job as you guys are making your clientele happy, relaxed, feel safe and special! As a person who travels a lot, I can highly recommend Posada Terra Santa. Viaggio spesso a Palma per lavoro e volevo provare un hotel diverso da quelli che prenoto solitamente, ho scelto questo hotel in quanto molto centrale e mi sono trovata veramente bene. Avevo scelto una camera superior e all’arrivo ho scoperto che includeva una jacuzzi privata nel patio annesso alla camera. La stanza era ben arredata e con una vibe di “casa”, mi è piaciuta in quanto diversa dai soliti hotel impersonali! Lo staff è fantastico e in particolare devo ringraziare Louise in quanto ha aiutato il mio ragazzo ad organizzarmi un piccola sorpresa per il mio compleanno, cosa che è stata veramente apprezzata! La colazione è buona e variegata. Sfortunatamente offrono servizio in camera solo tre sere a settimana quando il ristorante è aperto, ma questo è stata l’unico punto negativo del soggiorno, non è un business hotel per cui penso che la scelta sia in linea con il tipo di clientela a cui si rivolgono.
