Personale molto gentile , le stanze molto pulite una colazione veramente ricca e per tutti i gusti L albergo e situato vicino alla zona pedonale ricca di negozi e ristoranti . La piscina si trova al terzo piano praticamente in terrazza, piccola ma molto intima, con una telefonata puoi ordinare direttamente le bevande in terrazza veramente tutto molto bello .

Oltre alla bellezza di tutta la struttura la cosa che mi ha colpito è stata la disponibilità, competenza e cordialità di tutto il personale. Tutto veramente impeccabile e sempre puntuali. Una menzione di riguardo per Nino, guardiano di notte, simpaticissimo e super efficiente!

From check in to check out, the whole experience was wonderful, faultless even. From every member of staff to the super luxury bedding, the antiquity of the building and what they've done with it, the food, the cocktails, the roof terrace, the wellness area, everything was perfect. Thank you all so much for a wonderful stay.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel that is well located but it’s the staff (Joan and Federica) in particular that made our stay especially wonderful. We’ve stayed at some lovely places but never experienced this level of customer service. Thank you for making our stay so special!

We loved the whole experience from the first moment we arrived till departure. Gorgeous, unique hotel, lovely, friendly outstanding team, from who you can tell they enjoy their work and do their utmost to help you, beautiful spacious rooms with the best beds! Cherry on the pie was spa and the Marc Fosh restaurant in the same hotel. Absolutely recomendable for a great few days away to relax and enjoy the Isle.

The breakfast spread was a delightful culinary journey, offering a variety that catered to every palate. The spa was a haven of relaxation, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploration. However, what truly set our experience apart was the impeccable service. From the attentive manager and front desk staff to the dedicated cleaning staff, every member of the team exuded warmth and professionalism. Their genuine care and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel truly welcomed. It's rare to encounter a staff so dedicated to ensuring guests' comfort. All the staff are super friendly, so lovely and helpful. Amazing breakfast. Great rooms. Good location. Would definitely return and we are already planning a return trip. Perfect stay in all respects!

Fantastic venue and fantastic location. But most of all wonderful staff. To name a few, Frederica, Manuel and the Dali moustache man. All great tho. Superb local wines. We will definitely be back. We don’t normally want to have breakfast in the hotel but it was outstanding.

The most beautiful hotel, right in the middle of Palma. There is so much history - the building used to be a 17th century monastery and there are still 5 monks living here. It is so peaceful. The food is incredible. The customer service is some of the best I’ve ever experienced. All the staff are so welcoming and friendly - they go above the call of duty and genuinely want their guests to be comfortable and have the best time. This will definitely be ‘my hotel’ when I visit Mallorca from now on.
