Our stay at Palacio Can Marques was the absolute highlight of our trip to Mallorca! Do not hesitate to book this luxe, charming, elegant, and incredibly unique property. PROS: The suites were amazing - large, spotless, incredibly comfortable. It does feel like you're staying at a (albeit) wealthy friend's mansion - not some cookie cutter hotel that you've stayed in many time before. I stayed in the Eden suite and it was heaven. The suite was so beautifully appointed. I was so inspired by the design of the space. The suite even had its own private elevator. I never wanted to leave!!!! The location - also amazing in every way! I have a minor foot injury and I didn't have to worry at all about covering the sights of Palma as everything was 5 minutes walking away - or less. It's in the heart of Old Town Palma. There are incredible restaurants of every price level, bars, coffee shops, boutiques, all within steps of the beautiful front door. You are also steps to the gorgeous cathedral and palace. What was also great about the hotel's location is that several tours that I booked picked up just a few steps away. It was so easy to meet them without going far or getting lost trying to find them. Same with the paella cooking class that I booked - the location was around the corner about a 3 minute walk away. The common areas of the hotel are gorgeous all around. Go to the rooftop for a drink and see the cathedral all lit up and the port from your bar stool. The leafy courtyard every morning for breakfast was a dream. It was a nice little respite from the hustle of the city. The same goes with the lobby. My feet needed a break from walking and I was able to find a quiet spot for tea in the afternoon -- but once I was ready to hit the city again everything was just outside the door in the gorgeous alleys of Old Town Palma. I'm saving the best PRO for last - which was the service. To the breakfast staff every morning - THANK YOU. Your friendly service each morning was a great start to each vacation day. Thank you to the chefs who put out a delicious breakfast spread each morning with all sorts of egg dishes, pastries, breads, and fresh fruit juices. To housekeeping: the entire place was spotless. The cleanliness of the hotel really stands out from other properties that I have stayed at. To the female general manager, I believe: I'm sorry I did not get your name, but you were always welcoming and gracious and made me and my husband feel warm and welcomed each time we saw you. We stayed at a different property on the island for the first part of our trip and there was a stark contrast from the general manager there to the one here. It's nice to feel welcomed and not a nuisance when you have to ask a basic question. A very special shoutout to Edi, Abde and Antonia! I saw you guys multiple times during my stay and your hospitality really stands out. Edi - thank you for helping my husband with a cup of tea that he needed when he wasn't feeling

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel come piano b, poiché l'hotel familiare per il matrimonio è stato prenotato. La posizione di questo hotel è ideale nel quartiere chic per piccoli ristoranti e shopping favolosi. Il check-in era un brindisi, e siamo stati accompagnati nella nostra stanza dopo una visita approfondita delle piccole ma ben ben designate strutture. La stanza era #7, ed era perfetta. Grande AC e doccia ... grande TV con cavo. Ci sono stati serviti cappuccino di mattina senza spot, e il ristorante freschi e qualità è stata meravigliosa. Bottiglie di champagne freddo e servizio elegante. Bella zona bar anche una terrazza. Non ha visitato la zona di piscina al tetto. L'ascensore è stato danneggiato e immediatamente riparato.. !!!! Damaris e Danny sono stati eccellenti nella soluzione logistica del trasporto privato al nostro gruppo, così come la scorsa notte grandi prenotazioni di gruppo per un pranzo bello. Tornerebbe a questo hotel il più spesso possibile.

We are just back from a 3 night stay at the hotel. The stay could not have been better. The hotel has real character with the building dating from 1874. The renovation was to the highest standard retaining much of the original character. The room was very spacious, immaculately clean and benefited from nice touches such as a sun hat, magazines etc The staff made us very welcome right from our arrival. They provided a list of recommended restaurants and booked two of them for us along with taxi’s. The restaurants were first class. The hotel location is excellent, set back from the city centre in a quiet street but within easy walking distance of the key attractions. Highly recommend this hotel and it’s staff.

Perfect location and perfect room and service. Never been to Mallorca and I wanted to be central to everything and with a rooftop pool. That’s exactly what I got. First the staff were all professional and super nice. We got the junior suite with a jacuzzi tub with balcony. Amazing! The room was a big and that jacuzzi was amazing. Nice comfy king size bed with a couch to just relax. We were so pleased with the room. The rooftop pool was fabulous with a great view of the cathedral and royal palace which were both like 10 minute walk mostly in the shade. We were also like a 10 minute walk to the tempura market. Again we were like 10/15 minute walking distance to almost everything. The spa was also really nice. It was not working for about a day do the staff was so nice to send up a bottle of Brut. Lastly the restaurant which had the bedder breakfast was both delicious and had a great view. We love this hotel.

Hotel di design, reception, ristorante e camere. Pulizia eccellente. Nel ristorante Beatnik si serve la colazione, materie prime di qualità, cibo eccellente, ottima scelta sia salata che dolce, personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Inoltre nel medesimo ristorante organizzano spesso serate musicali a tema, ambiente piacevole e divertente. La camera che avevamo, la 42, molto spaziosa, letto grande con topper alto e soffice, silenziosa nonostante la musica nel locale, un bagno enorme con vasca rotonda, TV 55 pollici con Chromecast integrato, eccellente per guardare netfix, ecc, direttamente dall’iPhone alla TV! Di fronte all’hotel c’è la SPA del Puro, con Sauna, bagno turco, letto riscaldato e doccia emozionale. Spa piccolina ma carina per rilassarsi un oretta, anche perché quando si prenota viene riservata per singola camera, quindi si è da soli. Molto rilassante! Altro punto di forza dell’hotel è la posizione in pieno centro a pochi passi da Placa de La Reina, La Llotja e il Born. Se proprio devo fare un appunto, è più un suggerimento che una critica: il letto è bello e comodo ma la base in legno fuoriesce dal materasso ad altezza caviglia e più di una volta ho urtato con il collo del piede e con la caviglia (abbastanza doloroso). Anche perché il colore del letto si confonde con il parquet: suggerisco di trovare un modo per ricoprire con una imbottitura tutta la struttura. In definitiva: promosso e ci ritornerò senz’altro!

We stayed over new years and had a great time. The food was excellent, especially the breakfast was of outstanding quality. The hotel has so much charm. The rooms were traditional and spacious with all the modern aspects a hotel room needs these days. There was a lovely Spa in the ba*****t with a wonderful pool. On the rooftop you have a smaller pool with a nice view over the roofs of Palma. It invites for a nice sunbath in one of the deckchairs. The best was the staff! Luciano, Daniel and Christina just to mention a few. They are super professionell, try to fulfill you every wish and at the same time give you a very welcome feeling. It feels very much like home around all this extremely nice staff. Thank you very much for making our New Years eve unforgettable.

We spent three wonderful nights in the Sant Jaume hotel. I've never come across such friendly staff. They will go above and beyond to help you. For us, Daniel, who is part of the reception team, was outstanding. He's charismatic, funny, so polite, and extremely helpful. The location is superb, and the food there is so tasty. My only suggestion would be an espresso machine in the bedroom! Other than that, there is nothing to complain about with this hotel. We shall return. 👍

We had such a good time staying at Ocho Suites & Kitchen!! The deluxe suite was super spacious with two bathrooms and all the equipment you need for a great holiday. Loved the design interior, the pink and blue tiles on the bathroom and the gold details throughout the apartment. The location is also perfect as you find restaurants, cafes, shopping and the beach right outside the front door. Also a big thanks to Javier - he is a fantastic host! (And don't forget to check out the beautiful rooftop!)

Abbiamo soggiornato all'Hotel Ca’n Cirera per una notte mentre visitava Palma. L'hotel è in posizione perfetta per la vista con la cattedrale praticamente vicino alla porta! Si trova anche a pochi passi da fantastici bar e ristoranti e la maggior parte delle principali vicinanze che la città deve offrire. L'hotel stesso è situato in una bella vecchia casa di mantello e si è mantenuto fedele alla storia dell'edificio. Le camere sono state tuttavia diffuse e confortevolmente dotate di tutto quello che potreste.C’è anche un grande caffè nel cortile interno, che è la sua oasi di calma e un bel posto per un caffè. Tuttavia, l'intera esperienza è stata la manager dell'hotel Mariana.
