Our stay at Palacio Can Marques was the absolute highlight of our trip to Mallorca! Do not hesitate to book this luxe, charming, elegant, and incredibly unique property. PROS: The suites were amazing - large, spotless, incredibly comfortable. It does feel like you're staying at a (albeit) wealthy friend's mansion - not some cookie cutter hotel that you've stayed in many time before. I stayed in the Eden suite and it was heaven. The suite was so beautifully appointed. I was so inspired by the design of the space. The suite even had its own private elevator. I never wanted to leave!!!! The location - also amazing in every way! I have a minor foot injury and I didn't have to worry at all about covering the sights of Palma as everything was 5 minutes walking away - or less. It's in the heart of Old Town Palma. There are incredible restaurants of every price level, bars, coffee shops, boutiques, all within steps of the beautiful front door. You are also steps to the gorgeous cathedral and palace. What was also great about the hotel's location is that several tours that I booked picked up just a few steps away. It was so easy to meet them without going far or getting lost trying to find them. Same with the paella cooking class that I booked - the location was around the corner about a 3 minute walk away. The common areas of the hotel are gorgeous all around. Go to the rooftop for a drink and see the cathedral all lit up and the port from your bar stool. The leafy courtyard every morning for breakfast was a dream. It was a nice little respite from the hustle of the city. The same goes with the lobby. My feet needed a break from walking and I was able to find a quiet spot for tea in the afternoon -- but once I was ready to hit the city again everything was just outside the door in the gorgeous alleys of Old Town Palma. I'm saving the best PRO for last - which was the service. To the breakfast staff every morning - THANK YOU. Your friendly service each morning was a great start to each vacation day. Thank you to the chefs who put out a delicious breakfast spread each morning with all sorts of egg dishes, pastries, breads, and fresh fruit juices. To housekeeping: the entire place was spotless. The cleanliness of the hotel really stands out from other properties that I have stayed at. To the female general manager, I believe: I'm sorry I did not get your name, but you were always welcoming and gracious and made me and my husband feel warm and welcomed each time we saw you. We stayed at a different property on the island for the first part of our trip and there was a stark contrast from the general manager there to the one here. It's nice to feel welcomed and not a nuisance when you have to ask a basic question. A very special shoutout to Edi, Abde and Antonia! I saw you guys multiple times during my stay and your hospitality really stands out. Edi - thank you for helping my husband with a cup of tea that he needed when he wasn't feeling

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel come piano b, poiché l'hotel familiare per il matrimonio è stato prenotato. La posizione di questo hotel è ideale nel quartiere chic per piccoli ristoranti e shopping favolosi. Il check-in era un brindisi, e siamo stati accompagnati nella nostra stanza dopo una visita approfondita delle piccole ma ben ben designate strutture. La stanza era #7, ed era perfetta. Grande AC e doccia ... grande TV con cavo. Ci sono stati serviti cappuccino di mattina senza spot, e il ristorante freschi e qualità è stata meravigliosa. Bottiglie di champagne freddo e servizio elegante. Bella zona bar anche una terrazza. Non ha visitato la zona di piscina al tetto. L'ascensore è stato danneggiato e immediatamente riparato.. !!!! Damaris e Danny sono stati eccellenti nella soluzione logistica del trasporto privato al nostro gruppo, così come la scorsa notte grandi prenotazioni di gruppo per un pranzo bello. Tornerebbe a questo hotel il più spesso possibile.

We had such a good time staying at Ocho Suites & Kitchen!! The deluxe suite was super spacious with two bathrooms and all the equipment you need for a great holiday. Loved the design interior, the pink and blue tiles on the bathroom and the gold details throughout the apartment. The location is also perfect as you find restaurants, cafes, shopping and the beach right outside the front door. Also a big thanks to Javier - he is a fantastic host! (And don't forget to check out the beautiful rooftop!)

Siamo stati in questo hotel per 15 notti ad agosto 2020. L’hotel è perfettamente attrezzato per l’emergenza Covid, sono presenti dispenser igienizzanti all’ingresso, davanti alle porte dell’ascensore e ad ogni piano. L’hotel è situato in pieno centro a Palma, a pochi passi dalla Plaza de la Llotja, in piena movida ma le stanze sono isolate bene. L’hotel è molto bello, un boutique hotel molto elegante, con quadri che rappresentano divi del cinema o della musica sia nelle camere che nel ristorante. Avevamo una suite Junior spaziosa al terzo piano con 2 balconi sulla strada principale, dove c’è anche il ristorante dell’hotel, il Ritzi. Stanza ben arredata in modo efficiente, macchinetta del caffè Illy, cassaforte in posizione comoda a media altezza e non in basso come in molti hotel, idem il mobile in cui è racchiuso il minibar, anche questo in posizione molto comoda; odio quando devo abbassarmi a livello pavimento per prendere qualcosa dal minibar. Armadio capiente, bagno con doppio lavandino, prodotti Molton Brown e doccia grande. Punto di forza nella stanza il letto king size: meraviglioso, materasso eccellente e topper fantastico da 10 e lode, quando mi sdraiavo non volevo più alzarmi! Biancheria del letto e da bagno di eccellente qualità, come gli accappatoi, in cotone egiziano. Pulizia: da hotel a 5 stelle, bravissima e solerte la governante responsabile della pulizia dell’hotel. Ineccepibile la terrazza da cui si vedono il mare e la Cattedrale, meraviglioso il tramonto da lì; punto di forza la presenza di una vasca idromassaggio, di lettini con ombrelloni a forma di foglie e teli a disposizione degli ospiti. La colazione viene servita al ristorante dell’hotel direttamente al tavolo (cosa che preferisco) senza buffet. I prodotti sono freschi, ottimi i taglieri e il pane/panini fatto/i in casa, la frutta e i succhi. Personale sempre molto disponibile, hanno fatto l’impossibile per risolvere una nostra richiesta riguardo la TV e ci sono riusciti in modo più che soddisfacente. Ma il vero segreto dell’hotel è Bruno, leccese trapiantato in Germania con grandissima esperienza nell’hôtellerie e nella ristorazione. Passione e professionalità, cerca in tutti i modi di mettere a proprio agio gli ospiti dell’hotel e del ristorante, facendosi in 4. Di conseguenza tutto il personale si adegua e si pone come obiettivo la soddisfazione degli ospiti. (Ho utilizzato il termine ospite e non cliente perché mi sono sentito come a casa). Ci tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio senza alcun dubbio, lo trovo ideale per coppie di tutte le età che cercano servizi di qualità e personalizzati. Non adatto a chi preferisce hotel grandi e impersonali.

La camera che avevamo, la 42, molto spaziosa, letto grande con topper alto e soffice, silenziosa nonostante la musica nel locale, un bagno enorme con vasca rotonda, TV 55 pollici con Chromecast integrato, eccellente per guardare netfix, ecc, direttamente dall’iPhone alla TV! Di fronte all’hotel c’è la SPA del Puro, con Sauna, bagno turco, letto riscaldato e doccia emozionale. Spa piccolina ma carina per rilassarsi un oretta, anche perché quando si prenota viene riservata per singola camera, quindi si è da soli. Molto rilassante! Altro punto di forza dell’hotel è la posizione in pieno centro a pochi passi da Placa de La Reina, La Llotja e il Born. Se proprio devo fare un appunto, è più un suggerimento che una critica: il letto è bello e comodo ma la base in legno fuoriesce dal materasso ad altezza caviglia e più di una volta ho urtato con il collo del piede e con la caviglia (abbastanza doloroso). Anche perché il colore del letto si confonde con il parquet: suggerisco di trovare un modo per ricoprire con una imbottitura tutta la struttura. In definitiva: promosso e ci ritornerò senz’altro!

I’ve just completed a 3-night stay at Can Cera and had a positively wonderful experience! From check-in to check-out, the staff were courteous and helpful. I’d like to praise five members of staff - Benjamin, Francisco, Jose, Julia, and Sophia. They personify grace, hospitality, and warmth. I truly felt at home and thought that they genuinely cared about me not just as a guest, but as a person. The room was both cozy and spacious. The breakfast spread was generous and the facilities immaculate. The hotel is located just minutes from Palma’s most iconic sites and near a variety of cafes, markets, and restaurants. I can’t wait until my next visit!
