Hotel vicini a Marv N Stewart a Palm Springs

Abbiamo soggiornato quattro notti e il soggiorno era eccellente. Camere più vecchie, ma eccezionalmente pulite. Situazione perfetta, bella piscina e aree di soggiorno, bellissimi giardini dell'hotel. Il club notturno vicino alla porta aveva musica (buona) fino alle 2 pm, ma abbiamo girato il fan della stanza e era perfetto eliminare la musica mentre dormiva. Anche se era buono, l'aggiornamento delle lettiere e l'aggiunta di qualche altro angolo di luce e bagno sarebbe utile.

La posizione è buona, le condizioni sono migliori del motel generale.Saliazione pulita e riscaldamento.Non c'è problema da scegliere, non c'è bisogno di una bicicletta a questo prezzo.Spero che in futuro possa tornare.

L'ambiente e la posizione dell'hotel sono ok, ma il servizio non è soddisfacente. Ctrip ha dichiarato che la colazione in negozio più $ 11, ma l'hotel ha addebitato $ 38 in base alla tariffa ufficiale, ha comunicato con la reception e ha mostrato la nota dell'ordine Ctrip, ma cerchiamo di trovare Ctrip. Il costo del parcheggio era ovviamente di $18 e l'addebito sulla carta di credito era di $25. Più tardi, sono andato al servizio clienti di Ctrip per recuperarlo. Le strutture complessive sono soddisfacenti perché si tratta di un hotel recentemente costruito. Non è fornito acqua. Non c'è alcuna tassa di parcheggio, solo una tassa di valet. La vista dalla piscina è così buona.

La posizione è ambigua e non ci sono molte strutture intorno e è un po' vecchia La stanza è buona e il servizio è buono. Il parcheggio è all'aperto. Non è buono ottenere 9 dollari per il parcheggio. Ma il prezzo è buono per una notte a un prezzo ragionevole. Volentieri di rimanere di nuovo sulla vostra prossima visita.

Questo hotel ha superato le aspettative. La camera si affacciava sulla piscina, aveva un balcone, i letti erano comodi, la camera era pulita, il frigorifero in camera. La piscina è fantastica, i server sono amichevoli e ricordano il viaggio preferito di tutti. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, vicino a ottimi ristoranti e negozi. E... late check out la domenica! Ci tornerò.

L'hotel è vecchio, non è affatto un hotel di lusso. La camera da letto era data, la porta non si apriva tutto il modo per il bagno in un angolo strano, era lo stile del bagno pubblico e aveva un divertimento quando si siede.La piscina è.grande e bella scelta di sedere. C'è un tizio di sicurezza che cammina in giro, ma quasi ti fa sentire come se non potessi goderti le aree esterne dopo l'oscurità. Sei un piccolo posto, e la luce lo renderebbe evasivo di godersi. Tutti 3.5.

La pulizia della camera era l'unico problema per me. C'era un cerotto sul bordo superiore della doccia e uno degli asciugamani aveva una palla per capelli. I pavimenti vengono spazzati ma non puliti. A parte questo, era quello che mi aspettavo per una prenotazione a breve nota. Ho ricevuto un piccolo rimborso per il mio soggiorno, motivo per cui ho dato un punteggio elevato al servizio clienti.

I think I might be a little generous with a four star rating. However this is the first time travelling to Palm Springs so I have nothing else to judge it by. We set up our reservations via AirBnB. When we arrived we were told we needed to pay a $40 daily ”resort fee” that clearly was not reflected in the listing. The man at the reception desk advised he would need to check with his central booking. Long story short it took more than two hours for him to do so. we actually went and had lunch and he still did not have an answer for us. Meanwhile we still dd not have a room. When we finally did get get word that they would waive the fee, we still waited another hour to get our secret room code. It was just after the 4:00 check in time. Our room was a two bedroom corner suite with a full kitchen. Property appears to be either new or newly refurbished. Not sure if the stove or pots and pans were ever used before us. Yes, they give you ONE cup of free coffee to be used in the pour over coffee system. Otherwise the cost is $15 for a ten (?) ounce bag. Fridge was stocked with beer, wine soda, etc all for a fee. We pushed all the stuff to one side of the fridge and went to the grocery store (a block away) and filled it with our own (grocery store also carries beer & wine). Room was very comfortable. Great beds, nice shower/bathroom Wrap around balcony had a rope swing/seat along with chairs and a table. Unfortunately ours overlooked two vacant lots. No storage for clothes other than a basket full of hangers and a couple steel bars to hag stuff on. Other than a couple scatter rugs the floors are cold concrete. Definitely hear people walking above you so would suggest top floor if possible. Pool was nice but was not available for an early morning swim. Also had to pay for the use of cabanas. Never did see anybody using one. Did not eat in the restaurant but did utilize the bar. Personally not a fan of tequila or mescal but they evidently specialized in it. We did not pay to park nor did we see any parking attendants for valet service. In fact the 'front desk' (outside kiosk) was rarely attended. Definity a great location as far as being close walking distance to shops and restaurants. They do offer complimentary use of bicycles, that we did not use.
