Hotel a 4 stelle popolari a Palm Springs

We had an excellent experience from the minute we walked in the door. Tired from a week long festival in the desert, we were greeted by super nice people that took care of getting all or baggage to our room; And we had a lot! The bed was compfy and the towels were big and soft. Altho we didn't get to take advantage of all the amenities this time, we will certainly be back. Oh did I mention how friendly and attentive they were? They went above and beyond!! Thank you!!

Il personale era utile e piacevole per tutta la mia permanenza. Il cibo era delizioso. Solo la denuncia sarebbe che la piscina fosse molto calda così tanto che non era rinfrescante. Forse potrebbero migliorare questo aggiungendo un certo tipo di ombreggiatura alla zona della piscina. Altrimenti, un soggiorno meraviglioso in una posizione centrale.

Just had a wonderful stay in the San Jacinto suite 501! Gorgeous room with breathtaking floor to ceiling views! The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5, was that there was extremely loud jack hammer demolition going on in the pool area which made it a horrible day by the pool. That being said, They comped our second night, and were very apologetic. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, and even sent some wine and goodies to our room for our birthdays! Hotel is very clean, has quite a few nice amenities, coffee bar in the morning, beer and wine social hour everyday at 4:00, and is centrally located in Palm Springs! One thing they might want to improve upon is the lighting in the bathroom. Very dark, and hard for hair and makeup. Looking forward to returning next year!!!! Thank you Chloe and Ahmed!

La camera iniziale aveva una porta bagno che cadde dalle pentole. Dopo 2 richieste e la riparazione del desk front visit man fu inviata. Dice che si riparava e la porta cadde di nuovo. (Foto è dopo che era “riparato”). Possiamo mettere i bambini nel doccia per vedere una lunga piscina per capelli al drenaggio! Dopo di ciò, hanno migliorato la nostra stanza. Il monte dello shampoo era sul pavimento nel doccia. Non hanno informato gli ospiti che un set di piscina sarebbe stato chiuso per due giorni dalla nostra visita a causa del prossimo evento. Il giorno 2 ci siamo svegliati al 8AM al suono del perforamento, mentre i lavoratori hanno messo insieme una fase vicino alla nostra stanza. Alle 11:45 di notte abbiamo parlato di nuovo al divano frontale perché i rumori di perforazione sono stati ancora messi insieme una fase. Il terzo giorno, la stessa barba che stava per fare la barba come l'equipaggio che stiamo ancora mettendo in piedi la scena. Visitato il dipartimento di fronte due volte di più per parlare al direttore della nostra questione e si diceva che un manager non era disponibile, che tornava al mattino.

Hotel is unique and cute. Rooms felts sort of run down but clean. The bed sheets felt clean which is most important to us! The bathroom was pretty clean, very nice clean sink, but lots of mildew between the floor tiles and tub so not super appealing. None of the power outlets or usb chargers worked in the room or the bathroom unless I unplugged the lights but then we couldn’t see and that plug was smashed behind a bed anyway and too hard to access. I was bummed I couldn’t charge my phone. I finally found a working power outlet behind the dresser and had to move the TV and unplug the coffee maker to use it. Heavy air freshener smell in the room which we are all sensitive to, my daughter and I got migraines and felt nauseous, but this seems common in hotels. We were pretty concerned about the noise from the pool. The hotel plays very loud music at the pool and we had to wake up super early so we went to bed around 8:30pm but the kids and I couldn’t sleep due to the loud music. The music was loud but eventually turned off, im not sure what time, and lights turned on and off from the pool area and our balcony all night long making it challenging to sleep because the lights came in from the sides of the curtains no matter how we situated them. Also someone above us or next door was walking back and forth in their room non stop, pounding their feet for many hours, which echoed through our room late into the night. We got the hotel at a good price and unique decor made it a better experience. But definitely not a restful night of sleep when we had a very important day for which we needed to wake up early.

Average experience. The hotel is about 3km from the centre of Palm Springs, but conveniently located to a sex shop across the road. The staff are very friendly, zero complaint there. But the hotel has ‘rules’ - from the US$250 security deposit in case of ‘damages’ through to the threatened US$300 charge if you want to connect a HDMI cable to the TV. It’s not the way to treat valued guests. I saw much written about ‘fire pits’ before I came and I was quite attracted to that - but pire pits came there none. Won’t be returning.

My Trip to Palm Springs last week was my 23rd since 2015, my stay at TRIADA my 13th in a row. TRIADA is BY FAR the most inviting and well-run Hotel in the Palm Springs area, and that's not just Marriott properties by the way. The staff is utterly amazing; and consistently so. Yes, I have a bit of Marriott Status, but I see them interact with other guests throughout each stay & can tell that they treat everyone quite well. These guys are simply a great bunch that Any Hotel Manager would be thrilled to have. From the Valet team some of whom (like Kevin and Scott) have been with the hotel for nearly a decade, to the super friendly Restaurant and Bar team to the super-efficient front desk team; to what's likely the most professional and truly kind Hotel management team Led by Jessica Ruiz I've encountered at any Marriott I've ever stayed at. (and this trip makes that 575 nights at Marriott). The property is always spotless; the grounds tropical and the rooms are always clean and have their own personality. (which makes it fun to stay in different parts of the hotel). The pools sparkle and the 1960's vibe soundtrack you hear playing softly in the public areas is a perfect complement to the hotel vibe. To the owners of this and the cute MOVIE COLONY Hotel Next door; whatever you do, make sure you take care of this staff. They are so above and beyond, that your score of a perfect 10 doesn't do them justice.

Il posto andava bene, solo un po' deraglia come le macchine per il ghiaccio non erano in servizio e anche l'ascensore. Ho anche visto una porta scorrevole rotta di una delle stanze. Dovrebbero aggiustarla un po'. A parte questo, tutto era fantastico.
