Old musty rooms need major improvement hard bed but staff were okay

I was expecting a rather poor experience based on some of the reviews but was pleasantly surprised that the room was recently remodeled. Also everything in the room looked new expect for the shower on-off lever which was strange. Anyway, everything was good but I will note the room was very small but considering the low price I’m not complaining.

Very clean and comfortable, the staff was amazing and it’s realy close to the very thing in down town PS

It took us an hour to check in. There were man loitering in front of our room, playing loud music and shouting at each other at midnight. The towels had human and animal hair on them and the bed was very uncomfortable. I guess you get what you pay for!

I stayed on the second floor towards the back of the property, the mountain view along with the palm trees was amazing.

Dane was SUPER helpful when we checked in & was able to accommodate an early check-in. Additionally, he was able to find a room with a refrigerator that was close to the pool (#142). The pool was very refreshing in the afternoon when it was close to 100°. The water was clean, as was the pool furniture. The room itself was to be expected and was just a place to sleep in overnight. It did have the smell of cigarette smoke covered up with disinfectant. The shower only had 2 temps: hot & scorching hot. A bath mat is needed due to the design of the open shower with a fabric shower curtain b/c water gets all over the floor. Overall, it served the purpose for an extra night in Palm Springs b/c the resort we stayed at didn’t have availability.
